Dart frowned at his bottle then rememered that he was reading something on his phone. Something funny. He took his phone out and peered at te screen. His vision may be blurry but he remembered it was still on the page. He handed the phone to Mission Jeopardiser. "Read thish. It may cheer you up." He slurred.

Katie gave a timid smile and read through  some of the stuff, it was pretty amusing. She was shocked when Whisper hugged her, but not at all opposed.

 

 

She squeezed Katie tightly "Practice makes perfect Katie. Ya' know I was told that when I arrived at the orphanage I was a sickly baby. My legs were thin and weak and I remember I couldn't even walk. Now I can run." Whisper squeezed her gently, hoping that she could somehow imbue the courage she had into Katie. She had faith in Katies abilities, just like she had in everyone elses but she knew that being possessed by XANA could not have been fun. Katie must've felt guilty and vulnerable because of her attacking the others. But Whisper held no grudge and she was sure no one else did either.

Katie blushed and a happy tear nearly fell onto the phone screen. She hugged the girl back just as tightly "You guys are true friends," she said lightly. She sniffed and snuggled ever so slightly closer to Whisper before letting go and facing the two, her blush burning on her face and a strange mix of worry in her eyes, she would have to hear more about Whisper's backstory later. "I think I'll go to Lyoko. You wanna come Whisper?"

Jeremy's mouth fell open as he saw the monster that was chasing Dex. "Dex. The only thing that you can do with that thing is run. If it catches you, then you'll be trapped inside it and won't be able to come back." Jeremy told him. He couldn't believe that XANA was using the Guardian again.

"Glad you shomewhat like the story." Dart said. He drank the rest of the bottle and decided to wait before chugging down the next one.

As Codely watched the guardian go after Dex he heard someone shouting behind him. Codely turned around to see Alphonse.

 

"Oh it's you!, Do you mind keeping your voice down, i'm trying to watch your Dex get imprisoned but since you seem to want to bring attention to yourself then why don't you join in on the fun!" Codely laguhed as he stabbed the two swords he had into the ground making the ground shake once again but instead of spikes coming out of the ground, It was an other guardian but instead of having it's orange glow it was just had this black glow.

 

"Do you like my new monster?. I call it a dark guardian since it's made up of anti-matter and i'm guessing by now you know what anti-matter does when it touch's something. If you don't then you going to find out!."

 

"Dark guardian!, Destroy him!!"

"Tsk tsk. Antimatter? You need to learn your theoretical physics XANA, this'll be easy to annihilate." Alphonse said, as he jumped on to his Overwing and flew around the Guardian, splashing booze on it, causing small explosions every time it connected. The Guardian was slowly being whittled away by mere alcohol. "Simple physics. Antimatter is annihilated by matter, which I happen to have an unlimited supply of in this barrel. Gee-gee no re XANA." Alphonse said, laughing heartily.

Whisper sighed. She liked to avoid Lyoko but doing so would contradict herself completely. If she could give Katie courage how come she couldn't draw from her own? She thought a moment and nodded, getting up and holding her hand out for Katie "I'll go with you."

She looked down at Dart and asked not too loudly "What was your name again? Mine is Whisper." she smiled.

Meanwhile, Genesis had found a sealed off ladder that led upstairs. She stood there, hand on her hip; trying to figure out how to unseal it. Looking at it, she could tell the hatch was welded shut and that there was a possibility something was on top of it on the floor above. Taking one last look at the time she sighed and sat; looking up at the hatch.

Codely pointed his two swords at the dark guardian and from the swords came out anti-matter what shot into the dark guardian only making it stronger and bigger.

 

"You fool, This is not real anti-matter... It's my own invention, I only call it anti-matter because i can't think of an other name"

 

"The purpose of the anti-matter i invented was to destroy any living organism that was not controlled by the mighty Xana and it did not affect the ground if the anti-matter touched it. You may of discovered a weakness in my new creature but i can keep making it stronger and stronger just by shooting more anti-matter into it" Codely laughs demoniacally.

"Bah. That's a pain in the arse then..." Alphonse said. "Jeremie, any ideas? Is XANA even doing anything right now topside? I didn't notice anything on my way over." He said, hoping Jeremie could hear him. 'I guess the only thing to do is beat a retreat. I guess I can get Dex on the Overwing and he can fire those balls and attack the Guardian while we get away...' He thought. He started flying over towards Dex. "Hop on!" Alphonse called as he charged towards his ally.

"I shaid my name was Dart Nymph. So your name is Whishper huh? I thought it wash Sit Down and Be Quiet. But then again, Mishion Jeopardisher may have been messing with me." Dart said. He looked at his bottle of gin an took a cautionary sip. It didn't taste like anything so he took a longer drink and set the bottle down next to him.

"My name is Katie." Katie put in, "Katie Granger, sorry for the rudeness before." She took a deep breath, and gave the phone back to the boy "I know you don't know what's going on, but do me a favor and stay put, we'll explain what's going on later."

 

She turned back to her friend, "Come on Whisper, let's go!" She pulled Whisper away, "Jeremy, can you let us in when we get to the scanners?" she asked on her way out.

Jeremy looked at them. "Sure. Those two on Lyoko are going to need all the help they can get." Jeremy replied. He turned back ad continued to watch what the two on Lyoko were currently doing.

 

 

Dart took his phone back and put it in his pocket. "Sure. No worriesh." Dart said. It wasn't as if he had anywhere to go. He looked at the half empty bottle of gin, shrugged, and began drinking the rest of it.

