  1. "Well, one such legend I've heard was about the defeat of Mad King Flare, which is nothing more than an old tale. They say he was sealed up within those very mountains, long before Celestia and Luna had taken rule. But he was said to have been sealed away eleven-thousand years ago, you'd think he'd have made his move sooner. That, and some ponies have been telling myths about the undead, but I'm sure it's nothing. I'd be more concerned with the threat we know about."
  2. There's probably a new fiction about that every week, at least, if not more(maybe i'm exaggerating a little). It's one of the most common, along with Appledash.
  3. If you don't want people thinking that, then you wouldn't be. Most people would assume you meant that as shipping, as that's quite a common pairing to ship. I'm guessing you're new to shipping.
  4. Here's an image with the fanon images of the mane six as colts. (Spike too) This is quite a common thing in shipping, and there's much worse in shipping. But to answer your original question, yes, appledash is the name for Applejack shipped with RD. Just like Twilestia is Twilight and Celestia, and Fluttermac, Pinkieshy, etc. http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2011/261/1/9/time_to_say_goodbye_by_trotsworth-d4a6yjk.png
  5. Rainbow Blitz is Rainbow Dash. Just if she were a stallion(Male) instead of a mare(Female.) The other ponies have versions of this too.
  6. The cultist bowed her head. "Immediately." said the mare. She gestured once more, and the group behind her dispersed, heading into a chamber behind them. She soon followed them, and gathered her forces. Various cultists in red, green, or purple trimmed cloaks of black prepared themselves within.
  7. I wish it could be quieter honestly. I listen on minimum volume on my computer, and if whatever i'm listening to has a volume slider, I lower it. But for some reason, my computer has a volume scale of 0=no sound 1=I can hear it from the other room. And that's with headphones.
  8. She doesn't seem to be a tyrant, and if she was, nopony has expressed any hatred of her rule. A benevolent tyrant would certainly be interesting, although not make much sense. But more importantly, do you like bananas?
  9. I've got some basic arms, forged in the Griffin Kingdoms. Picked them up to trade here, but they won't serve me much of use beyond that." said Topaz. He directed them to a cart outside, where he had all sorts of goods. Various weapons hung on the walls, while all sorts of other goods littered the floor. Most of it was from Zebrica, along with some things from the Griffin kingdoms, and basic things which the origin country couldn't be determined. The cart was rather disorganized, and to get through it required quite a lot of effort. "Take whatever you want, and consider it a small thanks for what you're doing for this town. "
  10. "You're heading up there?" said Topaz. "I'd say watch for dragons." "Yeah, I saw a drake with them. Not a fully grown dragon, but still, watch out." said Star. "And watch out for a unicorn mare, with a purple mane. She seemed to be in charge, and the glowing monster was following her." "You'll want to be armed, I'm sure they will be." said Topaz. "I would join you personally, but I'd weigh you down. Anything you need, I'll try my best to provide." he said.
  11. "Well, ponies have been going missing, but I'm sure you knew that. I was looking out my window late one night, as I couldn't sleep. I saw some black robed ponies heading down from the mountains, and some sort of glowing creature. It seemed...lifeless. They had somepony behind them, being dragged to the mountains. I would have reported this to the guards, but we lost the last one last week. I would have left by now, but Topaz says we need to figure this out. That's why we have all the locks, he says that we need them to stay safe." Topaz nodded from the back of the room, looking at some sort of book. "One of them was carrying something, wrapped in a black cloth. I have no idea what it was, but it wasn't much bigger than a normal-sized head." Topaz added. "I would go investigate, but it's much too dangerous. I'm no good in a fight, and my leg isn't helping anything." he said, glancing at his bum leg.
  12. "I'm a travelling trader. My brother and I travel all around the world, trading things, learning about new lands. He's the smart one, always writing some sort of map, or book. I just help him out with things. We've had a bit of downtime, so we came back home. He's in his room, probably studying, or working on his maps. One second." She turned towards a hallway behind her. "Topaz! We have visitors!" she yelled. A unicorn stallion came walking out, his blue mane poorly kept, hanging down his shoulders. "Hmm? Oh, hello!" said Topaz. "So, what was it you wanted to talk about?" asked Star.
  13. "Please come in, come in. I know plenty about the occurrences, but we should talk inside. I don't think we should discuss this in the streets, where anypony could be listening. At least, they would be if anypony was around..." she said, taking a slightly more grim tune. "This seems to be all anypony is talking about these days, I'm getting sick of it." she said tiredly.
  14. A bright eye peered at them through the door. "Just a moment!" a voice called. Several locks were all in motion, as she fumbled about with each. She eventually unlocked the door, and opened it. An energetic young mare, only just out of fillyhood, looked at them excitedly. "Hiya! Whatcha want?"
  15. "This whole continent is out to get me, isn't it?" said Topaz. "Bigots, blizzards, and now dragons." Topaz re-lit his flame, thought on it for a second, and switched to sparks. "I haven't electrified anything in a while, don't want to get rusty." Topaz said, and continued on. Topaz continued on towards the caves, not paying much attention to his company. He didn't particularly wish death upon them, but he wouldn't be risking his life to save any of them. He didn't much like the looks of this group, but he didn't much like the looks of anypony. He had reached Lost Echo cave, and waited for the others, who he figured would be here any moment.
  16. "I don't have much of a choice. I'll no doubt be taken to who-knows-where if I don't." he said to Nameless. "More ponies have been disappearing each day.and I'm not waiting to find out what they are being taken for. I don't know why you came here, but I'd avoid any area near the mountains."
  17. "Nothing left behind. In fact, the homes seemed too clean. Nothing was taken or left, or even moved. I haven't kept much track of time, It feels like it's been ages, but it couldn't have been more than a few weeks. No point to keep track of time when you're too busy fearing for your life. Shooting Star said she saw a sort of luminescent...thing heading from the caves. She said it was pulled back inside by some unseen force, but I'm not sure I believe her. I think she's finally gone mad from the stress and fear. I'm worried they'll take her next. They seem to target those who investigate it. That's why I'm leaving, and not getting in to this any further. You should talk to her, though, she lives just down the street, you'll be able to tell the house. Only one with lights still on." the shop-pony said. "I'm sure she'll be thrilled to have visitors to talk to." Deep within the mountains, several cultists gathered around an empty throne. A vat of purplish-black magic sat in the center of the room, with electric jolts shooting through it. "You shall be here soon, master." said one, draped in a green trimmed black cloak. "No longer will you be held in this prison. You shall be returned to your throne, and your rightful rule of Equestria!" he said to the empty throne.
  18. The shop pony was quite shocked by the barrage of questions, and gave in. "I'm not staying here any longer. I don't know what you came here for, but this town is done for. Ponies have gone missing in the night, and I don't want to be next for whatever is happening."
  19. Depends if you mean me, or some random person. If it was me, I'd do it. But as for if it was some random person, I don't feel like I should be the one to judge this. I'd try and help both, but not make the decision.

