I did. I mean- Broken is pretty... weird. And he doesn't explain his actions much. Or emote. And he's slightly bitter about being a grounded pegasus. Combine all that with completely disregarding Frozen's well-being and... yeah... you get anger.

It's not even so much that Broken is being an emotionless jerk in Frozen's mind, have you ever been electrocuted? That's a lot what spell backlash is like. It makes everything seem agitating.

Yup. Unpleasant. He did have to suffer most of it though being in the epicenter. Pushing too strongly is going to alienate him. He's not one to respond well to emotional outbursts. Actually, that might make for an interesting sub-plot. Faction forming maybe? Or at the very least constant butting heads?

Loving the cold metaphors especially considering how insane this winter was. We should run it by @Skullbuster to make sure it doesn't conflict with anything he has planned.

 

That said, it might not even have to be full-out hostility- could just be mild dislike. Hell, it might be possible to turn it into a comedy bit. Most insults would go right over Broken's head- just gotta be clever about it.
