Brave moved into his fighting stance. His feet are shoulder length apart, both vertically and horizontally. He maintains a bounce that stays a balanced tempo. His left arm is extended to make a V shape at just less than 90 degrees. His right arm is chambered just above the belt and right hip. His shoulders are relaxed, even though his mind is not. Discord could be attempting to pull anything right now. As soon as he had the thought, a green pony rushed through the door. Oh Discord... the surprises... He briefly looked at the green pony. Bad move. Discord lanced forward with a jab with his left claw. Brave barely reacted in time by dashing back. ?????, pay attention! Focus on your opponent and not whoever enters the dojo. Sensei Lee-Scott gave Brave a stern look. His short, pulled-back hair, along with his crossed arms gave him a sense of a dangerous aura. Nothing that anyone should be worried. He was just very serious about the martial arts.

He's right Brave, keep your eye on the birdie. His gloves somehow turned into yellow canaries... and they tweeted. Lee-Scott didn't seem disturbed by this. Again, Discord controlled things. Brave countered with two jabs with his left, a cross with his right, and a final roundhouse from his right. Discord stepped back to avoid the three punches and twirled his left arm in a semi-circle motion to guide Brave's kick out of range, leaving his right hip exposed. A bad sign. He was waiting for this and I just gave it to him... Discord followed up with a left roundhouse while balancing on his tail. How fair... Brave ran away, leaving his back exposed to Discord, but fortunately, the kick missed. Not standing your ground, Brave? How shameful. Oh and Electrobolt! How nice to meet you! And on such short notice! Please take a seat and watch the spectacle!

Electrobolt, will notice a railing about 3 feet up to his right preventing entrance onto the mat. The railing stops about 10 feet short of the wall with the Dojo-kun to allow students to get onto the mat from there. To his left, is the front desk, with Discord manning it. This one seems to give Electrobolt a smile. A bit ahead, there are the stands... with more copies of Discord. One has a foam finger. Another is waving a flag with Discord's name. 7 Discords on the top tier of the 3 tiered stands have letters spelling out Discord on their chests. All of them cheer boisterously for "their favorite fighter"

But there is one young boy who stood out from the crowd. Or maybe blended in. Or even was not noticed. The young child looking around 6 years old wearing a blue shirt, small white sneakers, and khaki shorts. He was sitting on the lowest tier kicking his feet around, which were a good foot above the floor. He was holding a hot dog with ketchup lined on it in his right hand. His face was similar to Brave's; a lack of it. The only difference was that while the upper half was in shadows, only a mouth is visible, probably to accommodate the hot dog.

Brave returned to look at Discord and head back into his fighting stance. Gotta be careful. That wasn't safe at all. Brave stepped forward and returned into proximity. As he bounced, he faked by jolting his right arm a bit, but pulled back quickly. He then lifted his left leg up and snapped it forward toward Discord's lower chest. He snapped the leg back, twisted his hip clockwise and extended his leg again for a side kick toward Discord's upper chest. Discord had stepped back to avoid both kicks. As Brave dropped his leg down in front of him, he dragged his right foot to his left. Discord was expecting to counter-attack, but he did not expect this. Brave's left leg lifted in front of him again and snapped forward for another side kick. The kick connected and staggered Discord. Brave's leg dropped and he twisted his hip counter-clockwise and followed through with a shocking, chambered right punch to his lower chest. He repelled his arm back and stepped back to avoid a sudden retaliation.

The itsy bitsy spider crawled up the water spout...

Discord took the hits, but nothing showed that he was in pain. You seem to know what you're doing, Brave. You're knowledgeable, but no prodigy. Flexible, but not a master. A grasp of the idea, but no philosopher. What used to be 8:51 is now just a spinning clock on the wall with arms whizzing around. But this is my game, and my rules. Nothing you know, nothing you can try, or nothing you can think will have you win. One of the Discord's in the stands yelled out "You show em who's boss!" Thank you! Thank you! He raised his hand at waved to the crowd. He turned back to Brave. Nothing... He then appeared behind Brave ...you can do. A hard roundhouse hit Brave right on the injury above his right hip. Don't expose yourself, ????? Electrobolt also cannot hear the actual name; he only hears a gap in Lee-Scott's dialogue.

