Frost put on an awkward smile. "Sorry for HIM! Being an Ice dragon can make even his personality cold. I'm Frost, and this is Jaeger. I'm guessing you two are new to the academy?" he inquired trying to change the subject, while Jaeger stared down Baron giving him an icy glare. "Jaeger cut it out." Frost snapped

"yeah we are, we just got our schedule and I decided that I should just come out here and train with my dragon." Baron said. "I really didn't meet anyone else beside this one rider. nobody really put forth the effort to come and talk to me. which kind of sucks but what are ya gonna do right?"

@, @@Frosty V, "Heh... i'm sorry... i just didn't want to interrupt you guys. I know how focused some people can be."

Azura gave him a slight shake with one of her claw-fingers on the head.

"Excuse this jackass... he is just so socially akward he doesn't even dare say his name to others. My name is Azura and it's nice to meet you."

Azureon rubbed his neck and spoke once again.

"I am Azureon Proteus... sorry i didn't mean to be rude before."

A Small growlish  chuckle escaped the dragons throat. Her? A person? The young rider must have been blind, though he seemed to be able to see clearly enough. Creature took a couple of steps closer to the duo, so that when she spoke she would have to speak louder for them to hear her.

"Little one, are you blind to an extent? I'm not a human by any regards. Though I would like to ask you, would like to go hunt with my rider and I. The day is still young and meat is not far, and it is a good activity for the stomach."

Her voice was growly, do to her being a dragon. But it was clear as well, and easily understood.

After a few more minutes of flight, Tempest and Dark landed in a forest clearing. The young man quickly surveyed the area, and smiled. "We can camp here for the night." He thought.

 

Dark shrugged, and went off into the forest to look for food. "I'll be back, soon." She said.

Orion landed next to Tempest, and Shadow jumped off of him, landing on the floor. "I might as well go help Dark look for food." Orion said, telepathically, to Shadow, before following said dragoness.

 

Shadow smirked slightly, and glanced at Tempest. "About what you said earlier, I understand. We've all lived that life, but now it will oly get better. Anyway, is there anything I can do?"

Frost looked at the new pair that had entered the clearing. He kept his face straight and with a cold glance across it. "You weren't interrupting anything at all.....just a simple quarrel over fire types." he muttered softly as he turned his gaze back to Jaeger who let out a snort of frustration....."I'm not used to newcomers Frost, you know that." to this Frost just chuckled. "Yes, if we had not been together since birth I might not have been your rider." he said

Tempest glanced at Shadiw, as smiled, slightly. "Thanks." He said. "Anyway, we can set up a fire for the night. Something tells me we'll be having deer."

 

Dark glanced back, and noticed Orion. "I figured that you might follow me." She said, smiling slightly. "Anyway,I could use the help."

Ee blushed slightly, and nodded. "It would be my pleasure to help." He said. The dragon didn't know why, but he felt more confident in himself.

 

Shadow laughs slightly, and nodded. "Ok. We should be able to find some wood on the ground." She said. The young rider then tried to find some dry wood on the ground.

Tempest smiled slightly, and walked to a different area of the camp, and found a few dead sticks. He brought them back and soon made a fire put with a few stones. "I found some." He said.

 

Dark blushed slightly, and nodded. She then looked through the forest for something to eat.

Orion sighed, and walked through the forest. He couldn't help, but let his mind wander to what the others might be doing, as well as Dark. The dragon then shook his head to clear his thoughts. "I have to focus." He thought. Orion then noticed a deer, and grabbed the animal in his claws, before walking back to where Dark was.

 

Shadow glanced back at Tempest, and smiled. "So, I guess we can just talk while we wait for the dragons to come back." She said, after putting the sticks she had gathered in the pit.

Baron Looked and saw this new rider and dragon that had appeared. "Oh Hello! are you here for the academy too? I'm Baron, Baron Strife and this is my dragon, Zercrux." Baron said as he was petting his dragon's neck. and this is. umm. hold on I can think of it.. Frost! and his dragon Jaeger." Baron said motioning with his free hand at the other pair. "I was just training with my dragon here and this guy was watching me."

Dukaan looked to his rider, as if for approval, Ludving nodded and hooped on to the back of his dragon.  Dukaan looked back to the others with a smile, "Sounds fun." he said in his naturally deep voice, of course he didn't mean to sound intimidating but it was the voice he was born with.  Mr. Bonecrusher looked to the other rider, "Your dragon said I am blind, but I am not, what does it mean?  Either way where do we plan on going?"

