No here begins the tale on how the Daily life of citizens of Manehatten..

 

 

StarShine was rushing around her large apartment. She had her bag and keys and coffee. She sighed and took a sip of her coffee. Her hair tied into her usual ponytail with a now at the end and a little hair coming out of the bottom. Her tail the same way. She walked out of her apartment and locked the door. She opened the window for Pegasi to flutter down. She put her keys in her satchel and started walking, when she bumped into someone.

 

(Their. Now we can continue. The next person to reply can easily continue the story!)

Traveller and Sky we're walking into the town, tired from their trip. 'Jeez Sky, it's summer. Why couldn't you have picked some place closer?' Traveller laughed, wiping some sweat away as he and Sky began walking towards the nearest hotel.

 

'You said *anywhere*' Sky responded.

 

Traveller turned to respond to his brother but bumped into a pony when her turned his head. 'Mhp- sorry!' He said as he flapped his wings to balance himself.

StarShimmer replied softly "It's ok!" She smiled. Her voice sounded sweet like a river. "I was in a rush! Gotta drop these work essays off! Well um see ya!" She smiled and unfolded her wings that stuck out from running into him. She got to her work Manette! She trotted in and sent in her essay and grabbed her new one. Her coffee finished she went home to work on more projects. She flew up into her lush apartment thinking of the Stallion she bumped into. He seemed friendly. And tired. Maybe he was new? She didn't know. She got to her laptop and typed away.

Critical rushed out of the theatre, going straight for the closest garbage can. Letting loose his disgust at the film he just witnessed.

"Oh... Oh my Celestia. That was... horrendous. Ho-How did Applewood let that... get green lit."

Critical let loose another wave of his popcorn and lunch into the can.

"I... I feel dirty."

Critcal was done with his torent of vomit. He gathered himself up and began to walk back to the tardis. He moved here from Ponyville, deciding he needed a change of scenery. That, and so he can get his reviews in faster to Inkwell, his publisher for the Equestria Daily. (See what I did there. )

"I just want to go home."

Traveller just stared off into space for a second when his brother called him.

 

'Distance, c'mon. We need to go get our room, it's hot out here.'

 

'Yah. Let's go.' Traveller replied as the two ponies walked into the lobby of then hotel. Paying for his room, traveller moved to it on the 7th floor. Opening the door, he saw it was nicely furnished.

 

'Hey Sky, stay in here for a while. I need to go grab some stuff, ok?' Traveller said as he left a few bits for Sky.

 

'Yeah.' His brother responded as he flopped onto the bed. Traveller went out of the room and back down to the lobby. He began walking to the markets to pick up what he needed...

StarShine closed her laptop and flew down the the lobby. She walked to the counter and said "Um excuse me? The internees bugging up! Also here's my check for this month!" She slid the counter pony a check. She stayed at a 5 star hotel but paid full time rent cause their were not a lot of apartments. Eat her they were to much or to dumpy. She said traveller and said "Hey! It's the pony I bumped into on the street! I'm StarShine!" She smiled and ex trended a hoof. She brushed her sparkly mane out of her eyes. Her scar poked out.

'Oh. Hey! I'm Traveller, and the blue colt I had with my was my brother, Sky. We're staying in Manehattan for the summer.' Traveller said as he shook the other ponies hoof. Noticing the scar that the pony had, Traveller made a mental note to ask about that. Probably beat not to now.

 

 

Meanwhile, Sky was looking out the window, hoping to see where his brother was.

Critical had finally reached he hotel in which he had been staying at for the last few weeks. He had to use the elevator because his legs were a bit shakey. He didn't want to risk falling down all those stairs... again. He found the room he was looking for after his short ride up. He reached into a pocket and grabbed a key. The odd thing was that the hotel used enchanted cards for locking their door. Opening the door, Critical came face to face with the familiar site of the tardis. His home.

"Good to be home."

A smile formed on his face.

StarShine said "What room are you staying in?" "I'm in room 778!" She showed him her key that opened the enchanted room card. She smiled and lashed her long wavy tail. Her dark purple streams frizzing out. She stretched her wings and sat down waiting for the stallion to reply.

'Im in 780. We're two rooms down!' Traveller replied as he smiled. 'I need to go get some food for me and Sky. I should get going, or Sky will start causing trouble.' He laughed as eh bang trotting to the market. She was pretty. Probably the sparkling. [i/] he thought as he came to the stands and began purchasing what he needed.

 

Meanwhile Sky was already plotting what he wanted to do.

