But for srsly, even if I didn't know you as well as I do, I probably would still have chosen one of your OCs :3 Candy was just the first one I thought of. Maybe because our RP's been going on for almost two years @-@ (If I have my math right.)

@, I completely understand the desire to have a versatile character. However, it's still possible to have a flexible character even with a fairly detailed background. You don't have to go into super specifics, like "in high school, she fell in love with a stallion, and confessed her feelings. They started dating and then she got married, and now they live in Ponyville, with three colts and another foal on the way." (Not that I necessarily think this might happen to her, it's just a stupid, generic example.) Take 's Candy Spirits for example. Her backstory is quite detailed, but she is still quite versatile. For one RP, she could have moved somewhere other than Ponyville. In another, she could have stayed in Baltimare for her mother, or she could still be in possession of the pub. For example, Becker and i have a 1x1 RP going in which Candy is still in possession of the bar (I think) and my OC Sunny Dew (who is originally from Canterlot) has moved to Baltimare. Furthermore, my OC Angel Light is primarily a mare or young mare in most RPs, but I've role-played her thrice as a filly, twice of which times she had different family members than her original. Since you've set her age in her profile, that means that some things must have happened in hr life before that age. Having an at least somewhat detailed background adds character. It's hard to have a fleshed-out character when there are few experiences for them to go back on. That said, i don't want to deprive someone of RPing in a RP they want to RP in, so she's accepted. Just please keep this in mind in the future. (This isn't meant rudely or anything, and I'm sorry if it comes across as such. ^^') (Also, sorry for so much to read... Did she get some sort of job relating to weather when she was older? @@bronislav84, Sunrise, despite still being a blank flank at the age of 19, didn't bat an eye at Lektra's comment about "everyone having a special talent." She noticed it, but it didn't particularly bother her. "So you both are from Manehattan?" she asked after taking another bite of her food. "That's nice. I've never personally been to Manehattan, which is surprising considering how many other places we moved to." She paused for a moment, having little else to say. "Uh... So." she continued, shifting the topic from herself. "Um. Lorem. Whats your special talent? Lektra already told us hers."

@@EldarSteve, @, Kisu shuffled uncomfortably as another stallion approached them, eyes trained on her hooves. Were they mares, she would be much less awkward, but she would just have to deal with it. "Uh... Well, I can't speak for him," she said, gesturing at the other stallion. "but the reason you've never seen me before is because I, um, just got in town."

@, "No, um, that's okay," the unicorn said. When the apples were safely back in her saddlebag, she turned to face him, but kept her face downturned. She hadn't realized yet that her hood was off of her head; the scar on her cheek and her ripped ear were quite obvious now. "I'm... I'm Kisu," she mumbled. She looked rather downtrodden, but in reality she just wasn't comfortable talking to a stallion.

She watched with great interest as it brought them orange juice. "You invented it- er, him? That's amazing," she said, facing the mare. "I couldn't do something like that." "What about us? Well, I just got here last night. I'm considering moving here, actually. My family moved around a lot when I was young, and I remember we lived here for a little while. I've been living in Canterlot for the past few years, but It's not for me." She took a bite of her food. Pretty good. It tasted home-y, unlike most of Canterlot's fancy-schmancy food. After swallowing, she smiled again. "Anyway, I don't think I properly introduced myself. My name's Sweet Sunrise. What're your names?" On the outskirts of Invermare, a pony in a cloak could be seen walking into town. The cloak was plain, colored a dull, dark brown. It easily covered most of her body, including her tail and cutie mark. The hood of the cloak was pulled up, casting shade on her downturned face and covering most of her mane, as well as her ears. The blue-gray mare bore two saddlebags. As she got into town, she ignored the ponies busting about. She couldn't tell the time, but she figured it was pretty early in the morning. She very nearly got hit by a door as the pony behind it opened it, but backed up quickly enough that she avoided being hit in the face. However, she did trip up, and fell to her flank on the sidewalk, the hood of her cloak flying up away from her face. A few apples and a bit bag flew out of one of her saddlebags. She scrambled to her hooves and started collecting her things, paying no mind to the stallion that had walked out of the door. "Great. Now the apples are all bruised," she huffed to herself as she inspected one of the apples that had fallen on the sidewalk. "What a start to the day." @,

Uh... I know I didn't really post in the first place but I'm still sorry to say I can't stay in this RP. I've found a job, and it's keeping me so busy that I only have time for very few RPs. i'm sorry, but I have to drop out. Maybe later, once my schedule clears up more, I'll rejoin (That is, if you'll let me,) but for the time being I can't.

"Yeah," she answered when Tehret asked if he was making sense. "I'm just obviously not a natural at this. Still, I think that even if I can't figure out how to sign properly myself, what's most important is that I can understand Aonani." Aonani, who had moved to sit near Tehret while he taught, smiled. Sweet Symphony had been living in Ponyville for a few months. She loved how peaceful and friendly the town was - well, most of the time. Usually, she just sang in the park, but she did have a casual job at Sugarcube Corner - her talent was singing, but her mother was a baker and she knew how to bake most basic pastries. Today, though, she had no work to be done. Just a relaxing day singing to the birds again. On her way to the park, a mare approached her, striking up a conversation. "Er, thanks!" she said, returning the smile. "I'm Sweet Symphony. My special talent is singing. What's your name?"

I'm sorry, I've been caught up in school ;-; My last week of high school - EVER - was just this last week and i had to focus on getting all my work done. I'm sorry for holding the RP up again. @@bronislav84, @@Filthy Cropper, The first thing Sunrise did was head down to find wherever the food was. After being directed by a rather indifferent attendant, she found herself in the lunchroom. She grabbed herself some toast and apple juice and looked around for a spot. The room was nearly empty, meaning she could sit virtually anywhere. She saw two ponies nearby and contemplated her choices. She could eat a peaceful breakfast alone, or she could try to make friends in a new place. It didn't take long to make a choice. Carefully holding her food and drink, she made her way over to the pair. She arrived at their spot just in time to hear the stallion ask about the mare's companion. Following his gaze, she saw an odd little... thing... idling nearby. It seemed to be some sort of can on wheels. She turned back to the two ponies at the table. "Er, good morning. I hate to interrupt, but I was wondering if I could sit with you two," she said, offering a friendly smile. "Totally fine if you'd rather I leave you alone."

I did notice the multitude of posts as well, but as long as nobody gets too far ahead, there shouldn't be too much of a problem. If it's two characters having a conversation and both RPers have the free time, it's not nearly as much of a problem as it would be if there were three characters in the conversation, with two of the RPers being active, but the other is busier and can't post as quickly, and keeps getting ninja'd. (Trust me, I've been in that position so many times @-@) As long as everyone's aware that this is a slower-paced RP, and that some people can't post as frequently as others, we should have little to worry about :3 Also, sorry for not jumping in earlier.
