"The Egyptians were here, of course." Explained Dan, looking over the notes. "However, they left after warning Vanderveer. I have the record of them leaving the country at 9:00 PM last night, about 3 hours before the murder." Said Dan, reviewing what he knew.

 

Light, meanwhile, had finished wrapping up his case in Canterlot. Light. Pleased, sent a letter to Dan. He decided he would join the group as an observer.

"So that explains why they're not here. Do any of you when the museum closes?" She jotted down the information about the Egyptians. Golden doesn't see how that can help the case, its just that those two suspects saw a couple of Egyptians shouting at Doctor Vandeveer about the curse.

Paladin stepped up to Golden again, nodding at her. "I can help here as well. I was here when the museum closed. That was right around 2100 hours." He states with absolute certainty. "There's a large clock right outside the museum window. I was pacing right next to the amulet's case. Every time I turned around, I could see the clock. The doctor left almost right after the museum closed. I held him up a little when I questioned him about the amulet and Egyptians."

"Okay then. They got on the plane at the same time the museum closed. This is going to be an extremely far-fetched theory but what if they never got on the plane? Think about it. It may very well be on record but they may have faked it to try and kill Doctor Vandeveer and to make it seem like the curse is real."

"Implausible." Said Dan. "I have video footage of the duo getting on the plane directly from the airport." He added. "If you would like to see it, I can easily and quickly present it to you." Explained Dan. He then got a letter from Light. "It appears Light is coming our way soon." Said Dan.

"I told you the theory was farfetched. Although some video footage would be nice if you can get it quickly." Golden scratched the theory out of her notebook and flipped to the next page. She thought about something that Dan had said. "Did you say Light Streak was coming here?"

Thy got up jumping up and down but then stops "ow my back .. but YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYY'' she says pinkie pie like. ''i mean yay..'' she says geting her aditude back. 'When is he coming! because if you don't tell me RIGHT NOW i will feed you to my thylacines!'' she says growling at the pony.

Dan nodded. "I have the footage here." He said, giving a tape to Golden. "And yes, Light Streak is coming here. From this letter it should be soon." Said Dan. He heard Thylacine's threat. "Calm yourself." Said Dan. "Light should be here in about twenty minutes." Said Dan to Thylacine.

Light Streak landed outside the museum. It had been months since he was here. He sighed. It was good to be back, of course. But, of course, a murder had been committed. And this time, it was on a friend. This time it was personal. Light entered the Hamilton Museum to see Thylacine sitting at the door. "Hello everypony!" He called.

"Light Streak!" she said as she Leaped at him. Souring through the air she lands on hes back.

She hugs him tightly with tears running down her face. "I missed you!" she  says smileing  like a madmare and stares him in the eyes like the happyest pony in the world.

Thy blushed as he said it to a full room of strangers who kept her here all day. It was worth it because she got to see light again! after months of waiting and sleeping by herself she thought this was the horrablest thing that could happen . But it really was good in the end when she got what she wanted the most. Her Best friend back. Her Husband. She kissed him when he finshed talking.

Light kissed Thy back, and blushed. "Alright, let's get this started. The sooner we finish, the sooner we all get to go home." Said Light, clapping his hooves together once. "Now, Dan has kindly filled me in on the basics, but I need to know which, if any of you, knew the Doctor personally." Said Light.

"welll who ever it was Locked me in the closet .. if that helps " she said to light, walking over into the dark pulling out her "Freezing" gun , truely bourd. She runs into the mares bathroom and starts to freeze everything in it laughing , Now that they were distracted by her husband . She got to finaly have some "Fun".

So that's why they're so close. Golden thought to herself. She took the tape from Dan and went to greet Light. "Hello Detective. How are you?" She'll review the tape after her little chat with Light Streak. "She's your wife huh? I was wondering why you two were so close."

If you need answers, ask her. I think thats...oh, yes. I also took the liberty of taking the amulet and putting it in a safe in my office. No one will get to it...no normal pony at least. They'd have to be a bat-pony to even get near it, even then, only a changeling could get to it."

"I'm doing fine. A little tired, but alright." Said Light, answering Golden's first question. He then answered the next one. "Yes." Said Light to Golden. "Thylacine is my wife. And I'm afraid she's a suspect, as well." Sighed Light. Light heard what Thylacine asked, and turned to Golden. "I need to excuse myself for just a small moment." Said Light, walking to Thylacine. "what do you need?" He asked.

 

Dan walked to the cage Doctor Volt was in. He called for a unicorn, who cast a spell, and added a bathroom stall in the cage. "satisfied?" Asked Dan, smirking.

Light turned to Paladin. "Thank you for putting the Eye Of Uadjit there." Said. Light, nodding at Paladin. "I've heard good things about you, Paladin. You should be a great help to this case. I'll be sure to ask Golden later to fill me in. However, I will still mainly let Dan do this case. I will assist when necessary." Said Light.

Volt bucked the stall letting the water flood the floor

he then unloaded his last charge on the water on the floor, attracting all the metal objects around on the cage, the chandelier too, breaking trough

 

".. thank you for the bathroom! i really needed it!"

 

Volt said smirking, while happiling trotting toward the real bathroom

Thy had frozen the bathrooms to ice.

"Well uh... I need to tell you something bad and good." She says blushing. "Well the bad is the bathrooms are frozen'' she says showing her gun . "and the good news is ....  I'm pregent!" she says smiling holding out a hug hopeing to be huged back.
