Yeah In this rp maybe normally he is just a rip-off chaos knight from fantasy warhammer

Back when I could afford WH40k I tried to run a Sisters army, Tactics>OP as far as I'm concerned, but there were many times when I couldn't outmatch the other guy, so I outsmarted him.

As for this RP, I'm going to like this fight, mainly because I don't usually get to break chemistry and physics as horribly as I can with an electrokinetic character...

I Just made Charles a Secret Agent for the President of the USA. To Spy on PACE

May I ask why? In addition, isn't PACE a paramilitary organization, meaning that by being a "secret agent" Charles is committing several war crimes?

Well before he join Pace he was a Secret Agent to the President of the USA. Other Presidents form other country like Russia and most of the country want PACE to Capture the Ponies. But Some Leaders didn't want that. So he ask Charles to see him.

Hay XC Remember that other War On Pace RP since I made the President of the USA more Complex and he didn't want this to happen. I thinking adding him here making him the sub plot to this and Charles Joining PACE. I See that President Sadie there I thinking he Form Russia right.

Well then... I'm going to have a LOT of fun listing the War Crimes Charles is committing right now... And remember, this isn't the same 'verse as the other War RP... This is an alternate universe.
