'Oh...ok.' Traveller said sheepishly. He hoped she didnt hate him for that. He placed his notebook in his bag and walked over to her. 'Sorry if i invaded your privacy...im really sorry...wont ask again.' He said as he hung his head low and kay on the couch. He thought it might have been about her dad.

Now she was upset at herself. She made him feel bad. She sighed and sat on the couch next to him.

"That room belonged to my filly cousin Abigail. I don't like to talk about her to just any pony. But I know I can talk to you. She......she dies of lung cancer about a year ago..." She said. "I was taking care of her here, but there was no way she was going to live," She said a bit saddened.

"It's ok. You didn't know." She said as she hugged him. She missed her foal cousin, but she had grown used to living alone, But it looked like that wasn't going to be happening much longer.

Traveller nodded and made his way to the kitchen. He put the kettle on and wakes for it to heat up. A few minutes later it did and he began to make the hot chocolate. After another minute he brought the two cups over to where Sophia was. 'Works better than a fire.' He laughed as he sat down next to her.

Traveller took a sip from his hot chocolate. 'I just used a pot and an open fire.' He said with a small laugh. 'At least you can afford something like that. I spend all of my bits on food for the journey. Rarely earn bits, and when I do it's a very tiny amount.' He said as he sipped his drink again.
