Ocean was very weak but still a little conscious. "T..Thunder love, i-is that you?" she asks, trying to sit up to see better, but the nurse gently pushes her down, "rest dear, you were badly injured, and were lucky that these two fellas found you when they did" she motions to the two guards.

"Yes it is." Thunder stated as he gently put his hooves on Oceans body. He then gathered some electricity and let a nice and slow healing current run through Ocean's body, healing the cuts, bruises and other damaged areas. 

Meanwhile Cadence was still trying to fight the possession so she could send a signal to Twilight.

Tears cascaded down Ocean's face, but she tried to hide them. "I...I'm sorry love" she says, "I..I'm useless"

Draconia sighs, "Screw it! The Princess needs all the help she can get, maybe I can help" she then holds her necklace and thinks to Solar, "Don't worry about me my love, I need to help the Princess. Remember, if not for her, we wouldn't have met" she then flies to the castle.

"No, you're not useless." Thunder stated as he intensified his current to make the healing process go a little faster. "You're all that I need." Thunder added as he continued to let the current travel inside Ocean's body, fully healing her up. He then stopped the current and hugged her.

Solar hears this, and curls up in a ball. He was ,ore scared then he had ever been in his life. He COULD NOT live without Meadowlark. And now she was in danger, mortally so.

 

"Dont dear.....please....I don't want you in danger" He says to her through the necklace, in a shaky sobbing voice.

Ocean smiled weakly at Thunder, and hugs him back lovingly. "give those two promotions. They deserve it" she says, as she slowly closes her eyes to get rest. One of the guards comes up to Thunder, "Sir, should we alert her family?" he asks nervously.

Draconia sighs, "the Princess needs me, dear. I will be fine. You know I can handle myself, and once I have helped her, we can once again be reunited. We can start that family we both want so badly"

Solar nods. He then looks to the heavens, into the stars. They were bright and beautiful tonight. Amazing, just like Meadowlark. He awaited more snews of her. He could not bare the thought of losing her so close to being reunited with her once again. Forever.

"Immediately." Thunder stated as he continued to hug and comfort Ocean. "Once you get better, I will place the highest guard in charge. That way, we will be able to fly over to the Crystal Empire. I have a plan. Because Cadence is the Princess of Love, she will be pretty easy to render." Thunder explained.

Draconia soon reached the Crystal Palace, "w..wow, it is so foreboding here." she says under her breath, as she assumes the form of a Crystal Guard, but keeping some of her own features, so that Princess Cadence could recognize her. She sighs, and thinks, "My handsome love, soon this will be over, soon we will be together again" She then walks up to the other guards, saluting them.

The guard salutes him and flies off, as Ocean smiles in her sleep. She whispers, "I love you Thunder, I love you and Chirp. Forever"

Thunder saw an open bed in Ocean's room. He rolled it next to Ocean and climbed into it. "Love you too sweetie." Thunder said as he began to stroke Ocean's fur lovingly.

 

Meanwhile Cadence was trying her best to send the magic signal to Twilight. What she didn't know what that she couldn't go near Twilight because of the planted seed.

Draconia followed the cries for help and sobs, she then sees Princess Cadence trying to fight off the enemy within her. "P..Princess?" she asks nervously, hoping that she would be able to help. "Princess Cadence? Please answer me" she says, cautiously stepping closer.

"Wh...who is it?" Cadence asked weakly. The posession was able to take away all of her strength in her good side, and store it for her evil side. Cadence was trying to fight this transfer.

 

Back in the hospital, Thunder had cuddled with Ocean. He was worried that it would take a while for her to heal.

"Princess, it's me..M..Draconia. You remember me, don't you? You helped me and Solar Dust come together. You helped heal my broken heart. Please remember" She says edging closer.

 

Ocean smiles and in her sleep snuggles up to Thunder. She could feel the healing process begin but it wasn't going quick enough.

Cadence could feel the love and concern pouring from Draconia's heart. Yet the foe wouldn't let her speak. Instead, it caused her eyes to glow a green. "GET OUT!" The foe screamed through Cadence. "No! You won't do this...to me." Cadence said fighting the evil foe with her pure love.

