Scarlet finishes washing her plate and trots over to Choco, "Okay mummy, it's just..." she licks her nuzzle, "let go, and can we play hide and seek please?" She asks, hugging Choco, "ooh mummy, your belly, it's so big and squishy!" She says giggling and prodding it with a hoof.

Choco giggled and laughed. "That's because mommy loves to eat a lot of sweets!" Choco said with a giggle and a laugh as Scarlet played with her belly. She then picked up Scarlet and put her on her back. "Ready?" She asked as she walked to the door and opened it.

Scarlet giggles and hugs Choco tightly, "Yes mummy, I'm ready." She says, feeling the happiest she has been in years. She then decides to try to be cute for Choco, so she pretends to be a kitten and curls up on Choco's back, curling her tail around herself and pretends to purr.

"Awww, you sweet kitten!" Choco said with a giggle as she trotted out the door and headed to the park. Two minutes passed and Choco had arrived at the park. "We're here sweetie." Choco said with a giggle as she waited for Scarlet to get off her back and go play.

Scarlet pretended to do the cat stretch and yawn then jumps off of Choco's back. She prods her, "Tag you're it!" She says, running away giggling like crazy. This was the most fun she had ever had,and it was all thanks to her new mummy Choco, "I should do something to thank her, but what?" she thinks to herself, forgetting about her telepathy abilities.

"Oh! You silly filly!" Choco said with a happy laugh as she went after Scarlet. Despite being chubby, she was a pretty fast runner for her size. She was slowly gaining up on Scarlet. "Mommy's gonna getcha!" She teased with a giggle as she continued to gain on Scarlet. She wasn't using any magic.

Scarlet giggles and continues to run away from Choco, but in her joy and excitemet, she doesn't see a rock on the ground and trips over it. She falls over and starts to cry. "m..m..mummy!" She wails, a she looks at the bruises and cuts all over her legs. She didn't like being hurt.

Choco stopped. "It's okay. It's okay. Because mommy's a unicorn. She could heal you right up." Choco stated as she gently picked up Scarlet. She then lit up her horn and gently put it on Scarlet's sides. The power healed up the scars and closed them up. "There you go." Choco stated. "All better now!" Choco said with a giggle.

Scarlet wiped her tears away and hugs her. "Yes mummy, thank you" She says sweetly. "Can we please go play in the sand pit?" She asks, still hugging tightly onto Choco, she never wanted to let her go. She never wanted to leave her side, "I..I'm not being too c..clingy am I mummy?"

"Sure! And you're not clingy. I like when ponies hug me." Choco said with a giggle as she went over to the sandpit with Scarlet. "So...do you like to build castles in the sandpit. I used to make sand cakes and pies for fun. Then I pretended to eat them!" Choco said with a happy giggle.

Scarlet giggles and tickles Choco, "you're so silly mummy" she teases, tickling her. She then stops and licks Choco's cheek, "please mummy, never leave me" she says before sitting down and starts to make a sand castle. She smiles at Choco, "did they taste nice?"

Choco let out that cute and silly laugh she was known for. She then sat down. "Oh darling. I will never leave you!" She stated as she gathered some sand and made a sand castle of her own. She then found a twig and gave it to Scarlet. "This will make your castle look even better!" She said.

Scarlet smiles and takes the twig from Choco, she finds a nice leaf and sticks the twig through it and places it on the top of her castle, "There! Castle Choco! What do you think mummy? I made it for you and named it after you" She says with a small smile. Hoping that Choco would like it.

"Awww! Thank you sweetie! And I made one just for you Scarlet!" Choco stated as she referred to her castle with was largar then Scarlet's. She then gave Scarlet a gentle nuzzle, making sure not to knock down either of the made sand castles. She had a big smile on her face.

"thank you mummy" Scarlet says,nuzzling her back, she didn't really mind if the sandcastles fell over, they could always rebuild them. What mattered most to her was spending time with Choco. She smiles at her, "thank you mummy, for everything" she says, licking Choco on the nose and giggles.

Choco licked Scarlet back on the muzzle and giggle. "Want to go on the swings?" She asked as she started to stroke Scarlet's mane lovingly and waited for a response for her. A thought about Scarlet's future as a singer popped into her mind.

Scarlet smiles, "Okay mummy" She says excitedly as she trots over to the swings, careful not to trip over anything this time. She gets onto one and waits for Choco to push her.

Choco gently pushed Scarlet to give her a boost. "Do you know how to pump your legs to keep swinging?" Choco asked as she continued to push Scarlet gently on the swing. There was an open swing next to her, which Choco would take when Scarlet could pump her legs to keep herself swinging.

Scarlet nodded, she started to pump her legs slowly, gripping onto the swing's side chains so not to fall off. "Look mummy! I'm doing it!" She squeals excitedly.

(OOC: Oh boy...I wonder how this is gonna play out. Choco will defend against them though and teach Scarlet to stand up for herself and not be fearful and let the bullies throw her around. And I found it offensive too.)

 

"Great job sweetie!" Choco said with a happy laugh as she went to the other swing and sat on it. She then started to pump her legs and swing.

Scarlet closes her eyes and enjoys the feeling of the wind through her fur, mane and tail. All but forgetting about her past. When two familiar voices start getting nearby.

 

Diamond Tiara stops right near the swing and sneers, "Look Silver Spoon, it's that pathetic little parentless freak!"

"Yeah, don't forget a blank flank too!"

Scarlet's eyes pop open and she stops the swing with her hind hooves.

Diamond Tiara then shoves her off of it and gets on it, "Now push me freak!"

Scarlet whimpered and did as she was told

Choco looked at Diamond Tiara with an angry face. She lit up her and lifted Diamond Tiara with her magic. "How DARE you treat my daughter like that!" She said throwing Diamond Tiara on the ground, but not not enough to hurt her. Choco wouldn't let anything happen to her daughter, after all she went through. She then turned to Scarlet to comfort her. "Mommy won't let any mean little fillies treat you like that." Choco said.

Scarlet cowers even more at the shouting, she didn't want her mummy to get into trouble, "MUMMY! PLEASE! STOP!" she cries

"It's okay. They've learned not to mess with us. Because they're spoiled, they think that everything could be solved by telling their father and blaming me for what they did. Mommy will make sure they won't mess with you again. I'll go tell their father before they even get there. Get on mommy's back. I know a trick that could get us there within seconds." Choco stated. "Oh...and sorry for scaring you." Choco added. "I just had to stand up for you. It's called...being assertive." Choco added.