The young boy bit into his hot dog. A bit of ketchup fell from the corner of his mouth and landed on the lower right side of his shirt. Brave fell to the ground holding his right hip, but got up rather quickly. He assumed his stance once more, holding a bloody left fist. He took a glance at Electrobolt, from what he gathered from Discord, wherever he was at this point. He turned back to Discord. In pain and in anguish, he kept his stance.

"Tommorow?!" She jolted in such shock that she nearly fell over, but managed to regain her balance and recover at this new pony's other news. She could get them in? Wow, they were in luck that Serah managed to meet someone so in the know. Grinning vastly, she nodded her head at this new unicorn and suddenly regarded her in another light.

"Oh really? Thank you. We don't mean to intrude or anything... thank you a lot for your kindness. Could you really take us all? There's... quite a few of us. We're a large group of peopl- I mean... ponies. I'd have to find everyone and get them all together. It's important that all of us come."

Then another question came to the unicorn's mind, recalled from the flyer. Feeling a bit shy from so much interaction already, she pushed it forth anyway through her timidity. "Also... do you know where we can get some clothes for the event? We don't have any."

Lyra held her chin in her hoof, thinking.

"Welllll, I don't know how many the carriage can fit, and I don't know how many of you all there are. But we can probably make it work somehow." Lyra said with a smile. "It just might be a tight fit."

Serah slightly shuddered.

"As for clothes, well there's only one place to go for Gala clothes, and that's the Carousel Boutique." Lyra addressed Artsy's second question. Her expression grew concerned. "Oh, but the owner isn't in town right now. But, it isn't closed, though. So there must be someone working there, right?"

"Sounds like a plan, then." Serah said through gritted teeth. She slightly shook again.

"If there's one thing worse than being packed together like... well, horses, then it's having to wear 'formal attire'."

Electrobolt's eyes opened in shock when he heard Discord mention both him and Brave at the same time. *Wait... Brave's here too?* he thought, confused. *But...* He shook his head, remembering that this was Discord. Whenever Discord is involved, all kinds of unexplainable things seem to happen. Looking over to his left, he noticed another Discord was manning the front desk. *Yep... Discord's doing this...* he thought, as he walked over to the stands, swarmed with even more Discord clones. However, he noticed an empty spot on the lower tier of the stands, as he slowly approached it.

As soon as he sat down there as a human would, which was more troublesome to him as a pony, he looked over to his right, seeing another human as opposed to the many copies of Discord that littered the stands. He couldn't quite tell who this person was, considering this boy's face was pretty much covered in shadows, but he ignored that for now as he returned his attention to the center of the room, where Brave was facing off with Discord. He watched as Brave did his best to take down Discord, but then...

"You show em who's boss!" one of the Discord clones cheered out. Electrobolt started to look back to see which one shouted that, but he stopped as soon as he saw the Discord that was fighting Brave warp behind him and knocked him over. Although he could see the other person speaking, he couldn't hear anything when that man tried to say the last word. Shaking his head, Electrobolt looked back at the child, who was still eating his hot dog. Looking back at his hooves, Electrobolt noticed a hot dog covered with ketchup in his left hoof. *How did--- Nevermind...* he thought, before looking back to the Brave. Although he could have sworn that, in the far corner of his eye, he saw a pink earth pony with a spinny hat floating in mid-air and eyes going crazy, he ignored that as he cheered out, "Come on Brave, you can do it!" He then proceeded to take a bite out of the hot dog as he watched on, hoping Brave can overcome Discord.

Over at the Carousel Boutique, a rather confused and rather tired looking Pegasus staggered about, "Can... Can anyone please help me out?" he called out, but received no response. He staggered as if he wasn't used to walking with four legs, and it didn't help these four legs were rather long, making him even more awkward with his steps. He stood out among the other ponies, quite on the literal standpoint as he was much taller than the other ponies. Eventually he tired out and sat exasperated next to the boutique. <Where the hell am I? Why am I a... A pegasus? What crazy dream is this?>

"Thanks!" She exclaimed, enthused a bit more by this pony's cheerfulness. The unicorn furrowed her brow a bit, trying to not look as messy as she did by fixing her hair with a hoof. "So... do you think we can go to this Carousel place now?" Artsy directed the question to both Lyra and Serah, thinking that perhaps they could just take a look at this place before calling the others. After all, it'd take quite some time to find them. Nobody really knew where they were.

