Karma Lightwing 245 May 1, 2014 Share May 1, 2014 I'm not gay and I'm a filly if y'all want to know I'm not really gay myself, just bisexual(which im not allowed to be according to my mother) Was just meant as an example how you can bring out something thats more shocking to make the original problem less threatening. Sorry it didn't come out clear. Anyway i wish you good luck, but in whatever worst scenario i wouldnt really give a care, just tell her its who you really are haha. Silly muffins, of course i have to eat you.
IlikeBoris 13 May 1, 2014 Share May 1, 2014 Tell her that you kept hearing about it on the internet and got curious. Then mention that you keep hearing about porn and was going to check that out next. That was a bad joke. As much as I'm curious how she'd react to putting things in that perspective, I'm pretty sure that's the wrong direction.

EverEverOn 346 January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 Hiding it is what makes people feel uncomfortable about it in the first place. Acting like you need to hide something makes the thing you're hiding look bad. Just tell her it's a TV show and nothing more. After all, that is really all it is. PinkieatHeart 208 January 23, 2016 Share January 23, 2016 You're a person, and you're allowed to like what you wanna like. Your mom probably has things she likes that you don't, but that doesn't mean you'll treat her badly for it. She should treat you with respect to, simply because you're a person and you deserve it. gamecubeguy214 2,512 January 26, 2016 Share January 26, 2016 I think you should keep up hiding it. You risk getting haters by being open. The only thing I think you can do is make a few references at school that are obvious, something only bronies will get, and applicable to common situations. If someone says ''You watch My Little Pony too?'' then act like you don't watch MLP, then wait till after class to whisper to them that you do watch the show and not to tell anyone.
