"When you say dragon type, do ya mean the actual type or the ones that look like dragons? Like Charizards, Gyradoses, and Tyranitars?" Apisves asked, his skin briefly flashing as he again shrank his head in. Fire types were obviously not among his favorites, having seen a Scizor turned to slag by a hungry Blaziken

"Hmm... Good point.. Both I guess!" Kage replied. "Dragons are better than pseudo-Dragons, but Pokemon like Charizard, Gyrados and Tyranitar are cool too!" By now the two of them were nearing the entrance to the auditorium, where a large group of the gijinkas had already gathered. "Have you any other favourites then?" he asked Apisves.

Synthia hummed and followed him, taking his arm as she went through the door. She waited for him to lock it, and then walked with him happily to the auditorium. "Do you think we'll have to speak or do presentations? I mean, I'd rather not lecture on the first day..."

 

He locked the door then led Synthia down to the auditorium. "You know, I'm not sure. Since we're teachers now, we'll likely be sitting up on stage with Stark and he'll talk about classes and how everyone here is special and inspirational stuff like that. Or he might not, I'm not sure how he is planning on kicking off the year." Rune replied, shrugging as they arrived at the door to the auditorium.

"Ah, Stark. There you are, so what's the procedure for this assembly? Will we have to speak or anything? I just wanted to make sure." He asked.

"Us Bug-Poison have to stick together" Apisves snickered, remembering how useless most were in a fight. He wasn't ashamed to admit that his family was weak

Kage chuckled. "I see! Well, you guys aren't THAT weak! You bring down Psychic types with ease! Not many types can brag about being able to do that!" While Bug types weren't exactly the strongest, they could still be very effective against some real power players! "At at least you guys can actually HIT normal types! Us ghost types can't touch them!" he added with a laugh.

"Until the psychic type brings out a giant laser or whatever they use" Apisves shrugged. "I mean, seriously, I thought psychics were all about meditating and being zen or whatever. Nope, they just fire giant fire balls at you and some can ever learn fighting type moves. I actually fought an Alazakam once when I was a Weedle, he blew me away" Apisves babbled, feeling less tired now that they weren't moving and just standing

To be honest, I don't actually know much about fighting, though I'd like to! If I could just learn how to use Shadow Ball, I'd be happy! Any time I've tried, nothing happens..." He thought back sadly on the number of times he'd tried and failed to execute a Shadow Ball attack like the ghost Pokemon from home. It was a lot of attempts...

It looks really cool, and it would certainly be a little more practical than just floating about and turning invisible!"

Oh well, it was a good lesson to never try taking on someone stronger than you" Apisves muttered, suddenly realizing something. "Wait, we're both Poison Types, right? Do you have any TMs?" Apisves asked, wondering if he could have them for when he evolved

Kage thought for a moment. "Hmm... I think I might have a few that could be of use to you when you evolve. I have to admit, I do like to collect TMs!" He blushed a little, feeling embarrassed by his hobby. "There's even a few I could never learn! I'll probably have some that would be of use to you!"

"Thanks. I heard some guy came up with a way to take that effect away. I don't remember, I was half asleep when I heard it" Apisves smiled, tapping his chin as he tried to remember what it was. "Oh well, thanks again, means a lot to me" Apisves shrugged off, grinning widely

When Fey heard the announcement for assembly, she closed the book and turned the reading light off, already dreading the amount of students that would be there. She smiled a bit, got off the bed and turned the dorm light on. Opening her bag, Fey got out a piece of paper and a pencil. She moved her sleeves back to reveal hands with pink nail polish. She rested the paper aginst the wall and wrote the word 'ASSEMBLY' in big capital letters. Fey then let her sleeves cover her hands again. Gulping, she shook Adalynn to try and get her to wake up.

 

Melissa looked up at the speaker when she heard that assembly was going to start. She sighed and took everything that she didn't need back to her dorm, glad that she had managed to finish getting her clasroom ready. Seeing that she didn't need anything else, Melissa locked the door behind her and not realising she still had her reading glasses on, walked towards the auditorium.

Melissa got to the auditorium in time to hear another teacher ask what the procedure was. The voice sounded vaguely familiar to her. "I'd like to know what the procedure is too. I just hope that we don't have to give any speeches." Melissa said as she walked up to the group of teachers.

Adalynn felt something shaking her. What time is it? I hope nothing serious is going on. She opened her eyes a little bit, and saw Fey was trying to wake her up. Adalynn shook her head, and sat up. "Oh, what time is it? Do we have to be somewhere?" She asked, while rubbing her eyes, with her fist.

With the apparent success of waking Adalynn up, Fey smiled gratefully and wordlessly showed her the piece of paper with the word 'ASSEMBLY' on it. "A-a-announcment." Fey stuttered and opened the door while still showing her the piece of paper. "N-now." Fey told her and hopefully didn't sound too forceful.

Adalynn saw Fey hold a piece of paper up to her, she could barely read it though.

 

"A-a-announcement." She said to her.

 

Adalynn tilted her head. "Wow, I didn't hear anything over the intercom. I must have been pretty tired."

 

"N-now." Fey murmured.

 

"What?" Adalynn took the paper from her hand, and tried to read it. "Oh great, I'd honestly rather just stay here and read." She thought. "Oh, now I see. Do you want to walk down to the assembly with me, then? Maybe it won't be to crowded." She said, the second half more to herself.

Fey smiled and nodded eagerly at her suggestion. 'Adalynn is such a nice girl.' Fey thought to herself. She walked outside and held the door open for Adalynn. "I d-d-don't think that we'll t-t-talk much d-during assembly." Fey muttered more to herself than to Adalynn.

"That's okay," Adalynn smiled. "Oh, and, one more thing before we leave, I better make my bed."

 

Adalynn's eyes glowed, and her sheets, and blankets began to levitate. She folded them, neatly, at the end of the bed, and fixed her pillows as well. When she was finished, her eyes returned to normal.

 

"Mmkay, done. Lets go."

Fey stared, wide-eyed, at what Adalynn just did. She's definitely some sort of ghost or psychic gijinka, that much Fey could tell. She shook her head and turned away to walk down the hallway, looking back to make sure that Adalynn was following. "W-w-which p-p-pokemon half are y-y-y-you?" Fey asked, uncertain if Adalynn would like to amswer that.

Melissa remembered that she had her reading glasses on so she took them off and placed them in her pocket. "Rune? Is that you?" Melissa asked in surprise. Now she knows why that voice seemed familiar. "You and Synthia are married? Congratulations on that!" Melissa said happily. She couldn't believe that Rune and Sybthis were teaching here as well. "Yeah, Nik and I are married now." Melissa beamed and placed her hands in her pockets. "What have you two been up to? Wait a second, is that Synthia?" Melissa asked as she noticed the woman standing next to Rune.

Stark chuckled and waved his hand at the teachers. "You'll have time to catch up later. For now, I'd like you three to just take your seats. I'll be the only one talking during this assembly." Stark beamed at them once more before turning away with his hands in his coat pockets, heading for the auditorium.

Genesis leaned against the doorway of her room, watching the stream of students and teachers making thier way towards the auditorium. She took little note of most of the other gijinka, focusing on those who looked stronger. When the strwam turned into a trickle, Genesis strolled out casually to hear the announcement.
