Have I missed something?

Hey everypony!

 

I (finally) finished watching season 3, and I noticed something weird;

 

I recall seeing on the internet somewhere two certain ponies that I have not seen in any episode.

One of them looked like a boy-ish twilight with an eye patch and the other was a black alicorn with holes in his hooves. Have I missed something? I have seen; season 1 - 3 and the Equestria girls movie. or is it that all I am seeing is some fan-fic? (I doubt it though, I saw the eye patch twilight in the flashback on the season 3 finale).

You're right, I wanted to post exactly the same thing, but from what I see somepony was faster xD Well, I guess I'll just confirm it with my post since You were not sure ^^

'Future Twilight From Next Tuesday' from "Its about time." & Chrysallis from "A Canterot Wedding" as a wild guess.

Odd you didn't recognize them if you saw Seasons 1-3. Anyway, to answer your question:

 

 

1. 

 

This is Twilight Sparkle as she appears in the Season 2 episode: "It's About Time." The episode lets you know why she appears this way.

 

 

 

2. 

 

The black alicorn would be Queen Chrysalis, who appears in the Season 2 episode: "A Canterlot Wedding: Part Two."

Yeah, I'm pretty sure from your descriptions it's just a misinterpretation of some pictures of twilight from "it's about time" and queen chrysalis from the season 2 finale.

 

There are no other new charactors that match this, so if it's something else it's just some kind of fan art.

It was from the episode, ''Its About Time'' about Twilight Sparkle worrying about what will happen on Tuesday or something. Can't seem to remember and the ''boyish Twilight'' you referred to (i actually think she look quite awesome like that) is Future Twilight.
