"It's ok Glisten I'm here for you nothing can hurt you" Flower said in a soft voice. "I won't let anypony hurt you anymore, your safe with me, here in my hooves" Flower said trying to give her a hug to see if she will accept it this time instend of pushing her farther away.

Glisten coughed violently for a bit. When the coughs subsided, she looked at Flower and scooted closer. "Please ... don't ... hurt ... me ..." Glisten said quietly as she lightly hugged Flower, then lightly hugged Melanie as well. Glisten then realised what had just happened and put her hooves over her mouth. "It's happened again. Please tell me I recognised the both of you." Glisten said quietly. She nervously whistled like a finch to try and calm her nerves.

"Not really "Melanie said with a sniff tearse still running down her checks "I had no I idea what to do one minute you are fine and then bam your passed out in my hooves ...I thought...thought..."Melanie bused in to tears falling into Glisten sholder to cry. The room went silent excepted Melanie crying

Glisten automatically held Melanie and rubbed her back to try and soothe her. "It's fine. I'm fine. See? I can recognise the both of you and I hope that doesn't happen again. I can't promise anything but it's a start. Right?" Glisten said uncertainly but she was still trying to comfort Melanie. "I'm sorry for scaring you. I do that when I see a big group of ponies together like back in the lobby." Glisten apologised, still hugging Melanie.

"I...I...I guess your right it is a start " wrapping her hooves around Glisten's  neck to hug her still cry " I am ok I am ok .I just get scared at things like that"Melanie has never expected something that scarred her this much be for she was lightly shaking "I am just glad you are ok."

Glisten sighed. "Like I said. Sometimes I won't recognise either of you but I will recognise both of you most of the time. My mind is ... broken? I think that's the appropriate word, from the five years I was ... tortured." She quietly spoke the last word before unwrapping her hooves from around Melanie. "You sure you'll be fine?" Glisten asked her worriedly.

"I never thought that would happen, but I'm glade that you are ok now, hopefully that won't hapen again" Flower said putting the ponies into a group hug so that they all can be close together, and know that they are ok, and safe from harm. "So what would we do now" flower asked still hugging both of them.

Glisten's ears flicked a bit before she decided. "I guess we sleep now." Glisten said uneasily. She hated sleeping because it always gave her nightmares. "I'll sleep on the floor. You and Melanie can take the beds. I'm used to it." Glisten shrugged and climbed off the bed. She then laid down and tried to make herself comfortable. Doing so, she then turned away from them and just stared at the wall. Her breathing slow and even, acting as if she was asleep.

"No, no pony is sleeping on the floor, one of you can sleep with me in one bed or both of you sleep in the other together" Flower said chiseling a bed to lie down at still wide awake, and thinking of the days events that happened. "I wont let any pony sleep on the floor" Flower said.

Glisten kept looking at the wall. She ignored Flower and hoped that she would take a hint for the night. She didn't want what happened earlier to happen again with her accidentally hurting Melanie or Flower. "Good night Flower. Good night Melanie." She said from her position on the floor. She stared at the wall and didn't think about anything except Melanie and Flower.

"Stop being so stubren Glisten" Flower said then she walked over to Glisten picked her up and put her on one of the beds. "Like I said no pony is going to sleep on the floor" Flower said thinking of picking up Melanie and putting her on one of the beds too. "So who do you want to sleep with, or do you want to sleep by yourself" Flower asked.

"I want to sleep with Glisten"Melanie whisper not look at any pony just trying to relax from the events that happened early. She was trying to get her mine out of it but the seenn just kept playing over and over not stopping just making her feel bad she looked at her hooves.

"Well how about we let Glisten deside, she is older then you, I'm not trying to be mean or anything, it's just that I think she would decide, epically after what had happened today" Flower said not trying to be mean, but being honest, because she wants Glisten to feel safe with them.

Glisten turned to look at the both of them. "I want Melanie to sleep with me." Glisten said. If she was sleeping on the bed, she may as well sleep with her new friend. "Please?" She asked sincerely. Glisten was scared about what happened earlier and she didn't want it to happen again.

"Ok but you might need this" she then dug through her bag and found her smarty pants doll then walked over to Glisten "Here I think you might want to have this it makes me feel better when I am scarred  and I think you need it more then me"Melanie smiled as she gave Glisten her favorite doll

Glisten took the Smarty Pants doll and looked at it for a moment. She examined it from all angles then gave Melanie a smile. "Thank you Melanie." Glisten said softly. She moved over to make room for Melanie on the bed. "Good night." She said and turned on her side while holding the Smarty Pants doll.

"Good night Glisten," she smiled at Glisten and closed her eyes.When her eyes were shut she started to hum a calming melody not meaning to bother her friends 'hush now quiet now it's time to lay your sleepy head hush now quiet now it's time to go to bed' she shifted a little.

"Ok so that's settled" Flower said then got into the other bed but facing both of them just in case if something bad happens. "Good night everypony, I hope you all have a lovely little dream" Flower said hoping that will happen, and that her and Glisten won't have there nightmare.

"Good night Flower hope you have sweet dreams to and she you in the morning"as she shifted agen she let out a yawn close her eyes letting sleep take over her body she thought about the new friends she made. In her book this was a really good day she  even  hoped that the next day would be better.

Steel walked over to Luna and nuzzled her

Shadowheart walked over to darkshine he shrouded her I'm shadows using them I heal her as best he could he made the shadows whisper to her "are you okay darkshine" he was worried about her

Luna thought for a moment. "Let's get her to my personal infirmary. She needs to be checked out." She carefully picked up Dark Shine and set her on her back.

 

Dark Shine kept coughing, blood splattered on the floor. When she finally managed to stop, there was blood running down her chin and she was only half conscious.

 

Midnight walked out of her room, nuzzling Grell. "I wonder what Steel and princess Luna are up to..." she thought aloud, looking at him.

Shadow heart cursed and let the shadows around him fade away as he used every healin spell in his arsenal to heal her as luna picked her up

Steel sighed and pulled out a cloth wiping up the blood knowing that it would be harder I'd they waited to clean it

Luna looked at Shadow Heart. "It's alright. You don't need to heal her. I will figure out what is wrong abd hot to fix it." She walked out, quickening her pace as she headed towards the infirmary.

 

Dark Shine shakily looked up, her ears flat. "Sha...dow...-" she whispered before passing out.

 

Midnight blinked, seeing Luna wizz right on by.

Shadow heart didn't listen he kept going staying by darkshines side

Steel followed staying quit he wasn't a healer he was a fighter so he was at a loss

Grell watched as they ran by and then he nuzzled midnight "I wonder what that was about" grell said

Luna rushed into the imfirmary, laying her on the stretcher. "Steel, grab me my blue book of medical spells please..."

 

Dark Shine laid there, unconcious. She was breathing hard and was pale as ever.

 

Midnight shrugged. "She had a filly on her back, whatever it was..."
