New Blind Bag ponies

I'm seeing new things appearing that are driving me nuts (plus surprised since no one else seems to be pointing and squealing in happiness like i am)...

 

For others like me collecting the blind bag sized figures, I have been seeing the following new key characters:

 

UPDATE:

 

Daring Do - in her new collection set

Princess Twilight - regular version in the Daring Do set. Third character is Rainbow Dash. Also in the five-pony Rainbow collection.

 

DJ Pon-3 - rainbow version in the Rainbow Collection. Alternatively in the Funko blind boxes, minus the "tattoos" but glows in the dark

Dr Whooves - same as Pon-3, in the five-pony set with Applejack, Rarity and Princess Twilight.

 

Derpy - Funko blind boxes, also the Soaring Pegasus (Pegusi?) set

Thunderlane - same as Derpy, third character is crazy multicoloured Fluttershy

 

Snails - new "Newsmaker" set

Snips - same as Snails. third character is rainbowfied Pinkie Pie

 

So that's quite a few new characters, plus a rainbow version of all the Mane six.

I have heard of these new toys too, even have seen the rainbowfied mini collection out in stores.

We got the rainbowfied collection, it is cute.

So they have Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. But no Sweetie Belle or Scootaloo.

 

This disappoints me. I like having mini figures of minor characters but while missing major characters? Seems weird to me.

I love the new BB figure sets they've been putting out, but I'm a little turned off by the added details in the Rainbow collection; would like a plain PON-3 please  Also hate that each set contains only figure I like/want. Hasbro, you need to get on producing new waves  :okiedokielokie:

I don't have any main character blindbag ponies cause you can't buy them where I live, but I got a couple of recolored ones from @,  :33

I'm loving that Fluttershy finally got her own accurate mold in the official blind bags. Also, Queen Chrysalis is available in a 3 pony set.

 

Have not seen the Daring Do, Dr. Hooves, or Vinyl outside of the Funko stuff, but I'll have to keep my eyes out for them. Of course I'm STILL trying to get an Applejack and Trixie, so doubt I'll ever be lucky enough to find those three.

I just got the set with viynl scratch and dr hooves today. The new colore sceems are really cool especialy viynl's I can't wait to find the set with derpy, sorry I meen the nameless muffin pony.

I'd love to get the new blindbag Fluttershy and Daring do....I odn't have a single Fluttershyblind bag...and Daring Do will be my 4th Secondary Character for Blindbags, as I've already got Spitfire, Soarin and Shining Armour. I specifically raided my Target tore to get Soarin and Spitfire.They're the clear ones. I'd like to get a solid colour version of them too at some point. at the same time I also got a clear Dashie and clear Pinkie Pie...they're all part of wave 7 if I recall. The Wonderbolts look the best though.

Wah! Now I'm seeing even more new ponies I need O.O

 

There's a decorated Princess Luna and a couple of new versions of Spike (one with a bowtie?). Wowza.

I picked up the set with DJ and the Doctor today, because I needed a DJ Pon-3 minifigure. XD I'll probably pick up the 3-packs as well, since I like the extra deco well enough to want all the Mane Six, and they contain other characters that I want.

 

 

DJ and Pocket Jazz hit it off right away. XD

Hmmmm.

 

Is it me, or have the rainbow blid bag and set ponies been released a bit too early?

 

It seems like rainbow items are being earned in the show by each of the Mane Six. Probably as new personalised elements of harmony or keys to open the mystery box. Or both. And then inside will be magical rainbow power and the new castle will become rainbow central where Twilight will rule with an iron but rainbowfied hoof.

 

Well, that works. But what will Pinkie's rainbow item be? Probably a sandwich that she grabs from the real world. Can never tell with her.
