"Yeah, about three minutes... the hell happened?" the receptionist asked as he immediately dialed for instead of a doctor, he dialed for a surgeon, "Buddy, you're going to need a cybernetic implant for that. A doctor won't do any good for ya. Just wait a second and a surgeon should be ready."

"Yeah see I'm bleeding out here. So yeah tell him to get here soon cause I'm getting light headed again," Draco said with abit of cheek as he once again used his last med x. Which slowed his heart beat enough to where his blood can still be regulated slowly.

After a while, the receptionist spoke, "Right." Then two uniform nurses without warning levitated Draco and ran into the surgery room. That was where they wasted no time strapping Draco onto the surgical table and injecting nerve-dulling agents. A middle-aged stallion entered the room, wearing the standard surgeon uniform. Then he spoke, "I'm assuming you are ready?" 

Ms. President was in shock, not expecting a pair of nurses to run off with Draco. Then the receptionist spoke, "Miss, it's alright, just standard procedures for a pony that is bleeding. Your love one would be out soon."

"Ya think?" Draco asked with abit of sarcasm.. "I mean I just came in with blood splattering your floor in blinding amount of pain. Oh and but thanks," Draco said with a smile. "So am I to be put asleep for this?" Draco asked slightly as he eyed the surgeon. "Well?" he asked.

"Of course," the surgeon responded as a nurse injected a special chemical agent into Draco. Then the nurse casted a minor knock-out spell to help the chemical. The surgeon waited as he configuration the cybernetic leg. Then he began preparing the tools. Some flesh he was going to cut off or strengthen. Then he began. Snip, a drill. He started to add the first step, the nerve system connectors. Then he slide in tubes designed to strength sweat was the remainder of the leg. He connected the cybernetic leg to the bone with a special type of medical screw. Then a jump start on the leg, all systems green. Then piece by piece, he added in the parts.

one of the nurses said "Doctor afew of us have been talking maybe we can see what is inside his head. Since he has no brain," she had said this with a curious tone. This stallion intrigued her scientifically since the only one alive tht had the same condition was the war hero they heard so much about.

"No," the surgeon simply responded, "This surgery was for the installation of a cybernetic leg. We are not here to you around with a pony'a anatomy for our curiosity. I'm sure you know that." Then he checked the systems again, still green light. Then he continued, "Despite having no brain, it would take time to open the skull safely and not damage whatever is running the body. And we do not have that time."

"Aw but you know that your curious too you know. Plus I don''t think he'll live. Heh I mean he's suffe..." she got interupted by a .44 magnum into her skull. "I can hear you bitch," Draco said as he looked at the surgeon. "Sorry about that. Already had my brain removed once. Anyhow I'm still numbbed up. So it was a lucky shot,"

Blacklight's eyes widen slightly as he picked up the pictures with his hoof. Staring at the pictures quickly before sliding them back to the President as he asked, " Even if I do, why would it interest you?" Though he really didn't care too much about them.

Iron Sight watched the retreating figure move till she was but a small blip in his vision. Turning around, he started walking, the spider drones followed obediently.

 

"I see," President Venture responded, "Well do you know these ponies then?" He then slides pictures of present Draco and Moonlight.

 

Vector looked at the beast carefully. From the looks of it, that jaw power could have easily snapped him and the armor in half. It was like a harden bone-like mouth structure with teethes there and there. Probably for tearing, he thought to himself. Then he studied what was the remainder of the limbs. Not as impressive, but he guessed that it might be able to crack him if he wasn't careful enough.

 

the reapers made their way back to londmane where most of them parted their ways leaving Moonlight rampage and vector together Moonlight looked at vector "so Vector how's your day been? if you ask how my day i'l say it's pretty boring mixed with interesting from those time travelers hopefully they will let Starlight teleport them back to their present time before bucking Draco causes anymore problems and or kills any reapers". Moonlight said in a somewhat frustrated tone.

"So where are you getting at?" Blacklight asked as he leaded in interested in where the president was going at. Why is there an older version of Draco and Ms. President...it would mean either somepony made a clone of them or...nah no way it was time travel...I don't see how.

"Just say she over dosed on Jet and got suicidal," Draco said plainly. "Give me some credit. I know how Jet works. It is an anesthetic but also hallucinogenic so when she took too much she started to hallucinate and shot herself. Hey what type of metal is that?" Draco asked as he looked at the cybernetic leg.

"Now these things don't simply appear, neither does another Draco. That is three of them in the same area. Two Moonlights. I highly doubt it is the Aurora Agency's workings. So tell me, what conclusion would one make?" President Venture asked.

 

"That I do not know." Vector replied, "Probably experiments. The other purposes? I do not know."

 

"Fair enough," the surgeon replied, "That is steel interlaced with spells. That is pretty much the highest one can get without paying a lot of money or being in the military. Also carbon-fiber."

"Hmm nice," Draco said. "Why don't you use star metal?" Draco asked simply as he looked at the surgeon. "Star metal seems to be harder than carbon fiber. But that is just me you know," Draco said simply as he watched the surgery. "Hmm well everything great here than in the wasteland. Hey I heard of the marejave what happened to it,"

"Now that? You're going to need money," the surgeon replied, "If you're lucky, you might get that experimental material the government had been making."

"Well I know of a place that can forge me the starmetal," Draco said simply as he looked at the surgeon. "They had advanced medical facilities. And of course one of the scientists there is kinda obsessed with the pony body because she misses hers. Ah Dalia lovely lass when you get to meet her but now heh the mintats abuse and the corrosive gel that they house their brains in now are slowly driving them insane,"

President Venture continued, "The keyword is was, we found and we shelled the area. Then we stormed after a few days of continued fire."

 

"Interesting," the surgeon replied, "Corrosive gel? The acidic level must be rather low then." Then he continued, "Pretty nice. Still… wait a second." The surgeon exits and comes back after a while with a small crate. Then the surgeon spoke, "I got a small shipment of HDLW material, or High Density Light Weight, don't ask about the abbreviation or the name. This is a material they use for the special forces. Very light and very flexible. I do believe it was a mistake of some sorts. But um, if you could, could you bring it to a processing plant up a bit north? Very futuristic looking and then can you bring back the finished products. The medical expenses would be covered if you do."

Blacklight's face showed nothing though he was inwardly in turmoil as the fact that the last major Enclave base left had fallen. At least there still has to be something left, hasn't there? he thought as he slowly just stared at the ground and lost any remaining hope for escape.

Draco chuckled "Yep I can do that," he said as he looked at the crate. "Hmm yes a fas vehicle or a caravan should do it. Well armed or wait I wonder," Draco began to think. "Securitron mark 5 at the big mountain facility after I brought in the right processors should about do it,"

"Fantastic. The route should be rather clear. You'll be entering the industrial city of Coltster. The plant should have a sign that says Tech-Gen, simple and easy. Then it shouldn't take a while before they are completed with the two suits," the surgeon continued.

 

President Venture watched before speaking, "If my theory is correct. You should be way back in the past. Normally I'll grant you citizenship in Wind's Breeze, but you aren't from this time. And the other two aren't either. So I have a proposal. Do you want to hear it?"
