Using Ogre3d with android would be hard to do, though according to documentation isn't impossible.

what will i need (other than ogre3d)?

downloading Ogre, anything else that I need?

Well as the game sits it uses a dotNet wrapper for Ogre called Mogre. You'd have to do away with Mogre and all the other dotNet mumble jumble, since Mono can't mix unmanaged C++ code with managed dotNet code.