Why did the group separate anyway? It was kind of a stupid move in her opinion. This would make them more vulnerable to Discord's attempts. She hoped that right now, as they spoke, nobody was being mind-screwed by that evil creature she had drawn. Why did she draw Discord anyway without having even seen him...? The question had just occurred into her mind now as her mind was previously blocked by a multitude of other thoughts...

Better focus on this Gala now. Wouldn't do her any good to ask questions with no answers.

Crystal Flame sighed as he watched Electrobolt flail around, and finally settle again. Nightmares...I wish I was as lucky as him, he thought gloomily. He could almost feel the rain falling, in his mind, the soft gentle pitter-pattering calming his thoughts until he thought nothing at all. It was getting louder now, and he frowned in confusion. A quick look outside the window told him why-it actually WAS raining-a steady, gentle drizzle that tapped lightly against the inn. He pressed both hooves against the window and stared longingly outisde, his breath fogging up the window.

There was an odd thump from behind him. Starled, Crystal turned around, dropping his front hooves back to the ground. Speed was lying on the ground in front of him in a bloodied heap. Crystal opened his mouth, torn between whether to ask her if she was alright or to say I told you so, when a single word escaped her, barely audible over the steady patter of rain. "Help." Crystal stepped towards her as her eyes closed.

"Alright, no excuses," he sighed. "You're going straight to the hospital." Carefully he lifted her onto his back again, tired as he was. His back was aching at this point, and every muscle in his body wanted to buckle and give way. Only will and adrenaline kept him going as he carried the unconscious pony back out the door, which somepony had left propped open. Somepony, he thought to himself. How odd. Even my thoughts are turning equestrian. The light rain had stopped now, leaving behind small puddles on the ground as the only clue that it had existed in the first place. Crystal splashed one of them as he walked, and for a moment felt a brief flicker of happiness.

After making sure Electrobolt was ok, Cole went outside and caught up with Crystal. "Sorry about that. He got all worked up for a second, so...." he explained. Noticing the bleeding pegasus he was carrying, he almost asked what happened to her before deciding it was none of his business. Looks like Sugarcube Corner will have to wait. he decided, following Crystal as best as he could.

"It should be open, and it shouldn't be hard to find. It's the 'Carousel' Boutique. Name kind of says it all, though I don't think I've ever seen it spin." Lyra explained vaguely. Serah nodded.

"I think I saw it earlier." Serah said, recalling one of the odd buildings she'd past by during her walk. "It's not far from here."

"Right. So you won't mind if I just stay here, right? I'm pretty tired and, no offense, but I can't sleep with all this talking." Lyra joked. Her humor was lost on the red unicorn.

"This is MY room, if you don't remember..."

Serah's nostrils flared, but she kept silent. She turned and exited the room, hoping that Artsy would know to follow her to the boutique.

The blue Pegasus laid down in front of the boutique, too tired to really care. <How did I end up here? Where IS here? I need to get back home... Back to...> he froze, a sudden thought raced through his head.

He couldn't remember where he was from! He couldn't remember his own home! The Pegasus began to panick, he sat up in front of the wall of the boutique and proceeded to thump his head on it.

"Wake up" 'thump' "Wake up" 'thump' "Wake up!!" 'thump'. The only thing he managed to get was a headache as he laid back down, <well this day officially sucks> he thought as he breathed a deep sigh.

Brave kept himself up. With the pain that Discord was toying with. With his emotions. With his identity. But how did he feel everything in a dream? The shot to his right side felt so real, as it had before. He didn't understand, but it was excruciating. How was he still conscious, he wondered. This isn't good. He can do whatever he wants... and he's getting to me... but I gotta keep going... I need to... endeavor...

"Come on Brave, you can do it!"

I need to keep going... Electrobolt's cheering me on, so I can't stop now...

One of the Discord's on the upper tier yelled out to Electrobolt "Hey! Why doncha shut it!" This Discord extended his foot and attempted to bump Electrobolt off of his seat. The other Discords also start to throw popcorn at him, both the kernels and those popped. "Why doncha cheer for the home team?"

