In this scenario forget about the goku broly rivalry. In this scenario they all team up against the Alicorns

 

Yeah, but ignoring that, is asking for character breaks all across the board as arguments. That leads to BS arguments.

Oh. Then that makes things MUCH easier.

 

Now it comes down to one thing, these conditions must be followed for Alicorns to win (at least, in the Transmutation scenario.)

 

A: Alicorns get the first attack

B: Alicorns use Transmutation spells

C: They all use them at once and none of the Saiyans dodge

 

In that case the chances of the Alicorns winning are very slim. But still possible. Basically like another user has said, if the fight is replayed over and over again, Saiyans win nearly every time.  Throw in Piccolo into the fight and Alicorns lose outright due to his resistance to magic as another user has said

Just to keep things in mind this is the best of Celestia for example in which she actually had to use the elements in order to defeat NMM. Also this is probably the worst she has faced next to Chysalis in which she also lost.

 

 

Now compare that to this.

The point is that if the battle is played over and over again in terms of outcomes saiyens win, Sure I am sure the Alicorns can pull something off. But if they get hit with a ki blast its over. I mean if the Saiyens are fed up or at a last resort option in whcih they have to escape from the planet, Vegeta, or Broly for example can blow the planet up and everypony dies.

You: MLP because friendship is magic even though they have never faced such beings is the shows history. The wost being NMM and Changelings. No death, planet destruction/extinction scale events.

 

Although I say if the Alicorns were set in the Marvel Universe,  they would be extremely powerful.

 

But yeah, I want to see what others think as this thread has become quite popular.

The aligned stars were what allowed her to escape. When they did so she appeared in Equestria seconds later. When I say in the moon I'm talking in a mystical way, not that her body was physically buried in the moon.

OP never state bloodlust. I used it as a scenario. But again, even under bloodlust, as long as Goku is present, Broly isn't going to do anything but gun for his head.

Or Broly would try to kill Kakarot AND the ponies by blowing the planet up. You know, kill 2 birds with 1 stone, or in this case, kill 2 enemies with 1 Omega Blaster attack. Goku may or may not survive the explosion (I kind of just realized that strength and endurability aren't the same thing) and if he does, then he'll at least be fucked up very badly. Point is: Broly's an insane, cold-blooded, and very dangerous prick. We're all fucked if he turns SS3 like he did in that what-if thing in the Raging Blast series.

Actually, Vegeta can survive in space, but I'm not too sure about Broly. When Broly was a baby and got thrown out into space along with his father, he created an energy field so they'd survive, but I can't remember if it was to survive the explosion when Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta or the vacuum of space? Well duh, it was mentioned during the fight with Frieza that he can't breathe in space. I was just saying that Vegeta can and I think Broky might be able to. I never mentioned Goku. I also never said that ALL Saiyans could breathe in space. Most back then could, but that wasn't an inherentance thing.

Goku and Vegeta are biologically the same species, thanks to Freeza, we know Saiyans as a whole can't breathe in space, other wise he wouldn't have gambled on nuking the planet. 

 

Not to mention that Vegeta utterly shat himself when Goku powered up the Instant Transmission Kamehameha, because it would blow up the Earth

1. All currently living Saiyans, except Tarble, had their tails removed.

2. Even if they DID still have their tails, it wouldn't be much of a weakness since Vegeta trained his tail before his planet got blown up, Goku trained his as a child after Roshi adviced him to do so, everyone else most likely would have trained their tail if they still had them.

3. It's never said that Celestia CONTROLS the sun, she just raises it. Unicorns did that before the sisters came to power.

1. I think Vegeta knew, or at least thought, he wouldn't be quick enough to avoid the attack.

2. No one would have been fast enough to escape Frieza's Death Ball or the resulting explosion.

3. Bardock could breathe on space, and I don't think that'd be a skill exclusive to him.

4. You'd be piss scared too if the Earth was about to be destroyed.

Actually it is canon. I'm pretty sure Toriyama said so. Vegeta wouldn't survive a planetary explosion, Broly barely did out of luck, not to mention he was frozen once he landed on Earth which is the only reason why he stayed alive.

Strength and endurance aren't the same thing, and Frieza barely survived and would have died from blood loss if his dad didn't find him in the nick of time. Most of the movies actually are canon. Bardock was seen in Frieza's flashback right before Frieza and Goku fought. Tree of Might must be canon, since that's when Icarus made his debut and he was seen in multiple episodes since then. I actually can't explain other movies since I haven't seen them in so long (I saw ToM just yesterday).

READ THE MANGA! Icarus wasn't in the Manga and Freeza survived for a week in space. And no, defense does scale with power. Vegeta would have died from the injuries Freeza recieved, but he's strong enough to not have recieved them in the first place

You know what? This is getting WAY out of hand, I'm not continuing this argument. Declare yourself the winner if it makes you feel better. I'm just tired of having to log back into the forum every 5 damn seconds when I get an email because you just have to argue with everything I say. I'm done. Besides, this thread has gotten old.
