Hello, this is another new RP! It's based on war between different empires, which are based on the MLP Legends from 1000 years ago, which is actually today and... you know, here's the full description from the OOC:

 

The lands of Equestria, 1000 years in the future. Princess Celestia, Luna, the Mane Six and most other ponies and also villains we know don't exist anymore, except for a little few who became old. The adventures from 1000 years ago brought many great heroes, and exactly this is the problem:
Everypony started to discuss about who was the greatest hero of that time, and which was the best pony race, which grew into a great conflict. Ponies and other creatures who had the same opinion about who was the greatest hero or race joined together to outnumber the enemies, some even walked over to the dark side and praised villains! And finally, the groups grew into empires and started a war against each other to claim all of Equestria for their great hero or race!
And here we are...

 

Christoph, "Derpy Domain":

The black pegasus Christoph, leader of the empire of the "Derpy Domain", which claimed Cloudsdale for their headquarters, entered the main security castle, where all the important stuff was, like weapons and armor and all that stuff. Once he was inside, he went into the Security Control Room for the daily routine. He sat down on his chair and overwatched the cameras and GPS systems. "Everything quiet... for now..." he said to himself "I should put on my armor, just in case." And with that, he left the Security Control Room to enter the armory. He put on his metal armor, which had the derpy-grey color of the national "Derpy Domain"-Flag. There even was the muffin logo on the front of the suit.

"May the derpness be with us..." Christoph mumbled one of the many slangs of the empire.

lightning walked out to the fixed balcony of the base, his lieutenant "Leroy Jenkins" walked up behind him "sir what are we going to do next." he asked, lightning turned around and walked past him "walk with me Leroy and i'll tell you." he replied, Leroy followed him, lightning looked at him "i say we gather some soldiers and have a meeting with the derpy domain, Leroy send a phoenix the leader of derpy domain." he said, Leroy stopped for a second "right away sir." he said saluting then running to the aviary.

Solar Empire --- Darkblade Steel

 

Darkblade grunted as he entered into his smithy, on his back a large ore. Putting it down onto a workbench, he sighed and took out a small hammer and a chisel. He gazed at the rock. "Well, hello. You're looking quite handsome today." He smiled and turned around. "A nice hue... no obvious flaws... true, there's a bit more mineral composition that I would like, but all in all, this is a very high quality piece of star metal. And only for a few hundred bits, too. A bargain." He sighed. "And here I am talking to a rock."

 

Sighing again, he took the hammer and chisel and very carefully split the rock in two. With a gasp of breath, he examined the sparkling metal that was inside. He then proceeded to write a letter to his employer.

 

Found new starmetal deposit. Practically flawless. Anything you would like me to do with it? You aren't paying me for nothing.

 

He then pressed a pedal, which opened and released  blast of energy, vaporising the note and sending it to Violet...

Millitrain Equestria --- Quick Shot and Speed Blast

 

"Whew! That went rather far... wonder if it will hit anyone before it hits the ground."

 

Speed Blast was doing his favorite thing to pass the time- batting cloudballs- while Quick Shot was tightening the strings on his crossbow.

 

"Doubt it." Quick Shot smiled. "With all the tension going on, that ball, if it hits anyone, chances are it will start a war."

 

"All too true. But that's why we're here, isn't it? For when the tension snaps?"

 

"Certainly." He sighed and turned back to his crossbow. No one remembered them anymore. Everypony seemed obsessed with guns and tanks. Well, tanks were easily dealt with, and they almost never caught one by surprise. He'd been making explosive and electric bolts for a while. But guns? Scary.

 

"Hey, Quick Shot! Guess what?"

 

"No. Don't feel like guessing."

 

"Hmph. Well, turns out that the ball did hit something. A phoenix!"

 

"How interesting."

 

"Looked like it was headed towards Cloudsdale. And it was carrying something..."

 

Quick Shot looked up and smacked Speed Blast.

 

"Oww! Hey, watch it! Why'd ya do that?"

