    So I’m pretty sure I sprained my wrist or threw it out or something like that. I was at work and lifted up a large dog onto its respective table and I heard a big pop. Pain shot up the side of my wrist and it still hurts hours later.

      You think so? I have never hurt my wrist before so I’m not sure if it’s just a mild sprain. I suppose it would be best to find out by seeing a doctor anyway..

      Yeah if the hurting hasn’t stopped, definitely get it looked at. They might suggest a wrist brace for a little while.
