Life size eeveelution plush... If I actually had room for a big plush I'd have to seriously considering buying at least one, even with how expensive they are. I might somehow end up with one anyway even without hacing the space for it... $400 is pretty cheap for a plush that big. Good luck finding anyone making plushies that size for less than $1000...

The fact that almost every villain in Hamster and Gretel is given a backstory makes so much sense when you take into consideration that it’s created by Dan Povenmire, co-creator of Phineas and Ferb and voice of Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and Dr. Doofenshmirtz has a tragic backstory.

The world maps between the video game Primal Rage and Equestria on MLP FIM which are entirely different fictions, but their maps look similar

It took me this long to notice this? I still have the cartridge on Sega Genesis of Primal Rage, good game by the way, difficult but fun, there's also a PC version of this game.

But these worlds both have land masses divided into 3 main parts over a vast ocean. It is kind of funny to think about considering these fictions have nothing to do with each other, makes you wonder what prehistoric Equestria would have been like.

If I had the time and desire to do it, I'd be tempted to write a darker version of Equestria Girls in a fan fiction, add Chrysalis in it, and have it involve a plot where she attacked humans.

I'd do that for the purposes of showing just how outmatched humans would be in a situation like that, and really it's the only edgy MLP story I'd consider making, other than that I would not make a grimdark story. Chrysalis does not need a complex with hypersonic missiles to get the job done, her shapeshifting abilities would allow her to perform stealth operations where she could have people in positions of power set up for things they did not even do, and in a scenario where that led to World War 3, she would have gotten what she wanted, then she escapes back to Equestria to avoid the consequences.

If I had the will and the time to do it, it is literally the only grimdark MLP fan fiction I'd make. But its purpose would not be to scare people, rather it would be to show how trigger happy humans are when it comes to conflict. It would satire the incompetence of humans, I could add lines for Queen Chrysalis to say as she addresses her Changeling horde who are taking the form of human for cover "They're all too easy to deceive, Ponies in Equestria put up a better fight than them clowns, if I had a bit for every incompetent fool I have managed to trick into destroying themselves here, I'd be richer than anypony in Equestria."

Binge watched the new Dragon Prince season that I had no idea had come out, and hoooo boy I could spend a few hours analysing and critiquing each and every episode alone lol. The crazy thing is that it's fun as hell to watch cos of the universe they've established but I swear something is going on internally in the studio because I can only summarise the character writing choices as a hot disorganised mess.

I think having such a vast cast and such a large scale series universe makes it difficult for them to maintain a good flow and to develop individual characters with the attention they deserve. The show needs more than ten episodes per season, they simply don't get enough for the ambitious ideas they have to really develop all the characters they have introduced.

tl;dr big ambitions don't match to team's writing abilities, disjointed mess ensues.

I'm still watching so they're clearly doing something right but hooo boy, LOL. I love a lot of the ideas they have going but the execution needs serious work. I miss the filler, filler serves a crucial purpose in character development and having the audience breathe and spend some time in the world.
