Panic attacks.

This is new for me. I've NEVER had a panic attack before.

And now I've had two in the last few hours.

I don't know what it is.

I'm just coming down from the last one.

Well...okay, I've had two and a half I guess. I was calming down after the second one, and a bunch of people came over, but they didn't knock the way they usually do, so it scared the shit out of me.

I don't know what caused it. I just know it NEVER happened before.

I...I don't know what the fuck is going on with me.

I don't like it.

I really don't fucking like it.

I see, that's how mine were.  You may need to bring it up to your physician whenever you are there next.  Especially if they continue.  The only way to stop them is to step back from what you are doing and just breathe.

I get them every now and then. They're not much fun, I know. Just when you get them, remember that it's never as bad as you think. You just have to step back from the situation and look at it logically, and recognize the panicking for what it is. :)

I know the feeling.

 

I almost passed out in a public place, it was god damn terrifying. I could barely hear, and I couldn't feel either. My whole body was numb. It was very hard to see and breathe as well.
