(UPDATED) Toxic Hoof background (help needed)

[Toxic Hoof 92]

OK so I was going for a half evil half good type of thing although I have hit a bit of a brick wall in terms of ideas on what I should do to it, I feel like I need to change/ add something but I don't know what.

Now I know I have missed a few things when it comes to quality but I will fix it once I have completed the overall look of the background. for example the left side of the mane (the black outline)

maybe make the blue eye fully opened, and the mouth on that side less evil-grinny? that way you really increase the contrast between the two sides.

hmm ok. ill have to change that tomorrow though as I am on my laptop and it is really not a good computer for drawing.

So I changed the good eye, the evil smile and added a background (I didn't draw the background btw, you can tell by the seamlessness of the two backgrounds)
