Here's another random ass question from the Eternal Dragon (and no, I'm not doing this to post-whore my way out of Blank Flank status). If everypony got a starter Pokemon what Pokemon would it be, who would get it and why do you think they should have it (yes, you can pick a legendary Pokemon)

Twilight: I guess Charmander since it's final evolution is a dragon

Fluttershy: all of them she can just catch em all or maybe one of the grass types I can't pick
Pinkie Pie: Chikorita, favorite pony an favorite pokemon together in a duo nah probably Totodile because gummy

Rainbow Dash: probably also Charmander because Charizaard can fly

Rarity: For some reason I came to Piplup

Applejack: Chimchar it evolves into a fighter

That's who I'd say if you meant starter Pokemon for other Pokemon they would have ones similar to their pets. And twilight would have a Rapidash because you know why. (They'd literally evolve together)

Chatterbox: i love pokemon as well! i am working on a hack for GBA with my OC Cloudy Rain as trainer, and there some progress i've made

Features i wanna put:

 

-Ponify all mini sprites in diferent colours and manes

 

-Make the Mane Six as the Gym leaders

 

- make all trainers in OC

 

- change the script to a pony version

 

- remake the map and add canon places (everfree forest, Cristal Empire, Poniville, Canterlot etc.)

 

-try to best i can to change the music to pony music

What I imagined them to have, though not much reason to each xD

Pinkie - Totodile- Cute and crazy but is serious about its trainer and friends 

 

Applejack- Turtwig/ Chimchar/ Treeko - All are hard working and down to earth pokemon in my mind

 

Rainbow Dash- Charmander/ Torchic- Charmander evolves to be able to fly but Torchic seems to suit her better

 

Twilight- Fennekin - Evolves into a psychic type and is a wizard

 

Fluttershy- Piplup -cutie :3 (the others are cute but I think Piplup would suit her) 

 

Rarity- Chikorita - Just think it would suit her - Seems quite a reserved and cute pokemon, I was thinking Snivy but I don't think Rarity would be much of a fan of snakes
