So today my Ubuntu Unity Desktop session borked, after some troubleshooting of reisnstaling packages and resetting compiz settings i found that a driver compiz needed would not load, So i reinstalled my NVIDIA driver and now its working again. All i have to say is thank you Google for helping me quickly get to the problem!
