If you mean an "arcade" on the site where you can play Flash games, there are currently no plans to add one. I wouldn't say I'll "never" consider it, but I don't think it would really be a valuable addition to the site. Why not? Does it make the site slower something? No, it wouldn't make anything slower, but it would be adding another section to the site and I don't feel it would be one of much value. It would pretty much mean adding a completely off-topic section.
