Mane looks too much like my OC's mane. It is copyrighted and I owe it. I demand that you change it. Haha just kiddin it looks good, keep up the good work. 

It's good, what I don't like is the blue parts on hooves, it just doesn't fit there very well. everything else is pretty good. You could also try to make eyes a bit darker, but that's just my opinion

The blue is there for only one reason. I was originally going to have a much more colorful and elaborate design to take advantage of the extra options from the deviantart game, but quickly opted for a simpler character. So the blue was simply forgotten, and the only remnant of a more outrageous design.

You could change the blue stripes on his legs to a hoof colour instead. It seems the stripes look a little odd for this pony but you don't want him to look too boring either. I think the scarf accessory is a nice touch and I love how that contrasts with the other two colours. But in my opinion I'd remove the stripes and exchange them for blue hooves or a different shade of blue perhaps?
