"Alright. Just so you know; I plan to have everything in order and all ready to go in about an hour and a half from now." Thunder stated as he started to head over to the fountain. "See you there." Blitz stated as he caught up with his brother. They then headed to the fountain.

"aw come out " Times said as he beat on the hole with his hoof. He hit it with one strong hit. The beetle flew out and landed on Times' face "AHHHH" Times began running blindly around trying to shake off the beetle. He continued running until he tripped and fell in the fountain. "well at least that beetle is gone."

Arc watched, amused, as a red and white pony chased after a beetle, which then landed on his face, causing him to eventually end up in the fountain. She bit her lip as she walked over to the fountain

"Need any help there?" She asked, trying to hold back laughter, but ended up failing as she laughed, holding out a hoof to try to help him out.

Octavia opened her home and looked at it. It was a mess as always when she came home. But this time, she was not greeted by her friend. She looked through the house and found a note on the table. It read as such.

Dear Tavi,

Gone on a cross country trip with some friends. Won't be back for a while. There is some food in the fridge I made for you.

 

Love, Vinyl.

 

P.S. Sorry about the mess. The trip was a bit sudden and on the spot.

 

Octavia gave a sigh at her roommates behavior. She looked to the window and saw the strange lights flickering once more. "Ugh, some pony has to put a stop to it."

Times wiped water off of his glasses and said "yeah thanks" He grabbed Arc's hoof and got out of the fountain. "What are you laughing at. Times had the unamused look again. He took off his glasses aand wiped the water from inside them away. He put them back on.

"Well, for a starter, you just fell into a fountain. Plus the fact that you were screaming 'cause a little beetle landed on your face." She said, still laughing a bit. She noticed his facial expression, and poked him, "Dude, cheer up! Don't look so serious, I helped you out didn't I?"

Octavia began to make her journey to the mountain to end glowing light. She was determined to know what had caused her such irritation. Or maybe she was projecting her irritation onto this unusual activity. All she knew was that she wanted to hade it gone or at the very least known to her.

"the beetle was like this big" There were 3 inches in between Times' hooves. "How can you call that Titan beetle small" Times sighed "sorry I just don't like being laughed at after what happened when I was younger." Times said looking at the ground and in a ashamed tone.

"It was not that big, that is huge exaggeration, there is no way there's beetles that big living in Ponyville, let alone this country!" She responded. She saw the stallion look down at the ground after mentioning his childhood,

"Why, did somepony poke fun at you for falling into a fountain then, too?" She joked, not meaning to sound inconsiderate but instead trying to lighten his mood.

Times' got that unamused face once again "No, Its just that... Lets just say I wasn't the most popular Foal in school" Times said as he sat down on the edge of the fountain. Times sighed as he pulled out a bit and threw it watching it bounce like a smother rock on the water.

Octavia had climbed a distance up the mountain by now. She had carried a heavy cello on her back for a few years so carrying herself up a mountain should be childs play. At least that's what she thought. She was determined to end this neusance or take her frustrations out on it. She continued her climb until she had completed her journey.

"Right, let's just skip the part where you try to make me feel all guilty and stuff for laughing at you while you look all grumpy and stuff, and just tell me what happened." She said as she sat down next to him, pulling out a sandwich and munching on it as she spoke.

Times rolled his eyes "I just didn't have many friends and I was picked on in school" Times said as he saw the bit bounce of the center piece of the fountain and land in the water. He pulled out another and tossed it again. It bounced of the water and got caught in the water coming off of the center piece.

Octavia was almost there, the cave at the top was so close to her reach. She will finally have answers. Gasping for air at her long hike up she stopped to rest. But what she saw made her gasp in a different way. The light was brighter than ever and she was going to meet the source of this disturbance. But the light stopped and what came next was an oddity. "In blackest day, in brightest night. Beware your fears made into light. And let those who stand before whats right, burn like his power SINESTRO'S MIGHT!" These words gave way to an even brighter flash with the words echoing through the cave. Octavia was starting to regret coming here. but she had not made this venture for nothing. Approaching the cave, she looked in and saw... nothing. "What is going on here?"

hank nods "I'm in ponyville. Its been so long since I been here.. thank yoi for telling me the information. I just hope.. princess celestia remembers me.. we.. kind of hada thing going on in the past.. but. I ddon't think she will." He sighs "so. What are all your names? I'm hank."

