      It's from Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures, the episode "Anatomy of a Milquetoast". :coco: The last hint was just because I mentioned it a while ago as an exception to not watching series made by that one person.

      Looking at IMDb, they do credit that person as a creator, but I wouldn't say it's accurate at all – the series was based on a pre-existing character and Ralph Bakshi (the other person they list) was the one that had the idea of making the show. :unamused:

      Yeah, and I guess including the character name didn't help a lot – almost every result about Scrappy has to do with the least popular character from Scooby-Doo. :please: But this is the character singing the song. ^_^
