You stuck gunpowder into Fe'ares wounds. Albeit, I am fully aware of sterilisation by use of fire. Whatever you do, my OC's unconscious anyway. (So she can be used for a pillow)

You can seal wounds with fire but gunpowder is a totally different subject. Sure it actually was a used method in the 19th century but what you clearly forget is people who were shot in the 19th century usually died of wound infection and lead poisoning anyway, so does not seem that effective right? Also I don't find the method a good idea from my point of view, I mean just look at what gunpowder is made out of: Charcoal, sulfur and some other 3rd thing, you wouldn't want that in a wound now would you?

I didn't made it clear that I ignited the gunpowder didn't I? Plus we have magic. Also, I'm pretty sure equestria developed some antibiotics.

Well, igniting it does not feel like anything better to me... I mean Gunpowder EXPLODES, it does not simply burn, gunpowder EXPLODES. That is why it is in bloody cannons and muskets and flintlocks and other stuff. 

 

It might be a working method but I don't trust it... 

 

"We have magic" Who exactly? The only unicorn in the room knew almost nothing of healing magic. 

 

And nobody likes antibiotics, they ruin your internal defensive systems.

In small doses, gunpowder doesn't necessarily explode, it merely fizzles and burns.

Actually, as I dug a bit more it was not even bloody used in the 18th century, and that it is mostly a myth spread by Hollywood. 

 

Maybe it was used in the middle ages but in the middle ages doctors were not exactly smart and their methods didn't work.

 

 

Anyway, from my point of view closing a wound with gunpowder would be as effective as putting an opened heated battery in your wound. 

It is stupid and even if it was used then whoever used it was a bloody idiot.

Well regardless of the methods used to help Fe'are she is still incapacitated, and therefore I will be creating another OC to continue participating, considering Stellar Nova who is still stuck.