"Because that phoenix was carrying something, and I hope that it wasn't anything important."

 

"Oh, please. It will arrive five minutes late. I mean, seriously. It's not like I knocked it out of the sky or anything..."

Ahahaha! All the chaos, the separation, the tension! What we need to do now is ready the troops! Excellent!

Militrain Equestrian- Jaeger

 

Jaeger sat in the tops of the trees cleaning his blades, tighting his bow strings, and sharpening his arrows. He would look up once and a while at the two ponies known as Quick Shot and Speed Blast, who seed to be passing to time better than he was. "heh, lucky bastards." he said pulling out his pistol and beginning to polish it. He had joined with the ME only two years previous, he didn't like to dabble in the empires affairs, he was perfectly fine with being a mercenary, but being here just felt......right to him.

the phoenix was flying when it was hit, it stopped for a second then flew over and pecked who hit her, then started flying to cloudsdale, lightning walked back to the balcony and stuck a note to a wall using a knife "went for a dive see you in an hour. p.s. sharpen this knife" then he turned around and ran to the edge of the balcony and jumped off from tree branch to tree branch to the lake below, he got out of the lake and went for a run through the forest below the base.

Christoph left the armory to take a second look onto the systems. This time he noticed something on the GPS radar. Something seemed to fly directly to the empire of the Derpy Domain! Even though it stopped for a few seconds, it continued flying to his headquarters. Christoph switched to the cameras and saw a phoenix! "Holy Muffin!" the pegasus shouted "Good thing I put on my armor..." So he flew up to the top of the HQ, or the roof, and took his place behind one of the cannons that were in every corner of the roof. He aimed at the phoenix, which wasn't too far away anymore, and shot it with an explosive muffin! The phoenix was taken down by the explosion and was now lying on the ground, dead as it seemed.

Just now Christoph realized the phoenix was carrying a message. So he flew down and took it. "A letter from the Discordian Demons? Wonder what they would possibly want from us..." he opened the letter and read it. "A meeting? Oookay... I don't really trust these guys, so I guess I will take some soldiers with me, just in case. If you excuse me now, phoenix..." He talked to the phoenix which, obviously for Christoph, didn't really care what the pegasus said... since it seemed dead to to the pony.

With that, Christoph prepared himself and his soldiers for a meeting with the Discordian Demons...

@,   The Dark Empire- Stardust

Stardust was standing within the small snow storm that surrounded the peak of her home. It was always constant but it reared down its winds and heavy snow every once and awhile. Stardust could feel the tension in the air, even though she was quite high up, well up all the others that dwelled down below.

She was at the edge of the storm though, so she could still breathe and stand without having to worry about the winds.

Though something caught her attention, a pony shaped thing was near the base of her lovely home, sniffing around. Stardust went defensive, it was pony shaped but not a pony. And there was only one reason why anything would come up to the foal mountain, herself. 

Stardust took the step off the ledge she was standing on, and her wings opened after about a meter of free-fall. She liked to have fun every once and awhile. Stardust landed not far from the pony like thing, holding her stance with her wings filly extended.

"What are you doing here?"

Solar Empire --- Violet

 

I tell you once again because it's seem you do not want to understand! We are a diplomatic empire that means if there is no such a terrible threat than we don not mobilize our troops!" Such a good way to start your day. Violet, the leader of the Solar Empire was in the council-chamber, discussing different kind of issues like expanding the empire or improving the troop. "I hope you understand now...We cannot risk any life."-said Violet and walked to the window to look out to the empire. "Once, this empire will be the strongest, the most powerful in Equestria. Once...They could fight but meanwhile we will getting stronger. Till it we will just support them, and they will give us territory as payment. See, it is so easy."-said and turned back to see who interrupted the meeting.

 

"My Princess! There is something that you must see!"-said the forerunner. "We have found another one."

