Katie stepped into a scanner, she was so excited, she considered weather or not she should take things easy, if she did take things easy, she may loose, but if she attacked with full force, it would hopefully be an easy victory. But the last time she had fought her friends, her powers had consumed her, she'd be running that risk again. Maybe she could take it? Whisper nodded happily and bubbled with excitement. She really hoped she could help Katie but had no idea of her recent development in strength. Whatever the case, the thought of a wig made her head feel itchy. She laid back in her tube and waited for de-virtualization.

Genesis reluctantly stood in her tube, only comforted by the fact the door was open still.

Minx stood in a tube andlooked at Genesis in the one opposite her. "It's only for a few minutes." Minx smiled at her.

Jeremy cracked his fingers and got set to typing away the appropriate commands. Seeing that everything is set up, he nervously looked at them and acanned them into the Battle Arena. "Virtualisaion." He said. He hit enter and everyone got virtualised.

Minx saw the doors close and prpared for the virtualising. She got virtuakised an when she fell onto the ground, she began to look around in wonder. It was drastically different from the usual blandness of Lyoko.

Katie looked around the field, her dress swirling around her legs. She saw Whisper and waved to her, running over and grinning, "OK, you and me." She said with a smile, "Let us do battle." Icy tendrils seemed to radiate from her, making the air just around her freezing cold. They were on the outskirts of the arena,  the area where the spectators would sit. Katie excitedly grabbed Whispers hand and pulled her to the field.@@RunsWithSquirlz,

Dex relaxed and virtualized into the new area. Once he dropped to the ground, he stretched his metallic arms and looked around the new battlefield. "Well this is different." Dex said as he crossed his arms and waited for the others to virtualize into the arena.

Rush arrived in the arena and looked around for a while before eventually taking his place in the seats and quietly waiting for the start of the match. As much as he'd like to help Whisper, it wasn't his fight, and all he could do was watch and wait for his turn to come around.

Whisper became a little unnerved at Katie's willingness to fight her.But as she was dragged she made some preparations for fighting.

When Genesis materialized she looked frazzled as last time. She looked around the arena and found a place to sit; propping her legs up on the seat before her.

Minx summoned her personalities via electric pillars and the took various seats with Angelinx and Hellinx as far away from each other as possible. Minx sat next to Genesis and looked at Katie and Whisper prepare to fight. "I don't think that Angelinx and Hellinx will ever make up. Also, I don't think you'll ever get used to those tubes." Minx told Genesis.

 

Devilinx looked between Hellinx and Angelinx. She decided to sit with Angelinx and tried to get her to make up with Hellinx.

Katie went to the end of the arena and took a breath, focusing on the cold air around her, and just using it. 'Control' she thought to herself, 'just control it.' The wind materialized, swirling through the air and taking the shape of a fluffy white snowball sitting in her hand. Next she thought of the black ice, and her thoughts charged the snow, turning it black as the deep ocean. She could feel what was now pure acid in her palm, tingling the tips of her fingers as if trying to tear down the wall that was her magic. "Whenever you're ready." She breathed to Whisper, a dangerous smile playing on her lips. @@RunsWithSquirlz,

Whisper nodded and withdrew an arrow from her quiver. She looked up at the stands and around at the arena; she realized she was in a disadvantage. There was no where to hide or use in her fight; she would have to rely on Katies ice.

"Darling. They'll make up don't you worry. And bullocks to those tubes!" she stretched out. "Who do you think will win?".

Katie saw the bow and arrow and decided that defense would be a decent practice method. She nodded and stomped her foot on the ground, creating an icy battlefield directly around her. She held her snowball and simply watched, waiting for her opponent to make the first move. Planning to make a quick wall of ice to deflect the first arrow. @@RunsWithSquirlz,

Codely went back to his base with the second chaos emerald still in his hand.

 

"I thought it would be a bit harder to steal this energy source but i guess non of them have power in that world of there's so it's like taking candy from a baby. Right now lets get down to business. Before i test this on other monster i will first test it on the weakest monster we have. Bring in the Test Kankrelat"

 

A Kankrelat walked up to Codely. Codely then got the second chaos emerald and touched the Kankrelat with it.

 

"Work you magic!!"

 

The Kankrelat started to shake as a blue glow started to appear around it. The colour of the started to turn a dark gray colour with yellow stripes around it's body. It's size got bigger, about 3 times the size of a normal Kankrelat with it's legs having XANA signs on them and instead of one gun, there were two.

 

"Wow" Codely stared to laugh "Right show me what you can do" The new Kankrelat stomped into the ground making the ground  shake as two Kankrelat's appeared from the ground right in front of the new Kankrelat. The new Kankrelat then charged at the other two Kankrelat and pieced them with it's legs destroying them.

 

"Hmmm, The ability to summon Kankrelat's and charge at high speeds. I've got a job for you. You will be the leader of the army i'm going to make and your army will be the cause of those kids death's. Push them off into the Digital sea!!!!. You will be known as the supreme Kankrelat"

 

The Supreme Kankrelat nodded and walked off

After taking another look around at Katies work; Whisper thought quickly. She pointed her arrow and let it fly; pressing a small button on the shaft before letting it go.

Genesis was intrigued by the ice. If Katie won then it would be a interesting fight between the two of them. Maybe even potentially dangerous. Genesis shrugged, it sounded fun.

