searching Academy of Magic (Human) (Reboot)

When you receive a letter offering you full scholarship to Lannisport Academy for your excellence in academics, sports, or the arts, you jump at the opportunity - only to find that no one knows anything about the academy, except that its graduates go on to excel in their selected areas. Nonetheless, for whatever reasons, you choose to attend, only to find that everything is not as it seems on this mysterious and ancient island. As you begin to unravel its secrets and learn to contain your own "special" talents, you must learn to adapt to your newfound skills, and control them efficiently, for danger lurks around every corner for you and your new companions.

Basically, you guys will get to run around a giant school and you haz magic powers. Huzzah and all that. Really, it's pretty straightforwards, though more interesting elements will later be added.

 

Rules:

1. No godmodding. This is really the most definite rule you need to follow in order to remain in the story. Your character cannot be invincible, for example, because that's absolutely unfair. Another one I see often is when a character gets hurt they reverse the pain onto their attacker - nearly the same thing. I will determine if your power is too strong or not. You can have to three MINOR powers or one that is stronk as all hell. XD I have all rights to reject your character.

2. No Mary or Gary Sue's, but don't make them too sob either.

3. You can RP as many characters as you'd like, but don't push it.

4. You cannot leave the island unless you have permission, nor can you initiate any fights without my permission. (Not with each other, with enemies.)

5. No killing or maiming any characters without their owners permission.

6. PG-13 - no excessive drug use or sex/gore.