 

"Ladies and Gentlecolts, the meeting is over!"-stated Violet as she left the council-chamber. A starmetal deposit. The average ponies couldn't imagine what a powerful thing it is. The deposit was in Violets room, held in a small box. She opened it to reveal the starmetal deposit but it was somehow different. It was much brighter than the others before. Violet closed the box than shouted to the guards. "Bring me the smith. Now!"-she ordered and as the guards left she walked back to her room. "Such a beautiful day..."-she said to herself as she opened the box to look at it again.

Millitrain Equestrians- Quick Shot and Speed Blast

Quick Shot smiled as he saw Jaeger in the trees nearby. He went over to the base of the tree and shouted up. "Hey, up there." He climbed the tree and settled down on a branch close to his. He looked at Jaeger's bow. "I didn't know you had a bow. That's nice. Nice to see that not everypony's obsessed with firearms."

"Hey... Quick? That phoenix is turning around... and... it's... Ack!"

He ducked as the phoenix dived toward him. It landed on his head, pecked him twice, and used his head as a launching pad to take flight again.

Quick Shot laughed a little before turning back to Jaeger.

Speed Blast sighed and rubbed his head where the phoenix pecked. "Man... talk about an attitude..."

Darkblade sighed as he turned to Stained Steel. "First, I don't normally work with obsidian, so you cannot expect perfect work. I work with metal, not mineral deposits the metal comes in. Second, if I will only be paid for perfect work, then why the heck will I take the chance for me to ruin it and not get paid?"

 

A fwoosh came from his message box and he paced over to it. After glancing it over, he smiled. "And, third, my contracts come before my clients. Sorry, lad, but if you take a seat right there for a bit, and I'll be back, and then we might be able to discuss the details of that obsidian."

Darkblade rushed into the castle, stopping only to knock at the door of the chamber of the lady. Upon entering, he smiled. "Hello, Mrs. Violet."

The Dark Empire- Demons and Cultists

 

The vaguely pony-like shape... wasn't a pony at all. From the waist down, it's hind legs were tentacles, its mane and tail seemed to be made out of two large organs, and it's eye sockets were empty, although it was still looking at you. It was dripping slime from everywhere. It dropped a slightly sodden message and backed away, stopping at a respectable distance.

 

 

 

Dear Stardust,

We have received commands from our lord. The fact that these factions have torn ponykind to its breaking point is an ideal situation for us, and the Master of Tartarus has commanded that we redouble our efforts in Equestria.

 

I have managed to spawn in a nearby cave system, close to your home.

 

I await you. And so does Floater. He seems especially anxious to meet you again. I cannot imagine why.

Jaeger looked down as Quick Shot called out to him, he watched as Quick climbed up the tree and sat on the branch next to him. When Quick complimented his bow he smiled,

 

"Yeah I prefer this over firearms, just feels more comfortable to use I guess." he said

 

He heard Speed blast call out to quick about the bird he had recently hit, when it landed and pecked at his head before flying off, he held bac his laugh as best he could covering his mouth.

Solar Empire --- Violet

 

Darkblade arrived sooner than Violet thought. "Darkblade...the last piece of starmetal deposit was just the most amazing of all the others! You know that these minerals are very rare?...Of course you know, what am I talking. The point is that a very few of them contains great power and this one is one of those. Thats why I ordered you here Darkblade...you will lead me there where you find it. We won't let the others receive it." Said Violet as they left the room. She ordered the guards to not let anypony in. "We will move in secret. If I find what am I looking for than I promise you that you will be highly rewarded."

 

Most of the ponies in the council believes that Violet is too young to rule an empire. They say that she don't know what is she doing and soon she will be the one who ruins it. They are just probably jealous. It doesn't matter. Now she will show them that she could be a good leader no matter how young she is. Just find what she is looking for.

Stardust was calm when she finally the true appearance of what was sniffing around her home. She really was unphased, she had since worse things, much worse.

 

After Stardust had read her letter she looked at the mutant, for that it surely was if it came from him. Even though she had no idea who the pony was who was 'anxious' to see her again, she still needed to go. She had kept in touch with the demons from long ago, and relations were good with them. Considering they were on the same side, and a stallion that she liked a little more than she should have was under the command of another demon within the circle. 

