Seth could feel the pain he had inflicted on her. The one thing he had promised, he might be forced to break. "Bliss,... I never wanted to do this to you, but Volt said it might be the only way to save you. I... I really didn't want to do it to you. I still don't. Please, if it does come down to it, I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. For everything." He finished.

 

He walked into the other room to find @Skylar still on the floor with Volt. He knelt down to him and said, "Please, go see Bliss. She needs you more than ever."

*He looked up from comforting Skylar and nodded to the wolf as he approached*

Seth looked at Volt, then back at Sky. He really didn't want to do this to them. He pulled Volt aside and whispered, "I told her that it was potential that I might need to. She... She isn't happy with the idea. I just hope that the idea doesn't prosper into a plan." He muttered. "I can't think of a pony who deserves it most not to get infected. What do you think, V? How's Sky?"

He's...he's hanging in there but... *looks back to Seth* Gut tells me he won't like this anymore then SHE will... But I'm not seeing any way out of this...She is a Princess, Seth! If she dies...Equestria will lose a very important leader amongst us! But... if you do, do this...She could become something worse then you! A vampire with alicorn magic...?

 

*Looks down at his own weaken blue body*

 

She doesn't deserve this...but is it a fate worse then death? Is it worse then losing her?

Seth locked into Volt's eyes, still slight elements of green mixed in with the usual blue. "Volt... Being what I was out there, it was maddening. I have been battling this for the past few years now and I can't sleep some nights. I eventually drift off, but then I re-watch me doing what I did. I tried not to bight them, just cause a cut with a claw maybe. It's just that... we are friends right? I would give my life for you right now. But when I am that other self... I tortured you in the most gruesome ways. I was already used to death, as I was already in war, but... this is something else. In truth, for Bliss, this will be a fate worse than death.

 

"Volt, since I am not mentally sane here, I am going to leave the final decision up to you. Just heed my words. Please don't make me hurt her again..."

He then turned to Sky. "Please, just go to her. At this point, she could use any help she can get. Your sight might just pull her through." He said.

*He looks up and twitches a little, he had fallen asleep while they had been working on his wing, he groans loudly as he moves and looks down to notice his wing bandaged up against his side with what he assumed was a splint holding it together, it still hurt alot but now at least it wasn't flapping about everywhere and would heal properly... hopefully... he still wanted to have proper medical attention on it but he new that was impossible in the current storm, replies in a hoarse whisper* Um *Gives a slight yawn and shivers as pain and nausea make his head spin* Okay, if you think it will help.... *Looks down at his bruised side and bandaged wing tied to his body by a bandage going around his midsection* I hope this d-doesn't upset her to much  *Gets up and groans again, his legs wobble but he manages to stay up, looks embarrassed and blushes a little* Could you help me walk?

*She cringes at seeing Seth come back in with Volt following close behind, but was a little relieved to see Skylar was with them...though she teared up when she realized how seriously hurt he was*

*He looks at his wing and back at her, grinning a little in an attempt to calm her*  Ahhh... it's nothing... *Sits down besides her and strokes her mane gently, resting his head against hers*  Yeah... they told me what they are planning to do....  *Looks up too volt and back to Bliss*  I think volt is going to try and find you the cure.... *Looks at her red stained fur and sighs, hating to break the truth to her*  Sis... I.... I don't think you can wait that long....  *Tears stream down his cheeks and he begins to break down despite his best efforts*  I don't want to see you die....I can't.... I care about you too much.... I couldn't....  *Sobs loudly and keeps crying*  But to become a vampire.... *Buries his head in his hooves* I just don't know..

I couldn't go on without you  *Cries and buries his face in her mane for a second, crying more as he heard her increasingly short breath, he looks up at the wolf with tear and desperate eyes*  Please do something... Please!!!!  

 

*Looks down at Bliss and tries to control himself*  Bliss.... this is the only way...... we... we can find some sort of cure.... it's going to be okay..... I promise....  *Looks at her pleadingly*  We will find a way

As the stallions requested him to do what he wished he was asked to do, he looked at the dying  Bliss. He slowly tensed his muscles as he let the vampire side take some strength. The fangs jutted out and his eyes turned to the sick green. He slowly approached Bliss's neck. Whispering into her ear, he said, "Forgive me, my princess." He then sunk his fangs into her neck. He tried not to taste the blood as it came out. After the venom was in her blood, he retracted the fangs and walked out of the room and towads the door. He sat outside in the snow. "What have I done?"

Seth had been sitting out there in the snow covered steps to the cabin for the past hour, although he was unaware of the passage of time. All he knew was he might have just condemned a life to a fate worse than death. He knew what it was like, and he wished he wasn't forced to share his curse. It might have meant the death of Bliss... but she would have died in peace. "Volt, Skylar, I know you love her as do I," He spoke to himself. "But why did you curse her? Why..." He kept remembering those pleading eyes, how they begged him not to. Seth whimpered as the storm raged around the cabin around him.

*A lusting scent filled her nose suddenly, forcing her eyes to wake. The view of her enviorment seemed to be filled with new life and thrill as she stirred. She felt...different, but otherwise healthy. No more coughing or blood dripping from her mouth, or that painful feeling of breathing... in fact... she noticed she was hardly breathing at all...*

 

*Then it clicked*

 

*She darted into the air, screeching in panic and termoil to all who could hear as her newly created vampire fangs extended outward*

As Seth sat there, he had lost all outer connection with the would, he had been trying to manipulate Lust's influence on him so that he could use his powers without the effects of the Lust. If he could find a connection, he might be able to possible either cure himself and Bliss, or at least be able to control himself. When he willingly turned to his werewolf self, he was still in control. Seth didn't know how he did it, just that he had been able to. At the moment, he was trying to connect into the Vampire consciousness in order to see if Bliss was ok. To say the least, it was not going well; imagine sticking your paw into murky water and being asked to catch a spastic fish without knowing what fish it was. He had gained some success, Bliss was doing rather well. He could feel her mind's calm state, but it seemed almost... too calm...

 

When Seth heard the scream, he lost all focus of his meditation and reacquainted himself with his surroundings. Apparently, he sat through the storm and was now covered in snow. The wolf ran inside to see Bliss in mid-air, fangs extended, glaring at the other stallions in the room.

 

"Bliss... I did this to you. If any anger is to be taken, it should be on me." He said in a calm firm voice. He didn't want Bliss to take her anger out on Volt or Skylar, but... he still didn't want to be attacked in the processes ether. 

 

(Well, Bliss is a vamp. So are there now going to be team Seth and team Bliss? I can only imagine what Bliss looks like as vamp. This just got good)

YOU DID THIS TO ME!!!?? *She whinnied at the wolf, no longer fear in her eyes by a thirst for revenge* I'LL KILL YOU!!! I'LL KILL YOU ALL FOR THIS!!!

 

*Her horn suddenly glowed violently purple, a total opposite to her playful innocent rainbow magic aura...Before even she could fathom her actions, she swayed her head back and forth, zapping powerful lazar magic at all the males in the cabin, wildly trying to hit them. The magic blasted away furniture up against the wall till finally she hit her primary target... Seth*

 

YOU B*STARD!! *She darted faster then a eye blink, slamming her hooves onto the wolf's chest*

 

*Yes...yes...feel your new power...feel it surge through yourself...A hidden voice seemed to be pushing her... taste your revenge...bite your maker...make him suffer...*

 

*She felt her fangs surge forward like they had a mind of her own...but a part of herself...the true self of Lightning Bliss...was slowly starting to fight back the urge*