Hey! Leave him alone! Brave turned his face toward the stands with the eerie, faceless look he had. Someone needs to teach him some respect... Sensei Lee-Scott didn't say anything. Brave was hoping he would. He turned back to the Discord on the mat and saw him charging right at him. Even though he stood in his fighting stance, he was weakened from his injury that keeps opening up. Thanks to Discord. And because of that, he was slowed. Discord came at him with a forward jab and a cross. Brave couldn't react fast enough; he was pushed back and knocked down. The second punch hit his gut and shocked him a bit. Slowly, Brave got back up. A bit of blood dripped from his gi to the floor, as it had earlier.

Keep your attention on your opponent, ?????!

Come on, Brave, go all out on me! Hahaha! This is so fun! I've never tried martial arts before, but boy oh boy! It sure is fun when you tease someone with it! In the meanwhile, Discord's gloves moved off his claws and moved around his arms like a fast snake. They then twirled around his body until they returned fastened to his claws. He gave a smile as if he received the best present ever. And in reality, it was what he wanted.

"Hey, why doncha shut it!" one of the Discords called out as he kicked at Electrobolt in an attempt to knock him off his seat. That one Discord succeeded in knocking Electrobolt off his seat and having the hot dog fly from his left hoof onto the floor to the left of where he landed, considering he was still slightly off-balance from trying to sit up like a human. As the other Discords tossed their popcorn at him, both popped and kernels, he slowly got back on his hooves. "Why doncha cheer for the home team?"

Looking at Brave, Electrobolt noticed that Brave was paying more attention to him, the lime-green pony, as opposed to the fight. Having gotten back on his hooves, Electrobolt called out to Brave, "Hey, don't worry about me... I'll be fine. But for now, just focus on what you're doing right now. Trust me on this..." Just then, the Discord that had bumped Electrobolt off his seat walked up to him and said, "You REALLY should learn when to shut up!" He then threw a punch at Electrobolt, which wound up connecting to his face, hitting his left cheek. This caused the young colt to get knocked back down onto the ground, still conscious, but with a big bruise on his left cheek. *Don't... Don't worry about me, Brave... Just... Focus on the fight...* he thought, as he watched Brave from the floor, not wanting to get back on his hooves only to be knocked back down once again.

She nodded towards the two of them as they spoke, to indicate that she was listening, and then followed Serah out without another word to Lyra.

Soon she had departed the inn on her walk to this Boutique, and shut her eyes for a moment contemplatively. Artsy really had no idea what to say to the other pony, so things would have to be condemned to a moment of silence and awkwardness. It was this looming and terrible feeling of awkward that she could just feel floating in the air. To try to distract herself from it, the tan unicorn decided for the first time to actually take a look around this Ponyville.

It was very colourful. More colourful than the place where they had arrived. A plethora and spectrum of bright and vivacity that she had to begrudgingly admit that she enjoyed. Perhaps this place wasn't so bad. After all, it was neatly designed. She wouldn't mind spending just a tiny bit of time here... only a tiny bit though.

Her eyes caught sight of something interesting though. A tall building that was somewhat garishly coloured, and stood out against the small simple cottages of these ponyfolk. It reminded her vividly of a circus with its odd plastic horse figures littered around its very top in a circle. A carousel? This must be it.

She took notice of a rather peculiar winged pony at its entrance, dark blue and of somewhat duller hues than the ponies she had seen. Was he an attendant? He appeared rather confused and lost... she wasn't sure how to approach, but had trotted a little ahead of Serah.

"Erm... uh... hi. Are you the attendant of this... place?"

The Pegasus' ears perked up at a voice directed toward him. He looked up to see a tan unicorn mare in front of him. At first he didn't know how to react, a unicorn had just spoken to him. He noticed she sounded nervous however, and wondered why.

"Uhh... What?" he asked confusedly, <What did she mean by attendant?> he thought to himself. Looking at the building behind him, he replied "Wait, this place? No sorry, honestly I don't even know where I'm at right now. I'm just waiting to wake up from whatever dream this is and get back to planet earth".

He sat up while speaking, his height clearly shadowing her own as he spoke to her.

"Dreaming? Planet earth? Where have I heard this before..."

Serah remembered how she'd been acting when she first entered this world, a tad embarrassed that she hadn't caught on to the reality of her situation earlier. She sighed audibly.

"I'll save this guy some time."