"Take me to the caves, as that is your purpose."

"Yeah, yeah. Laugh it up. And when I'm the only one able to help you all out of a sticky situation, I'll remind you just how much you think I'm useless." growled Speed Blast, his scowl deepening when he took his hoof away and revealed he was bleeding.

 

"Oh, please. I don't think you are useless. I know you are useless. Useless in anything but trying to separate your older sister from her fame and hitting cloudballs."

 

He growled and stalked away.

 

Quick Shot sighed. "Oh, well. Yeah, I'm with you with it being more comfortable. Might I ask, where did you get that bow?"

Darkblade sighed. "You see, ma'dam, there is no set place to find it. I do have several spots that I check several times a week, but, most of the time, there are nothing there but fragments."

As they walked along a small path in the Everfree Forest, Darkblade with Soulripper obvious in its sheath, he continued. "Starmetal is found from meteors. If a meteor strikes on the other side of Equestria, there isn't much that I can do. However, there are several spots in the Dark Forest that, for some reason or another, attract the precious metal. There are more spots out there- that I am sure- but until I can find them..." He stopped and looked at a split tree before walking over and looking around. He sighed and came up. "See? Fragments." He showed her the small shards of metal before putting them in his satchel.

The mutant looked at her sideways before nodding and starting to walk.

As you enter the cave system, after about an additional mile of walking, you begin to see obvious signs of the demon lord's presence- that is, the large amount of slime and the occasional glass tube. As you go deeper, you begin seeing more and more drones, as well as several armored mutants. Eventually, you reach the central chamber. Although the portal to Tartarus is closed, the demon lord Resh stands out- mainly because of his size and because he is hovering about ten feet off the ground in a large machine. Resh smiled. "Yes. Hello, Stardust. You seem to be doing well."

Stardust plastered on one of her smiles, she didn't know what one but she hoped that it portrayed the fact that she was happy to see him and again as well as feeling a little bit sarcastic. 

"Helo Resh, and of course I'm doing well. I don't exactly age now do I. So, how have you been? What kind of news are we going through, and what is meant to be our plan? I haven't exactly been in this time frame for very long."

Jaeger waved at Speed as he stormed off. "Take it easy Speed." he chuckled as he turned back to Quick Shot who had asked him where he had gotten his bow. Jaeger smiled. "I've had this thing since I was a little foal, I've had to make adjustments over the years of course, but it still shoots like a dream." he said as he pulled an arrow out of his quiver and shot it at an apple in the adjacent tree, striking and pinning it to the trunk. "Wanna try?" he asked still smiling

The Winged Arma

 

Meanwhile, Red was looking over his camp and soldiers. It kind of made him get chickenskin, not from the cold but the fact that he knew he had gathered these ponies. They all looked up to him...

The huge camp was guarded wooden palisade from the outside, while ponies had shelters inside the large cave.

Red wrapped his scarf around his neck more thightly and walked outside, to one of the guard posts.

Ponies nodded, when he passed them, making him feel better.

Finally, when at the guardpost, he looked at all of the towns that were in his eyesight. Maybe they once will be his... or his enemies.

But far in the south, it seemed a storm was taking shape. It didn't look like a normal storm, though. It looked... weird.

Resh grinned. "Ah, yes. Nice, direct, and as blunt as a hammer." He sighed and turned. "Well, right now, we're somewhere about a millennium ahead of the glory days of the Elements. Most of the ponies have left through various means- Death even came for Celestia while we we were away- and the rest of the country took up the banner of their heroes and took off to different sides of Equestria. I mean, seriously, some of them didn't even try to come up with an excuse to make their own separate factions. One of their 'heroes' was a goofy mailmare obsessed with muffins." He shook his head. "Oh, well. As for planning... I've been engendering this storm to try and create a cloud fortress. I mean, I think it will be our best bet for now, considering that I can fly, you can fly, and the mutants can walk on clouds."

