Rainbow loom, the new silly bands?

You might remember silly bands, those bracelets shaped as animals you wore.

Well now a new toy has been released called rainbow loom, apparently a bracelet maker.

 

I've seen rainbow loom everywhere, at school, on websites and even on TV.

 

You might not have heard it but it's definitely popular.

 

The question is, is it as popular, or gonna be as popular, as silly bands?

I haven't heard of it, but usually those popular things are most seen in school.

I'm sure someone who is still in school could tell you easily.

 

But my opinion, kids will eat up anything these days. ^^"

I prefer to stick with my Brony wrist bands though, personally. ^^"

They will be big for a while if they already are, but will stay in the education or kids jewelry sections of stores. I really don't care about silly bands....but I actually am impressed by the way you make those bracelets, I mean, the tool is just a crochet hook with some weird pinball like cheap plastic apparatus.
