So the top 25 video stream just got done and I thought I'd post the top 25 videos on here and see what people thought of it.  What videos do you think got underrated or overrated on here?

Personally, I was surprised that Double Rainboom didn't get a little higher on the list.  Even though I think it had a lot of flaws, it was still amazing that it was a fan video.  I also was really surprised that Snowdrop didn't get the number 1 spot, but Children of the Night was definitely deserving as well.  What are everybody else's thoughts?

The fact that Smile HD is even on here at all is depressing

 

Oh, and Turnabout Storm 5/4 deserves to be higher

I'm not surprised that Children of the Night was at the top of the list, I think that Turnabout Storm should have taken Smile HD's place, not that I didn't like it I just don't think it deserved to be in the top ten.

 

But, I'll give them credit for the stellar animation.

Yeah Smile HD was depressing to see make the top 10... I wasn't surprised about it just because of how much grimdark is out there for every fandom anymore, but the fact that it beat out things like I am Octavia is just depressing.

 

But if nothing else I'll say that it does have great animation and a great remix of Smlie for what it's worth... but I'd gladly trade it in for mediocre animation of something happy.

While I may not like Smile HD, I can understand why it was on the list.  The animation was great and that remix of Smile, smile, smile was awesome!  I just wish it hadn't made it to the top ten.  Oh well.

 

I'm very glad that Snowdrop, Children of the Night and Don't Mine at Night were so high on the list, they really deserved it after all the hard work that was put in to them.  Two Button videos in the top ten was just fantastic!  He's one of my favorite characters

Snowdrop, Double Rainboom, or Ponies: The Anthology 3 should've taken the #1 spot but Childern of the Night is really AWESOME anyway!

I would have preferred Don't Mine At Night at first because of how well done the animation, voicing, and cuteness factor was but oh well. I didn't like Children of The Night at all, however. Average list, I suppose, none of it is really surprising at all.

Depending on how exactly he was adding up the votes, I think Don't Mine at Night would have definitely been higher on the list if Jan hadn't gotten so many great videos out last year.  But since he had two great Button vids out plus Let's Go Meet the Bronies the Jan votes were probably getting split up a lot.  Of course that's assuming that when people submitted their votes their number 1 vote got more points for the video than their number 2 vote and so on.

I think Turnabout Storm 5/4 should have been way higher on this list; those videos are amazing, and the finale is no different.  I also think a tale of one shadow and [PMV] Death Should Not Have Taken Thee should be a bit higher too.

 

I think the most overrated video on this list would be SWAG.mov. I don't see what's so good about that series, and as such; I don't think it should be in the top ten.

Personally I'm not a fan of Turnabout Storm.  I've tried watching it and saw the part they played on the stream, but it just doesn't appeal to me.  Maybe it's just because I went to law school so a parody of a bad video game interpretation of a foreign court system that's different than what I'm used to just isn't my thing.

 

I mean a ton of effort obviously went into them, but I think there's only a certain audience who could spend 8 hours watching them, so I'm not surprised about them placing lower.
