Rift enchanted 380 February 23, 2014 Share February 23, 2014 I went to otafest. Really great place and conveniently enough, it was right in my city. I got to meet 2 voice actors of mlp there and I saw a lot of cosplay go down! This year I'm hoping to go to bronycan 1 You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it save equistria with its five candy coloured friends and shoot rainbows at bad guys using their necklaces and tiara unless you're celestiaAlso if your not familiar with the count to one million post then check out our welcoming cheer!http://mlpforums.com/topic/69955-count-to-one-million/page-1188Just scroll to the bottom and it'll be there

Modphase 1,271 February 23, 2014 Share February 23, 2014 I haven't been to Bronycon yet (Going this year, woo!) but I have been to Equestria LA, which is also a large Brony Convention. I went with my dad, which actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I pretty much browsed the vendor hall, took pictures, and went to the panels and the rave. My favorite activity though, was socializing with my fellows, I met some really interesting and nice people there... including my crush. You could probably guess that i had fun, and am definitely looking forward to future conventions.
SCS 7,537 March 1, 2014 Share March 1, 2014 Hey there , I have moved your thread from General Discussion to Sugarcube Corner, as it involves the brony fandom. Since BronyCon heavily involves the brony fandom it is best to post about it in Sugarcube Corner.
Denim&Venöm 19,366 March 1, 2014 Share March 1, 2014 Went last year. It was a life affirming experience. Even the trips there and back were fun, even if we did take a wrong turn that extended our trip 8 hours. But yeah, browsed the vendor hall, attended the Friendship is witchcraft and Bronies react panels, attended panels on running a Tumblrpon and drawing ponies, went to the traveling pony museum, briefly attended Bronypalooza, got a pictures with Bronycurious, Solrac and Fluffymixer, had some real feels moments with a "how MLP has effected you" panel, even waiting in line was something. Got to shake hands with Nicole Oliver. And I'm definitely going back.