"I'm Shadow" She said with a smile. She felt the box and notice the door "Well nice to meet you Hank"  Shadow tried to increase the power of to get a better look of what Hank looked like. All she could do is see what shape his eyes were and where his hair ended and his head began.

Octavia looked in the cave and didn't find anypony there. The yellow light had all but gone. Save for a glowing object in the center of the cave. She approached it and found it to be in the shape of a lantern. But it was odd. inside was some kind of light that could not possibly come from any candle. Plus there was that voice, no way that it was responsible. "*sigh*, looks like I came here for nothing." Octavia was about to make her way out when floating begore her was a creature she had not seen before. It edges glowing with the same light. It had glasses bu she could feel its gaze penetrating her very soul. "Who, are you?" Octavia was frozen in place.

Hank smiles "why are you called shadow? Are you blind? Is that why?" He asked as he looks down "wanna go talk? Or.. wanna go inside the tardis." He sighs "well. I got a scar on my eye and I can't see out of my left eye.. also.. I'm hurt.. I'm bleeding. Does anypony know any magic to heal me?"

"Why didn't you have many friends? Were you shy or something? You don't seem a very shy pony..." She asked, before she realized she hadn't introduced herself, and neither had the stallion, "Oh, I haven't told you my name yet, and I have no idea who the heck you are. I'm Arc." She said, offering a hoof to shake.

"Yes, That is the reason my parents called me shadow, I was blind at birth. Also I know some healing magic. " Shadow took a deep breath and her horn began glowing pink. A pink aura began to glow around Hank.

Times looked at her, "I'm Times nice to meet you" He said looking to Arc. "I never really had any friends because... Well they thought I was weird, mostly because I have ADHD and that I couldn't fly."

She mare's eyes opened with a snap, her mind switched into panic mode.

 

She groaned upon realising what had happened. A nightmare, yet another dream about being chased and killed by shadow ponies. She could feel the tears gathering in her eyes, threatning to start streaming down her face. She touched her cheek with her hoof for a reality check and as an attempt to calm herself down.

 

Evening really did find herself to be pathetic sometimes, between stupid nightmares that left her crying, childish fears and holding onto things that happened years ago.. Sometimes she really didn't know what to do with herself. Sterling kept her intact, he had saved her some falling into a dark hole again or abandoning her chance of living all the time ago.

 

'Okay Evening, upsy daisy girl.' she thought, sitting herself up slowly.

The Italian pony sighed as she continued on her walk shyly. She was very shy  of new ponies so she kinda ran off . She began to walk to the park. It was her favorite place after all as the décor was amazing! as the day was perfect too. Still it was her day off till she started working at a flower shop. She loved flowers.

Thunder and Blitz had gotten started to set up the stage for the magic show. They even got Big Mac to help with the construction as well, since he was a strong work horse. "Everything is coming up slowly. Once the stage is done, I'll go look for Felicity, and she could start on the decorations." Thunder stated. "Sounds like a great plan." Blitz proclaimed.

Riley and Cassidy exited Sugarcube Corner to see Big Macintoh and two other stallions setting up for something.

 

Cassidy: Oh, um... excuse me, is this where the magic show is going to be?

"Well they seem like a load of jerks. You shouldn't have let them bothered you but... You should feel honored, as I now," She paused for dramatic effect, "consider you my friend!" She grinned at him, rummaging around in her saddlebag before pulling out a sandwich and offering him it. "You having those traits is not a weakness, but a strong point or something inspirational like that. Also, take the damn sandwich, it's good."
