Rainbow Dash has a canon personality and some badass episodes, on top of being able to fly at mach freakin' 10 I gotta go with Rainbow over Vinyl anyday of the week With the "Music to My Ears" short, Vinyl has well over a minute of screentime now EDIT: Correction, she has almost three minutes. Vinyl Scratch is a random background character that I honestly wouldn't have even noticed was there if it weren't for this fandom being obsessed with her. And TBH I find Dashie to be most overrated pony. EDIT: I really enjoy apples, but I'm going to have to go with oranges here. Quoted for truth. It's hard for me to compare a major character to a background one without some substance for me to compare and contrast. The fannon version of Vinyl is great (esp when voiced by Nowacking) ... but to me it's like asking if I like Han Solo better than IG-88.