"Shoot your bow? Sure, if you don't mind." He took it, looked it over for a second, drew it, and shot it. It split the apple in two before burying itself into another one nearby. "Huh. This is a nice bow." He gave it back and retrieved the arrow, looking at the arrowhead. "The broadhead's still sharp, too."

Jaeger took back his bow and arrows and smiled. "Yep, I pride myself on keeping my weapons up to par." he said as he jumped down from the tree and slung the bow over his back, turning his gaze over to Quick. "Hey you doin anything? Care for a drink it's on me." he asked with a friendly smile.

Fire rubbed her hooves against her temples, the stress of things giving her a slight headache. She was the appointed leader of the Equestrian military, which opened its doors for anypony with some kind of training in. Something she wasn't entirely happy about, but it happened years ago so nothing too much to worry about. Except she had to make sure everyone she looked after wasn't going to go start a war. 

She needed a break from all this work, she was a sniper. A War mare, not exactly cut out for this exact position but still she had trained for it in her youth.

She got out of her jumpsuit, and into a uniform jacket. She like it, it fit her perfectly and left her behind free so it would be easier to fight, and she got to show off her cutie mark. Even though her jacket held the symbol has the leader of the Military.  Fire snuck out of the base in which all the other leaders were working in, none of which stopped her.

She smiled when her face reached the sun and fresh air, and so she went for a walk. Hoping that she may find somewhere peaceful to go.

Fire walked through the trees of the area, not caring for much in the world for the moment. Until she heard voices, she looked up and saw some stallions up in the trees.

"Oi, what you guys doing up there?"

Christoph, The Derpy Domain

 

Christoph just finished calling 90 pegasus soldiers, and 10 unicorn soldiers, just in case they had to deal with magic, to one of the empire entrances, when he saw unnatural storm clouds forming to the north. "Huh, this doesn't look right..." he said "This might be an enemy attack forming there. Soldier Muffinmeyr!" He called one of his pegasus soldiers "Yes, Sir?" "You are good with the spyglass, right? Take a look at these storm clouds. They might be a creation of demons..." The soldier looked through his spyglass and confirmed: "Yes, I see a demon..." "A-HA! So that's what the Discordian Demons are planning!" "Uh, no. The demon is not from the Discordian Empire. This Stardust-pony is with him..." "The Dark Empire!?" Christoph was shocked "Holy Muffin, that's even worse! Soldiers, forget the meeting with the Discordian Demons! We might have a bigger problem now... Everyone on overwatch positions!"

Red pinched his eyes. The clouds seemed now more like a formation. As he looked at his soldiers, he noticed that they were nervous too.

"Call the elder!" Red yelled, watching as one of the soldiers stormed off.

A few minutes later, an elderly looking pony walked out of the cave, surrounded by thick coat and a winter hat.

"Yeees? Who needs my aid?"

"I do. I want you to find out what these so called clouds are."

"Just a second, just a second..." The pony muttered as he climbed up to the watchtower.

The elder now had a serious look on his face.

"Oh this is bad..."

"Yep. How bad?"

"These clouds aren't normal clounds, capten... these are demons... they're forming..."

Red didn't answer, instead he flew off the watchtower, nearly knocking off the elder as he flew.

"Alright, everypony grab a weapon! It's an emergency! Looks like one of the Empires are planning to attack someone, maybe us! I need you to be ready for that! We have taken down a dragon and these things out there are nothing compared to that! If they dare show their faces here, they get what's coming for them!"

Each one of the soldiers grabbed a weapon and ran outside, into the cold. They knew what was at stake.

lightning ran out of the other side of the forest and saw a lava lake under a giant dark cloud "i'm gonna need a mecha, yup i am." he said looking at the pool, he teleported the parts of a mecha to his location, it took him a few hours but he built the mecha, he got in and turned it on "well time to explore." he said as the mecha ran and jumped in to the pool.