I have no idea...She fits as Cid though.

I would prefer someone else as Cid, but that is just me.

    3. Magpie

      Magpie

Yeah, although she's Setzer in VI, not Cid. Cid is the magitek researcher that looks like a banana is VI.

      Oh, derp.

I always call the airship guy in VI Cid. Cid is always the airship guy in any game for me.

  21. I use my first name on youtube, but not my last, and that's only because of the google+ integration forcing me to. I used to just use Brosparkles, but now it's Jake Brosparkles. Not that that changes much.
  22. The leader of the cultists nodded, and bowed to Tondrak. "Yes, my lord." said the mare. Her purple mane hung over her face, and her dark grey eyes shone. She gestured to two pegasus stallions behind her, who nodded, and left the room. They re-entered with several townspeople, who were shuddering and shivering.
  23. The shop-pony had finished packing the cart, and looked back one last time, before leaving the town, and slowly plodded along. He seemed to have a look of fear on his face when he looked back, looking towards a small cave. "So...I'm finally leaving..." he said sorrowfully as he walked away.
  24. The town was deserted for the most part, but some ponies were still here. There was a store across the street, closing down as Big Thunder arrived, packing his goods onto a cart. He looked unsure about this, as if he wanted to stay, but knew he couldn't stay any longer.
  25. Link to OOC Topic: http://mlpforums.com/topic/41695-ancient-evils-searchingooc/#entry990220 Near the dragon mountains, ponies have been going missing. The village of Trottingham is the the target of such attacks. A scouting party had been sent, but only one returned. He brought with him some terrifying news. He reported other ponies being dragged towards a cave, while the assailants chanted. He had managed to run away, but was unable to stop them. All around the town, an aura of fear and death can be felt. Most residents have either abandoned the town, or died fighting for it. Few shops are open, and the streets are silent. The residents need a new hope, lest they fall prey to these mysterious clutches. Deep within the cave, several ponies in dark robes of black and purple gathered around a coffin. The one in front held an object in her hoof, wrapped in a black cloth. She pulled the cloth away, to reveal a golden crown. "Awaken, my lord." said the mare. She placed the crown within the coffin, and waited for something to happen.