 

Back in the hospital, Thunder had placed his hoof on Ocean's flat belly and gave a little rub.

"Princess, you are stronger than whatever is controlling you. I know you are. You defeated Queen..." she shudders a little, "Queen Chrysalis, didn't you?" She steps even closer, her eyes and horn now glowing a deep red, "Princess, think of those who love you, Prince Shining Armor, Princess Twilight Sparkle, and me..." She gets closer and closer.

 

Ocean giggles and slowly opens her eyes, "H-hello handsome," she says giving him a small kiss.

Suddenly Cadence's eyes went white, as it dawned on her. "You're right...I'm the Princess of Love. Why am I letting this...this foe of hate con...sume me?" She thought to herself. She then gathered as much magic as she could for a love spell on herself.

 

"Hey precious." Thunder said back kissing Ocean back.

"good, now, please let me help further." Draconia felt it safe to reveal her true self now, she was now back to her Draconia form. She walks all the way up to Princess Cadence, "Princess, I know this may bring back memories, but please, forgive me, this is for the best" she says, as she reaches over and touches Princess Cadence on her chest where her heart is, her eyes and horn still glowing red.

 

Ocean smiles, then her family rushes in, "OCEAN!" her mother nearly screams in relief as she hugs her tightly.

Princess Cadence felt the love of Draconia pour into her heart. She all of a sudden felt lightheaded and collasped. She was nearly rendered. The last thing that had to occur, was to awaken her with a pure heart of love.

 

Meanwhile Thunder sort of jumped when Oceans parents came in.

Hoping that what she had in mind would be enough, she motions for Shining Armor to come in, "Prince Shining Armor, Princess Cadence is nearly rendered, but there is one thing she needs. She needs the touch of a pure heart. Your heart" Draconia says, "I'd do it myself, but it would be better if it is done by the one pony who loves her the most." she says stepping aside.

 

Autumn Breeze continues to hug Ocean while Shade is standing there with Chirp in his arms.

Shining Armor stepped in. "Okay...here goes." Shining Armor proclaimed as he lit up his horn. He then put it right on Cadence's chest. A beam of light spread all around. 

 

Meanwhile in the hospital, when Chirp saw Thunder, she began to mew happily, reaching over towards him.

Draconia stood back and watched, hoping beyond all hope that it would work.

 

Shade smiles and brings Chirp over to Thunder, "here you go sweetheart, see, your daddy is just fine" he says soothingly to her as he places her in Thunder's arms. "Thunder, what happened? All we were told is that Ocean was in accident"

Thunder picked up Chirp from Shade's arms. She sort of stirred a bit, then calmed down. "Hey pretty girl...haven't seen you in a long while." Thunder said stroking Chirp gently. Chirp mewed.

 

Up in the Crystal Empire the light faded. Cadence was revealed laying on the ground. She was very weak because she had just been rendered. She slowly opened her eyes. "Wh...what happened?" She asked. "Everything's alright hun." Shining Armor said.

Ocean smiled and gently rubbed Chirps little belly, "such a sweetheart" she says with a smile.

 

Draconia smiles, "your loving husband saved you, that's what happened. Now, if you'll please excuse me, I need to let my stallion know I am okay."

Draconia holds onto her necklace, it was actually given to her by Princes Cadence, so she did it in front of her to show she truly appreciated the gift, then she thinks, "I am okay my love, Princess Cadence has been rendered and healed."

Chirp let out a cute little giggling sound. "She loves it when you rub and tickle her belly." Thunder stated as he watched Chirp flail her limbs a bit and smiling. Thunder cuddled Chirp. She suddenly let out a big yawn and started to drift off to sleep. "Awww, looks like somepony's a bit tired." Thunder stated.

Ocean Breeze smiles at Thunder-Dash, "Dear? Do you think that now would be the best time to tell them our news? I mean with the enemy closing in and my...,my father passing away, maybe hearing we are engaged and trying for a foal, will help brighten up their days?" She asks him as she gently strokes Chirp's mane and fur.
