This is one of the games I have for my Gameboy Advanced SP.

It's truly a classic.

It is one of the most original Mario games out there.

Basically Bowser captures Peach and you have to rescue her.

It's a pretty good sized map with a secret around every corner!

It has all the classic bad guys and more!

I've always fucking loved this game.

I'm more of a Super Mario Bros. 3 guy, but there was just so much to do in Super Mario World and they threw in so many creative new ideas. Awesome game. If any of you haven't played it yet, you totally should. The controls are easy to get used to, the soundtrack is catchy as tits, and the art style is pretty great. I agree with OP, it's a classic.

Like the majority of the mainline Mario platformers. Mario games age well.

 

Also, I downloaded this on Wii U once. I loved it.

It was the first game I got back when I got the Super Nintendo for Christmas all those year ago, awesome game that I still occasionally go back to and play.
