    Trent smiled and nodded, "Always welcome to company" he said happily.

    Brandon gave her a serious look, "you know nothing about me. Ok? I have more in common with her than you realize... I know those bruises all too well..." he sighed and looked down at his desk, his face stone cold. Memories of him and his mother having to deal with his abusive stepfather... him trying his best to keep his mother away from harm... his mothers death... and now his constant struggle just to see the next day and find his next meal.

    "Hmm" muttered Jake as he looked around. "I'll help you find her if you like" he said

    Trent raised his hand, "I prefer first watch. If that's ok" he said happily.

    Brandon rolled his eyes as she spoke to him, "Chastising me after I helped that girl up doesn't exactly scream 'friendly' either you know" he muttered. He noticed Fred, and her reaction to him, but said nothing. It wasn't his problem anyway.

    Jake looked at his schedule and beamed, his most likely favorite class... PE!!!!!

    Brandon merely sighed and looked ahead, his face like stone. He couldn't believe his bad luck, of all the underclass students, SHE had to show up?

    Jake noticed Echos worry and gently nudged her "You alright?" he asked.

    Brandon walked to his first class, AP chemistry. This year older class students like him would be given an underclass student as a lab partner. He hoped his wouldn't be some annoying prick.

    Trent placed a hand on her shoulder, "Hey, we can't expect to be perfect you know. At less you could react fast enough to make up for it" he said smiling.

    Brandon walked off, he didn't like it when people chastised him even AFTER he showed a speck of respect. He helped her up! That not enough?! He sighed angrily, he hated being rude, but why would he act different if others wouldn't show him any respect either? He'd rather keep his angry disguise... less chance of getting hurt that way.

    Jake tried hard not to fall asleep in the class. It was always boring the first day. But it was better since Echo was with him.

    Brandon snorted at Strawberry, "Listen fruity, I helped her up alright? That not manners enough?" he chuckled dryly and began to walk off again.

    Trent was just about to fire when he heard the gunshot. He looked at Thorn and helped her up. "Nice shot" he said.

    Brandon looked back, his face expressionless, but he felt sorry for the girl. "It's... ok" he muttered, almost too quiet to hear. He turned around and walked alone, heading to school.

    Six saw her smile and felt his concern dissipate. His lips curved into a smile of his own, he enjoyed the feeling of her hoof on his. He scooted a little closer to her, his smile never fading and his eyes locked on her own, his heart began to flutter.

    Scotserfield continued writing down for Zachary: 'Very headstrong. Does not let petty insults affect him. Could very well pass this test.

    Six raised a curious eyebrow, tilting his head to the side as he tentatively placed a hoof gently on her shoulder, "Are... are ya alright Katami?" he asked concerned.

    "Yeah. And she won't tell the truth. I think she's too scared and traumatized to tell what really happened, I mean, she was there. Why this place hires people who are so easily scared I have no idea..." replied John as he scooted his food across his plate.

    Six blushed as she mentioned his eyes, nopony had ever called them beautiful before. He blushed even more when she hugged him and spoke. When she turned away, he coughed slightly then said "Ahh... well... Please excuse mah manners, ah fergot ta introduce mah self, ah am Six String... and... thank ya... fer bein the one ta make me smile..."

    John gulped and slowly nodded, "Sh-she broke some safety scissors and... and... sliced open Skylers cheeks. Then she stabbed herself..."

    John sighed, "Honestly, I think Michelle wants me to herself. Every time I try to talk with skyler, she comes around and torments her." he looked at the ground sadly, "I care about Skyler, but itd be best if I keep my distance. It seems to be the only way to keep her safe."
