She doesn't really look older than she does in the picture you linked but the drawing is okay I guess. The hair seems kind of unnatural for me, like its shape, but maybe you intended that as a part of that anime-like look. Aaand those I don't know, flashes of light in her eyes, I think you should keep them more even in size, the right eye is perfect and the left looks a bit worse, maybe you should make some correction.

But generally it's a nice picture
