The Light come on in the room and revealed something horrifying. Twilight now was just floating brain in a magical bubble and she was communicating through a robotic looking looking alicorn 

"We meet Doctor and Luna again after all this time", Twilight said making the alicorn robot turn to face them

"To answer your question,Luna I found no need for them anymore and I change because my old body couldn't hold my growing brain", she answered,"On top of that I found bodies a worthless thing."

The Doctor got a horrified look on his face. "You're body couldn't handle your ever growing brain because you couldn't quench your thirst for knowledge!" The Doctor shouted at her. He couldn't believe what Twilight had done to herself. He began pacing around the room. "How did you do this to yourself?"

"T-Twilight, why" Luna said crying a little, the way she looked was horrible and Luna didn't want to see her anymore, the sight of Twilight made her cry. "Twilight, I'm sorry for what happened to you" Luna said crying even more wanting to hide from Twilight.

"Emotions are a weakness",Twilight said to her response to Luna,"How Doctor the answer is quite simple over 1,000 years ago I had team of unicorns reach this bubble you see around me and from there they took my brain and it grew like a weed. You can think of bubble as food to me."

A thing binged on the other side of the room and it was console

"I want go to that console and dont trying looking at anything else, the files are dead locked and are only accessible through me", she explained to him

The Doctor looked at Brainlight in disgust. "What? You had a team of Unicorns make a bubble for you to put your brain in so that your body can wither and die? What happened to the Twilight that we left behind? What happened to that Twilight?" The Doctor asked her. He walked over to the console that pinged and inspected it. "What is this con...sole ..." The Doctor trailed off as he saw what was written on there. "It reads, The Doctor. Wanted Dead or Alive for his crime. The crime is genocide of the original Equestria!? What is the meaning of this!?" The Doctor shouted, outraged.

Luna didn't move or say anything when she seen the wanted poster, so she hide behind the Doctor. The thought of the Doctor committing genocide was impossible, the Doctor was whith her the whole time. Luna couldn't and woldent believe it, the Doctor would never do that.

"Your days in Equestria are painted in darker hues Doctor", she explained,"Nightmares will coming and they cost the lives of my friends and that is my primary why you see me as I am today. That console is a waring and only just that.How much I want to, I will not kill you because of that and the days to come."

The Doctor glared at Twilight. "How do Nightmares cost the lives of your friends? If they were just Nightmares then couldn't Princess Luna had helped them?" The Doctor asked her, knowing that Princess Luna had the ability to walk into other ponies dreams.

"Yeah Princess Luna, wait Princess Luna comes back, that's wonderful" Luna said still staying behind the Doctor. She knows about Princess Luna's power to come into ponies dreams. "I wish Princess Luna could come into my dream and get rid of my nightmare" Luna whispered to herself.

"I was being metaphorical, Doctor, it was best way way to describe what I saw when I was far younger", she explained,"I wish could talk more about, but you know as well I do I cant' discuss your future. The only way I can is being vague."

She then paused and sighed

"I can answer your question about the princesses; they are dead",she revealed

The Doctor looked at the brain of Twilight. "The Princesses are dead? Great. Just great." The Doctor said exasperatedly. He paced around the room and tried to figure out why he committed genocide. "I committed genocide on one of the greatest species in the universe. That's fine too. Haha. I just want to know what happens next." The Doctor muttered angrily.

"Doctor please calm down, before I lick you" Luna said following him a little but only to here she is behind him. "It's ok, it might have been a different pony that looked like you" Luna said trying to stop him from pacing. "What is the possibility of you really being there" Luna said then gave the Doctor a hug.

The Doctor hugged her back then caught on one of the things that she said. "Exactly! How do you know it wasn't me? How do you know it wasn't an imposter that looked like me?" The Doctor asked energetically. With Luna's help, he found something that could give him an edge.

Twilight looked at The Doctor through the robot,but she couldn't answer that question because it would give too much way about his future, she then thought what do.

"I'm sorry Doctor,but I must part ways and you will meet again,but not in this form", she said,"One last waring: They are coming."

Twilight's brain then disappeared from the room

"What is she talking about Doctor, does that mean we get to find out what happens" Luna said happy that the Doctor is back to being himself. "So now what do we do" Luna asked herself then looked at the Doctor to see if be would reply or not, but hopefully not.

"They're coming? Who's coming!?" The Doctor shouted but Twilight had already disappeared.  He sighed and walked to Luna. "I got no idea what's going to happen next. Suppose we just walk out of her and back to the TARDIS to try and fix it." The Doctor answered Luna's question confusedly.

"Oh yeah, I forgot that the TARDIS broke, well it can't be fun and games everyday now can it" Luna said thinking the Doctor knows what she is talking about. "I hope that Equsetria won't really end up like this " Luna whispered to herself, this time making sure the Doctor didn't hear her.

The Doctor smiled at her. "You're right. It can't be all fun and games. Now, Let's go ... back to the TARDIS." The Doctor and not bothering to look back, ran towards the building where he thought he TARDIS was. He wanted to find out more about this Equestria 3.0. He hated not knowing things.

The TARDIS was now working and made a woshing sound in confromation of that and it saying it wanted to leave this place.

(I will now have Xana take control of the story,but only temporily and Xana no messing with the overall story that is my stick. I will make one last post before so and it will be a cliffhanger)

Luna just followed the Doctor to the TARDIS, thinking if she should try to change the mood or anything, but did nothing. She started thinking of all the different things that could happen if the TARDIS couldn't get fixed, but she knew that would never happen.

The Doctor looked behind him to try and see if Luna was keeping up. Seeing that she was, he kept up the speed until they got to the staircase. 'Luna, how are your wings?" The Doctor asked suddenly. He was wondering if she could fly up while he ran up the stairs.

 

(@@COBLoneWolf I don't even know what the overall story is! So how am I meant to know what not to change?)

"I think that I can fly up the stairs with no truble at all" Luna said with a big smile on her face, starting to fly a little. "See, my wings are fine now, yay, I love my wings a lot, it means don't walk up the stairs, sorry Doctor. Luna said looking at the Doctor with her yellow eyes.

As Luna and The Doctor  made their way back to the TARDIS and behind The Doctor's back a screen on city monitor flashed an image of text that wasn't Eqiuestrian and the images text was this:

 

Before the TARDIS could translate it, it disappeared

At the top of the stairs, both Luna and the Doctor walked into the TARDIS. "Now. Let's see if we can get the TARDIS working." The Doctor said. He ran around the main console and tried to get it to start up. He grinned in delight when the TARDIS made the familiar whooshing sound. "And we are going back to the flesh-eating planet. We still haven't saved them from the flesh-eaters, have we?" the Doctor asked giddily.

"So we are going back there, I hope it's not to late to save them, depending on how long we've been here and if the TARDIS really is fix" Luna said scooting closer to the Doctor, hoping that he didn't notice. "Lets go save the ponies from the flash eaters" Luna said.
