Help with an Arthur fanfiction?

hey everypony.

Have any of you heard of the show Arthur? If you haven't, I suggest you check it out (just make sure your watching the earlier seasons.). Anyway, I am writing a fan fiction, wont get into the plot here, but I am trying to figure out what would motivate my villain to drive a little girl to suicide or kill her because of what her father did. If you have any suggestions i would LOVE to hear them.
