GLaDOS is a pretty awesome villain too! I of course have to give praise to the Mother Trilogy Villains! Giygas is the pure essence of evil, but I think he gets beat by Porky Minch! He starts a series of events that makes the ABSOLUTE most tragic story I have ever seen! Not sure if that makes him my favorite Villain still... Dormin of Shadow of the Colossus is a villain that causes tragic events that are almost as sad a Mother 3! Plus he's a demon... bonus points. Mecha-Hitler of Wolfenstein speaks for himself... The Great and Mighty Poo of Conker's Bad Fur Day deserves a spot on my top tier! There's also the classics like Bowser, Gannon, Eggman, Dr. Wily, Dracula, Mother Brain, Ridley, etc. But... you know I keep going back to Kefka and Porky! I guess its a tie between those two...