 

 

Minx had finished the meal and placed the bag, and it's contents, in the bin. She slowly got up and walked around the bed to her bag. She wobbled and leaned on the foot of the bed. Breathing heavily, she managed to get to her bag and opened it up. Seeing her clothes inside, she smiled and, after making sure the bathroom wasn't occupied,  walked in the bathroom and got changed. Feeling slightly better than before, Minx slowly crawled back into bed, laid on the covers and drifted to sleep.

 

The nurse came over and saw that Minx had managed to change by herself. Smiling, she placed the bag back beside her bed and put the hospital gown in the laundry.

Whisper took a quick look at the time before heading down to the scanners with Katie. It was getting closer and closer to 5 and if she wanted to even look half-decent for her date she would have to be back at least before 5:30. She shook her head and thought of the matter at hand. Whisper stood in an empty tube and waited patiently "There are different....umm...worlds right? I wonder what this one is...oh gosh I hope there's no underground ones!"

Katie could feel herself being transported, and before she knew it she had landed in Lyoko standing next to Whisper. "Al right Jeremy, where are we?" She asked, observing her surroundings, she didn't see any of the other warriors, which made her worry. The air around her and whisper began to chill, ice formed on her hands. @, @@RunsWithSquirlz,

"Okay, you need to head in an easterly direction. To answer your question Whisper, there aren't any underground sectors. At least, a far as I know." Jeremy told them. He rubbed his eyes and yawned. He turned around in the chair and looked at the drunken form of Dart.

 

Dart saw the computer guy look at him. He smiled and waved.

 

Jeremy waved back and turned back around to look at the computer screen.

Whisper looked around and shivered. She couldn't see Alphonse or Dex either. The cold seeped into her thin frame and she rubbed her arms down in an effort to battle it. "J-Jeremy said e-east...let's g-get going" she said to Katie softly.

 

"Oh, and thank you Jeremy!" she yelled up at the sky.

"Thank you Jeremy!" Katie yelled up, less nervous now. She looked over at whisper and realized what she was doing. "Oops, sorry Whisper." she moved away from the girl, and tried to focus on warm thoughts, not even sure if that would help. But Katie's attention to what she was doing seemed to be enough to make the cold stop leaving the air pleasantly cool. "Um," she guiltily blushed at Whisper "I think this way is east." Katie led the way, her footsteps leaving tiny star shaped formations on the ground. They would melt as Katie moved away from them, but Katie barely noticed as all her attention was on keeping the air from freezing her friend. @@RunsWithSquirlz,

The last day or however much time has passed had been more quiet for Arti, mostly because he was trying to get into the mood of the school schedule, while balancing online research of things about the supercalculator (Which was futile). 

 

Now he had just recently got out of class, he was enjoying most of them, but he still wasn't sure about this Lyoko. "It can spy on us more prominently than the NSA, and take over electronic and organisms... ugh, I wish I never knew this thing existence, stupid paranoia!!!"

 

He trudged through the campus towards the dorms where his trench coat over a more scholastic uniform, still wearing his trilby on top. "Maybe I should call up some of the others, like that Dex guy, or Minx, to see if about how things are going at the factory."

                “Her name is Katie,” Ben grinned up at the lady behind the receptionist desk, “Katie Granger, 11^th grade, lives in one of these dorms…”

 

                The receptionist scowled at the boy, the boy didn’t look dangerous, what with his bushy brown hair and big blue eyes, but she didn’t want to take any chances. “I told you, if you want her information you have to prove you know her, I can’t give away information to just anybody.”

 

                “Well I tried calling her, but the call dropped!” Ben protested. “Really I know her!”

 

                “I can’t disclose that information to you, now out with you kid or I’ll call the guards.

 

                Defeated, Ben walked away, grumbling under his breath. He made his way into the court yard, hoping he’d see Katie somewhere. The yard was emptier than he had hoped, a bundle of kids sat about the grass and picnic tables eating muffins and lounging, but none who he wanted to see. He settled with buying a coffee from the vending machine and finding someone to converse with. He sought out a target and found a boy wondering about the yard, he had a peculiar getup, a long trench coat.

 

                “He looks interesting.” Ben said to himself so only he could hear, he walked up to the boy, “Sup dude, nice trench coat. Hey you wouldn’t happen to know a girl named Katie would you? Short, insane, Seattleite, black  hair, likes politics?” @@Secret Person,

"Katie? you mean the fi- I-I mean, girl i talked with at lunch?" Arti looked around slightly awkwardly, "Sort of, we did have a bit of a debate, and You could say we may be working together...

"Well, I wouldn't know if you talked to her at lunch, but I assume, if she was debating" Ben saw that the boy looked nervous, "It was probably her. She didn't rough ya up too bad did she? Once she got in a debate with my mom and there was some literal table flipping, don't start a fight with that chick trust me." He laughed heartily, "you working with her on a school project? I'm with her on a plan for world domination, don't tell anypony, but it involves rainbows." He grinned as he said the last sentience and he took a swig of his coffee. "So, have you seen her?"

Arti watched the guy as he said something about being a cop, "Okay, your probably not a cop, that've blown your cover..."

 

Arti looked around for a moment as he pulled out his cell, "I''l tell yah what, let me call This guy i know, I think she may be with him, because I am beginning to believe you."

 

As he typed in the number, he added "By the way, this has nothing to do with drugs if you think that, sur I think they should be legal, but, ew..."

 

With that, Arti called Jeremy through his phone.
