Since I haven't been paying much attention to them there's not much I can say about 'em via tickets except that they happened (which doesn't seem too helpful). You can always reply to a ticket after it's been opened to add additional details to it. Merely having a record that it happened at all is a good place to start. Of course, the more information you can get, the better, but you are welcome to append your findings to the ticket as you make them.
