To be more specific though, Rule 34 is just another rule of the internet, the most used one...

 

It states that if something exists, someone will like it enough to make NSFW out of it. For example, which we all know, people make NSFW out of ponies, sure plenty of artists do that! They have just demonstrated Rule 34 on a large scale.