She stepped past Artsy and towards the confused pony. She stopped inches from him, and had to look up at him to see his face.

And then she took a swing at his chest.

How tall this pony was... all of them were taller than her. It was no different from when she was a human. Why did she have to be so short? Though this one was particularly large and lumbering over her small stature. She felt a little tiny and embarrassed by the shadow he cast upon her. Wait. Did he say he didn't know where he was? And mentioned Earth? Was he another one of them?

"Wait... you're... a human pony?"

Before she could ask any further, however, she had seen that Serah had done some sort of violent action at this new pony and jumped.

"Hey, what's going on here?! What'd you do that for?"

The Pegasus didn't expect the hit, and with an "Oof!!" he staggered back a few steps before regaining his balance.

<what the hell? Dreams aren't supposed to hurt!> he thought to himself. He rubbed the spot where she had hit him, glaring at her angrily, "What the hell was that for?!?" he demanded. He still refused to believe any of this was real, how could it be?

He then turned to the tan unicorn, her mention of a 'human pony' caught his attention, "What... What do you mean human-pony?" he asked confusedly

"I'm making sure you understand the reality of your situation." Serah stated coolly, without apology. "Welcome to Ponyville."

She decided to leave the rest of the explanation up to Artsy. Serah had already taught the pegasus the cruelest lesson he would receive that day. She idly inspected her hoof.

"I needed to punch something about as much as he needed to get hit. Funny how things work out."

Crystal Flame arrived at the hospital, splashing through a few more puddles on the way. A rainbow had appeared in the distance, and for a second he stopped to admire it, before remembering what he was here for. Stop derping. Shaking his head slowly, he carefully readjusted the weight-pegasi-on his back, then staggered through the door. The nurse attendant took one look at the pony on his back and hurried to relieve him of his burden, almost tripping in haste. Gratefully he shifted the unconscious Speed off his back onto a stretcher she had brought out, and she carried Speed the rest of the way into the emergency room.

Crystal sighed. "Wouldn't have happened if you had just listened and gone there in the first place," he muttered to the door Speed had disappeared through, feeling guilty. Slowly, he trotted back away from the counter, poking his head through the exit as he stopped to consider his next move.

"Where should I go now?" he asked himself. The answer came to him easily-find the others. But I really don't have any energy left...He couldn't help it, his eyes were flickering shut as he stood-or wobbled, more like. I exhausted myself helping others...great. "Bye-bye" was the last thought that crossed his mind as he tumbled to the ground, asleep. He wasn't sure it was his.

Cole stood there staring at the now sleeping Crystal Flame. Damnit, why is everyone falling to sleep all of a sudden? he lamented. Was our fight with Discord that exhausting? He sighed in annoyance, setting up two chairs like a bed and putting Crystal on them. He then looked around, unsure what to do.

I could go, but that'd be breaking the "No one wanders around alone" rule. I could stay here, but then that wouldn't really accomplish anything. he pondered to himself. So I'm essentially stuck between a rock and a hard place...

She blinked and thought that was a rather harsh way to try to get someone to understand the reality of the situation... it would take this new guy some time to come to terms with it. Artsy herself had not come to terms with it still. But she decided to disregard this and not make any comment, as apparently, she was expected to be the one who explained these things. Damn. She always sucked at explaining.

"Well, erm... you came from the planet Earth, yes? And you... aren't really a hors... I mean pony. You're actually human? And... you can't remember your name, can you? If that's the case... erm... well, you're a human pony. Like us. We're both some. This place is called Ponyville. I know, it totally sounds ridiculous. And yes, I know. A unicorn is talking to you. Well, two of them now. Why I had to be a unicorn, I don't know..." She trailed off for a minute, before realizing she was getting off-track and rambling. "But yeah, um, that's how it is. We still don't know how to get back to where we came from. But if you're not... a human pony... well, just disregard everything I just said as crazy babble!"

Artsy grinned nervously at him, feeling like a complete idiot.

The Pegasus raised an eyebrow at the unicorn, a small smile showed and he chuckled quietly. She certainly seemed to have trouble explaining things, but he was a good enough listener to catch the gist of what she was saying.

"So let's see here" he replied, "Us three are all humans from earth who mysteriously appeared here... Ponyville right?" he knew this sounded like an insane dream, but the pain on his chest begged to differ.