Katie took a breath and lifted her hands up to form a ice wall, the ice only came about an inch of the ground. Crap. She managed to swerve away from the arrow, skating around the raised ice. She chucked the acid snow ball at Whisper, but it missed, sizzling into the ground next to Whisper and creating a hole in the dirt. As she threw the ball, something clicked, like she suddenly knew what to do. Her body reacted for her and she drew her dagger, the blade flashed and was suddenly encased in ice. With a flick of the hilt, the ice flew off the blade, the end pointed, and it was aimed directly at Whisper. @@RunsWithSquirlz,

The arrow flew past Katie and embedded itself into an ice wall. The shaft split in 3 and smoke sprayed out, creating a thick white fog building up around their legs. Whisper yelped when the ball of ice whizzed past her and she didn't need to turn to know what the sizzling mist. She grabbed her bow and spun it out; deflecting the ice blade away.

 

"Woah...that was cool!" she called over at Katie. But then Whisper tucked and rolled away into the fog.

'Sweet, fog!' Katie thought, she too dived into the fog, creating snow clouds that dosed the arena in a mass of snow. Using the fog, and a thin layer of snow around her, she effectively hid herself, making her impossible to see. She danced through the snow and searched carefully, covering any tracks with snow. The bad thing was, even though Whisper couldn't see her, she couldn't see Whisper. She looked on the ground for her opponents tracks, listening very carefully and ready to fire an ice dagger at a moments notice.

Minx raised an eyebrow at Whisper's use of the fog. "I'm going to have to say Whisper. What about yiu? Who do you think will win?" Minx asked her. She crossed her arms and slouched in her seat.

 

Hellinx had rested her feet on the chair in front of her and watched the battle with interest. Hellinx thought that Katie would win purely based on the fact that she may land a lucky shot.

 

Angelinx and Devilinx sat side by side and watched the battle. They both thought that Whisper would win too.

Like a cat, Whisper slunk up a chunk of ice jutting out from the wall. She stayed there poised and listening for Katie, eyes scanning the rolls of fog before her.

"If Duchess over there doesn't hold back with her ice powers, it'd be a sure win. Princess doesn't do anything does she? Besides shoot arrows?" Genesis was mildly surprised at the support for Whisper.

With a single breath, Katie made the snowfall heavier, insanely so. She creeped about the field, shrouding herself, and found a spot right below the ice jutting from the wall, taking cover and focusing on absolute control. She had to hold back completely, it didn't take a lot for her powers to take hold of her and she desperately wanted to do this without going power hungry. The snow was so intense now that the picking up icy wind blew it to people in the stands. She focused on making it freezing cold. Even just touching the stuff would send shivers down most people spines. The second she had sights on Whisper, it would be an easy win. @@RunsWithSquirlz,

Minx looked at Genesis and then back to the now-shrouded field. She shivered and rubbed her arms when the snow that Katie blew to the stands hit her. "God that's cold. What did you say? Oh yeah. Whisper can shoot arrows. Before the arena was shrouded in mist, she shot an arrow that cause the mist to appear so Whisper has different kinds of arrows. Sort of like Green Arrow does in the comics." Minx tried to clarify why she was rooting for Whisper.

Whisper shivered as the snow blanketed her but she froze still. Katie was right underneath her now. Her fingers were too cold and she tried to wiggle them. Her bodysuit wasn't suited for different types of weather, it was meant for her agility. Whisper did the only thing she could think of, tying one end of her rope, she dove off the jutting ice and used the pull of the rope to swing her towards Katie.

"It's just arrows. What are arrows going to do?" she scoffed. "If Katie takes this on time she could win."

Katie saw the form of Whisper swing out of the mist and she fired a block of ice at her, sending the frozen teen flying though the air. Katie gave a giggle and yelled, "nice try Whisper!" Before silencing herself and hiding in the mist again. She pawed over to a random patch of snow and buried herself in it, making a small wall of snow cover her. The area was random enough that Whisper wouldn't even think to look there. Now all she had to do was wait, a little game of hide and go seek was all. This should be fun. She focused on the snow around her, letting go just a little to her own power and she created snowmen. 6 of them. She pushed the snowmen around with her magic. In the mist they looked like people running for their lives, decoys. She tried very hard not to giggle at her joke, and waited for the snowmen to be attacked. @@RunsWithSquirlz,

Minx thought about the question for a minute. Arrows could electrocute, choke, distract ... a few other things which I can't remember. But arrows can do a lot of things." Minx tried to defend her reasoning for rooting for Whisper. She thought she could see Whisper and Katie in the mist but it was way too thick to tell. "I know I'm being mean but the only thing that Katie can do is not being able to control her powers, to an extent."

"Oomph!" Whisper flew back and landed hard against a wall of ice. She got up shakily, her vision blurry and completely disoriented. Instead of 6 figures in the shroud, it was more like 12 to her. Whisper shook her head quickly and picked another arrow, she learned that each arrow had specific symbols on their shafts. It was up to her to decode what they meant. She shot out an arrow weakly, her head throwing her off. The arrow landed with a soft thunk in the mist and suddenly it began to ignite like a sparkler; it spun in place whizzing and throwing sparks all around it, melting the surrounding snow and a good few of the snow dummies.

 

Squinting through the mist, Whisper caught a glimpse of Katies shimmering dress. Quickly she notched an arrow and let it fly.

"Hmmm" Genesis watched intently.

The arrow pinned Katie's dress and she jumped away with a delighted giggle, this was fun. Now with a long segment torn off the hem of her dress, and Katie very close to indecent with the sudden lack of fabric, she began to really test herself, feeling confident with her success of the snowmen. She grinned at the sparkling fire work the snowmen had become, she lifted her hands and pulled the air sustaining the fire away in an icy blast, killing the flames. Than she summoned the black snow, quite competent now, and threw chunks of the acidic ice directly at Whisper.  @@RunsWithSquirlz,
