Yeah he got his cutie mark by discovering a winged rat and breeding her with normal rats to get rats that didn't have wings but could walk on the clouds in Cloudsdale.

Oh whoops I totally didn't notice the comment about his tail. Yeah he likes to keep it really long. But he ties it up when he flies so it doesn't get in the way.

Mmm I don't remember how much of his story I wrote down but if you go to my profile there's a link to his character roleplay page thing which might have a more detailed back story