He brought a hoof to his chin in thought, "Well, I'm certainly from earth, I have no idea how I got here, and..." he racked his brain for a name, but none came. "Yeah, can't remember my own name".

As he said this however, he somehow caught a sliver of memory, he remembered a certain detail about himself. His love of sports. He remembered his athleticism, how he was one of the top players on the track team and basketball team. He also remembered what he gained from this... his nickname...

"But I guess for now you can call me... Sport"

Serah couldn't help but facepalm... facehoof at Artsy's fumbled explanation. She sighed.

"Still preferable to having to explain sh*t myself."

This new human-pony's name was Sport, as befitted the mark on his flank. Aside from that, and his ability to take a hit, Serah found him uninteresting. Still, at least this meeting let them stall a while before having to enter the boutique.

"Listen up, 'Sport'. This world is in chaos. You can be torn to shreds at a moments notice." Serah stated, her icey cold voice contrasting with her appearance. "You have two options. Stay out of the way. Hope that you live long enough to find a god you can pray to. Or, you fight with the rest of us human-ponies. Against a monster who can f*ck your mind and then eat what's left of it."

Serah glared daggers at Sport.

"And if you choose option two, you'd better have the balls to back yourself up. And I'm not talking about that tattoo on your ass."

"Erm... okay..." Artsy made a note to herself not to get on Serah's bad side. She... wasn't very nice, was she? Luckily, the unicorn had averted her eyes just at the right moment, not having seen the facehoof. Deciding to disregard Serah's words, she went on as if the other had said nothing. It wasn't really like her to express disagreement to a person's face. She liked to avoid conflict as much as she could.

"Well, anyway... I don't know my name either, so I kind of called myself Artsy for now. It's not really that bad. It just takes some getting used to. Except having not hands... that really sucks." She grinned a little, trying to make him feel a bit more comfortable with a small smile and to skim over Serah's negativity. "But by attendant, I meant the person who maybe looked after this place? You see, we're looking to get inside. If you want to come, you can as well."

With that, she decided to take the bold move of walking past Sport and into the boutique.

Her eyes were bombarded with bright flashy colours and rather... dare she say it... fabulous looking clothing. It was obviously tailored for pony bodies, but resembled human clothing by a lot. For some reason, these clothes reassured Artsy more of her humanity. These ponies weren't that much different after all if they had dresses and pants. Although she had to say that this fashion sense was not unlike a rather stereotypical and flamboyantly gay man.

Sport looked at Artsy, nodding at her respectfully and returning the smile. He stepped aside as she entered the boutique. She didn't seem too bad, he believed he could get along with her quite well.

The other however was another story, his smile faded and he looked at Serah with an expressionless face. "Not sure who pissed in your cheerios." he said "And pretty much all you just said sounds pretty crazy. But then again everything right now seems crazy, so I'll take your word about this chaos creature. You can quit with the threatening stare and voice, you honestly don't intimidate me, whatever problem you mysteriously have with me just go on and say it, because the threats and language is only annoying me"

He then stood up, giving her one more expressionless glance before joining Artsy. What his eyes met in the boutique made him blink. "Wow" he said "This is... Um... Colorful" he noticed how almost human these ponies seemed. "Heh, wouldn't expect ponies to be able to do such things huh?" he said to Artsy.

The silence that had filled the air after Serah's speech was broken by Artsy, who seemed to be trying to pretend the red unicorn wasn't there. She went on to share her name and a timid attempt at a joke with the pony known as Sport, and then entered the boutique. Serah was left alone with the pegasus.

"What a leader. An athletic looking pony shows up, and she's more interested in clothing than recruiting. Maybe I was wrong in assuming the princess chose her for a reason."

Discord's words from earlier echoed in her mind.

"You want to fight; you want to lead the charge. How does the old saying go? If you're not the lead pony, the view never changes?"

Before Serah could reflect on those words and any truth they might have held, Sport addressed her.

Serah almost laughed, but settled on a smirk that she wasn't sure the other pony caught. Sport turned his back to her and followed Artsy into the boutique.

"I don't intimidate you? I'm not the one who's ''threatening stare'' you need to watch out for."

Serah wordlessly followed the other two ponies into the boutique.

"You talk a good game. Prove to me that you have the strength to back it up, sporty."