Tempest smiled slightly, and nodded. "I agree. Dark and Orion should be back shortly, though." He said. The young man was slightly suspicious as to where this conversation would lead, but he decided to humor the young rider next to him.

 

Dark caught a few deer, before heading back to where she met Orion. She soon noticed him, and smiled. "I think we probably have enough." She said. 'We should get back to Shadow and Tempest."

Frost smirked, "Blue Flame huh? Well Jaeger here is an Ice Dragon...Ive managed to unlock his internal Ice Fire." he replied in a boastful tone as Jaeger rolled his eyes and shook his head in embarrassment. "I've been here longer than really many other students.....besides my friend Tempest...he was here longer." he growled crossing his arms while Jaeger held back a taunting snicker. Thunder Dash soon was back where the other riders were. He then saw Frost. He walked up to him with Shock following behind. "What's up? The names Thunder Dash." Thunder said as he extended his hand out for a handshake.

"You mean you fell, i saw you, pitied you a bit, saved your ass..."

"Heh... yea... that too... you never will stop saying that will you?"

"Nope... not ever... but to be honest i had been watching you a bit before."

"Hmmm?"

"You were good with the bow... pretty accurate considering how much you could miss the fish below the water. Don't be fooled by Proteus here... he might not be muscular but he can bullseye a target from a VERY long distance."

"I try my best." he says smilling a bit embarassed and rubbing his neck.

Orion nodded slightly. "Ok. The camp shouldn't be to far from here." He said, before walking through the forest. "So, how did you and Tempest meet?"

 

Shadow sighed, and tried to find a way to ask Tempest her question, without sounding to suspicious. "Why don't you talk about your past?"

Ravek had finally gotten out of the cafeteria, and she had her schedule down and in one of her pockets. She was walking towards her dragon, and she watching the dragon and rider talk to creature. Ravek was slightly surprised, Creature didn't talk to others on her own unless she was mad enough or it was really important or something. Maybe Creature Was relaxing here at the academy? Or maybe she was trying to be friendly to others, instead of being slightly cold. 

Though Ravek was able to catch what the other rider had said when she got to her dragon and the other duo. 

 

"If she says you're blind it probably means that you can't see mate! Though it just may mean that you're not actually blind, just that you can't seem to things. Don't worry, she's gonna say somethings you ain't gonna understand straight away. I had to figure most things out by myself. And I got no idea, I just got here!"

 

Creature watched her rider as she explained her speech to the other, something she only had to do so many times. Creature wasn't much of a talker. Though she did have to explain to her rider what they were doing. 

"We plan on going on a hunt little one. I think that about east of here has good grounds to find food."

Frost half heartedly smiled when he saw Thunder, "Well we certaintly have a lot of new riders this year, Im Frost, Frost Typhoon." he chuckled, shaking Thunder's hand as he returned his gaze and attention to the others. "I've heard that's a nice place. Me and Jaeger grew up together in the canyons up north, he was hatched when I was a baby." he said in a cutesy voice as he rubbed Jaegers head, who growled and swiped his tail knocking Frists feet out from under him. "Jeez I know your in a bad mood but lighten up will yah?" he muttered.

"well so much for being unique Zercrux... maybe we should just go. I mean we came here because we thought we would be different, but it turns out apparently we aren't unique or special at all... just a pair of dumb kids with dumb hopes and dreams..." Baron Jumped on top of Zercrux and flew off without saying goodbye.

"take us to the cave you found Zercrux. I want to stay here but I don't wanna be around any other riders right now."

Zercrux headed for the cave without a word.

"That's a pretty sweet dragon you've got there Frost. What's his name?" Thunder Dash asked. Shock plopped himself on the ground. "Here we go again." He said with a sigh. He then noticed that Zercrux flew off. "I wonder what's up with him. He doesn't seem all that happy today." Thunder Dash thought to himself.

Frost looked up from the ground at Thunder, "His name is Jaeger....my choice of a name to which he had NO objection." he said, standing up and glaring at Jaeger. Once he was back on his feet he dusted off his armor and turned his head back to look at Proteus. "Plans for today? Well I had nothing really in mind....these are the days I usually study the newbies and look at there styles.,...it's a hobby of mine." he chuckled.
