  1. OK, this?

    This is freaking awesome.

Man, I wish I could sing half as good as Freddie Mercury.

  2. @Samurai Equine. 1) Yes. 2) At least Pink is limited to gender, since I want to have at least one female character in this team.
  3. Once I get my laptop set back up (it's "in transit" right now ), I am DEFINITELY recording this song as a demo for Songs About Cars and Girls.

  4. *hugs @Sparklefan1234, @Bakugou Is My Man ❤, @Lucky Bat, @Spider Demon, @The Demon, @Misty Breeze, @Cyclone1066, and whoever else wants hugs*
  5. Way too many, so I'll just post the one I keep coming back to. Same?
  6. I mean, I'm a total sucker for natural hair colors, blondes and brunettes especially. I Favorite love songs?
  7. Having listened to and loved Fats' cover of "Lady Madonna", the fact he nailed this one right outta the park is nothing surprising. Paul's vocal on the original reminded me of Fats Domino too, so it's just as fitting as the "Lady Madonna" cover.
  8. Oh, it's a definitely positive context; I was reminded of "Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!" by the Beatles .
  9. Is it weird that I kinda get a bit of a fairground/circus vibe from this?
  10. The rock and roll/R&B of the 50s and 60s is probably some of the most enduring and timeless music out there.

I can't argue with that! :) It's hard to imagine many people listening to most of today's music sixty years from now... :please:

Agreed. But Elvis, Chuck Berry, the Beatles, etc. will live on.

    3. Tacodidra

Definitely! It's incredible to think how old their songs are... :awed: Still amazing all these decades later!

  11. So, now that MLP is over, guess I can finally start work on Majikarubasuto. :muffins:

Good luck, my friend! :kindness: I'm sure it'll be amazing! :ticking:

  12. If you recommend something to someone and they needlessly bash it in spite of how much you like it, up to and including saying how no one, including you, likes this "unironically", is that a personal attack?

Been asking myself this for a while, ever since I recommended one of my favorite albums to a friend (and I even told him upfront that not only was it a polarizing album and he may not like it, but also to take it in small doses).