Star followed him. She called "Well I need food also! Plus it would be nice to get to know each other!" She smiled and tilted her head slightly. She folded in her wings and kept a steady pace with the silvery stallion. She looked at the tall buildings thinking about the things around her. She saw a little colt looking out the window of the hotel she was staying at. She smirked as she realized it was most likely Sky,

'Oh. Ok!' Traveller smiled as he slowed down a few steps to get next to her. 'Well, ask me anything you want to know. I'm not very interesting, but...' He laughed as he checked in his saddlebag to make sure he had enough bits for the food he needed.

 

Sky was already filling buckets full of water and taking the towels out. He knew what he had to do. It was genius.

Star nodded. She said "Sooooo Were are you from..?" She asked gingerly asked she grabbed some apples and peaches. She put them in a bag and paid for them. She waited for Traveller to finish paying. She said "That's cool! Over been their before.." She sighed as she remembered getting scarred in Cloudsdale.

'You ok?' Traveller asked as he heard her sigh. 'Jeez, I knew my life was boring, but that's just mean!' He laughed as he started moving to the next stall.

 

 

Sky was getting many towels, buckets, anything full of water. Pulling as much as he could out of the room, he threw them into the hallway and ran into the room, trying not to laugh. Towels and empty buckets now littered the hallway as the water soaked into the expensive carpets. Ponies heard loud bangs and slipped as the attempted to see what had happened.

 

'Distance is going to kill me, but it was worth it...' He whispered as he tried not to laugh, hearing the buckets and slipping ponies.

Critical was sitting on his couch in the console room. Repressing what he had just seen. After a few minutes, he was feeling better. He sat up and a thought came to him immediately. In which he said aloud...

"I'm hungry."

he got the console and began to look search for a place to eat.

Star giggled as they flew back to the hotel. It was faster anyway. They got into the elevator chatting like Jabber jays. They reached the floor and gaped in shock. The floor was soaked and ponies lie EVERYWHERE! She saw Distance grow mad and she flew back to her room and put her fruit on the floor. She flew back to Distance as he got to his door.

After a fruitless offort of pickiness, Critical gave up with a huff and made his way to the main portal. He left his home and immediately slipped on the now wet floor. Moaning in a bit of pain, he got back up holding his hoof to his back. He looked around and saw that the whole hallway was now soaked, there were a few ponies lying on the ground and saw two ponies in the distance look around in confusion.

Knocking on the door, Distance hovered above the ground so not to slip. 'SKYYYYY!' He called out aggravated. Sky opened the door slowly.

'Yeah Distance?' He asked innocently.

 

Traveller moved into the room and picked Sky up. 'Seriously Sky? If you were going to do something crazy you could have at least done it well...' Traveller laughed as he threw Sky onto the bed. 'Seriously though, don't do that again or I'll take you with me. On a leash if I have to.' Traveller said flatly.

Star walked into the room slowly. Her long wavy mane flowing in perfectly. She looked at Sky and rushed over to him squeling. "HES SO PRECIOUS!" She looked at him with wide adoring eyes. She shoved Distance of the bed and hugged Sky.

 

 

(She's going to treat him cutely. Like give him nicknames and cuddle him cause she loves kids)

Traveller fell off the bed, flapping his wings to hover and not hit the ground. 'Oh.' He said as he saw Sky's expression. 'I guess when I go out I'll see if she can take care of you.' Traveller said with a smirk on his face. Sky looked with a sad expression, nothing the words 'please don't'. 'I mean, if that's ok with her.' Traveller added

She squealed with joy and hugged sky again. She kissed his cheek and said "When I watch you.. Well have ice cream and pull pranks on everyone!" She smiled. The pretty mares eyes sparkling with mischief. She giggled and sat upright. And fixed her soft purple mane. She tighter the bows that were in her hair.

 

(She has the bows were applejack has her elastics in her mane)

Critical looked into the room the other two ponies had gone into. There he saw what looked like two brothers. Critical was willing to believe the smaller one was responsible for the incident outside the room. He didn't know if he should be aggravated or impressed by his actions.

Traveller just sat silent and smirked. "This is gonna be fun." He thought as he looked to his brother.

 

Sky moaned a little inside. Yeah, his brother knew how to punish him. Though if she let him get away with stuff, it might not be so bad after all. In the corner of his eye he saw a pony standing in the doorway. He just smiled.

Star let go of Sky and saw Critic standing in the doorway. Her breath was caught in her chest as she thought she had seen him before. She than brushed it off and continued kissing sky's cheek.

 

(Hint for future plot? Hmmm? Are you teh same critic line that was in my last rp? Cause that was in MLP time line. This is like 10 after that.. So maybe a descendent of the Lunar blood? Maybe daughter of Lunars cousin..?)

(It is a Critical I modified, since he didn't really have a lot going for him. So in a way, it is and isn't the same Critical.)

Critical greeted the three ponies with a nod.

"So, I take it that the colt was responsible for the... incident outside. Honestly I am a bit impressed. My back hurts, but none the less impressed."
