Hi everyone!

I would like to welcome a new staff member, @Clawdeen! This gal has been fangtastic in our community for years! Not only does she die for Sabrina Carpenter but she also loves Monster High! Most importantly, she is a furrociously great friend to everyone here. I am proud to announce her as the third and final Readers position! She will be working under me, Emerald Heart to bring joy and harmony to the Golden Oaks Library alongside my two other Readers TheRockAReader and Longhaul. Now my team (or 'scream' as the title says) is complete I am confident that The Golden Oaks Library will be better than ever before! Welcome, Clawdeen! We are so proud!

Hello, everyone!

I am the Head Librarian here on the Forums! Lovely to meet you all! I wish you to also  be acquainted with my team, Readers @TheRockARooster and @Longhaul. The three of us are who you reach out to if you have any problems or questions here in the Golden Oaks Library. There are so many users here so if you would please be so kind as to reply to this thread with your user and what your current read is? It doesn't have to be a book- it can be anything from a graphic novel to a webcomic. As long as it has a plot, it's a story! That's what we're all here for, right? Though our stories seemed to be more pony-based. Hmm.... I wonder why. So yes, please do as I requested and introduce yourself with your current read! All stories are meant to be shared! Who knows? Someone in the comments might be reading the same thing as you are! Isn't having something in common with someone fun? It makes it much easier to make a new friend! Now, shall I get the ball rollin'?

Hello everyone! My name is Emerald Heart and I have been on the Forums for a while now.

I love reading in all its' forms, whether you are an avid comic book reader or more into a thick book. I have always believed that anything with a plot is a story. It doesn't matter whether it has pictures or is a simple fanfiction. Reading is a wonderful experience. I remember one time when I was younger I got in trouble for reading past my bedtime. 

The reason I am applying for this position is because I want to share that same, magical feeling with everyone else. When you open a story and feel like you are transported to another universe. Like you are feeling what these characters are feeling; the love, the pain, the loss. I am good at working as part of a team and am not afraid to ask questions when I feel lost. 

I enjoy a vast majority of genres which include fantasy, mystery, romance, mythology,  paranormal and horror. I just finished reading 'Carrie' by Steven King and I loved it! However, my favorite book series is 'The School for Good and Evil' by Soman Chainani. I highly recommend it.

One of my favorite activities is  getting inspired by others' writing and incorporating it into new ideas for new stories of my own. Right now I mainly write fanfiction that is mostly romance-based. I do hope to publish a real book someday.

Unfortunately, no. This podcast is about MLP Episodes only. You can however submit any thoughts or questions you may have about an episode to me. 

Well, like most 'nostalgia' podcasts I will be breaking down and reviewing episodes, maybe crack a few jokes or two. I am hoping to get some guests along the way. Unfortunately, I cannot start until my gear arrives in the mail, which is soon! Legit THIS FRIDAY my green screen should be arriving. If any of the users here are interested in making a guest appearance make sure to reach out. 

How I came to the Forums? Well, this is pretty silly, actually. I had a question about the show and I Googled it and it led me to a discussion on MLPForums. At first I thought that's all it was, a place to ask/answer questions, but then I found this whole community. I have made so many wonderful friends here and I feel so lucky. 

I love reading. It is a passion of mine. My typical genre is fantasy or adventure. Now I am expanding my horizons into horror and mystery novels. For instance, I just finished reading Steven King's iconic novel 'Carrie.'
